Well, TNA is already on the road, why sign Scott Hall? There bringing in foreign talent anyway, but still, I would most likely Bring in Kenta and get some better heavyweights.

Well, let me say theres a lot of things I'd do to TNA, first and foremost would be getting a good timeslot for two hours, which I do think they finally have now which is good. Second thing I'd do is add a nice midcard belt for Heavyweights to go after, like an IC title if you will, it'd be good for people like Raven and Abyss, as well as Rhino, or meh add a hardcore title.
As far as I am concerned TNA is doing most things quite well, so there is not much i would do differently. One thing I would do though is stop all the Jackass shit and give the X division more air time. I would also like to see Alex Shelley competing as a singles guy in the X division, rather than in the tag team division, as TNA already has an abundance of good tag teams.
Everything else they are doing is fine by me.

There is two things i would do, i would get some people that know how to make up a good gimmick and give it to the right wrestler and new writes to compete with WWE on that side of things.
Scott Hall on a trial as a manager for someone like Matt Bently. if he works well sign him otherwise drop him.
Make Williams and Kazarian challangers for the X-Division title.
Convince Jericho to come back to wrestling but in a six sided ring.
Sign Kid Kash.
Introduce a mid card title.
Since the timeslot would be up to Spike TV and not me im not going to mention that part.
