Kinda sucks about Jerry Lynn, I still enjoyed him. Brother Runt..Same as Jerry Lynn but to a much lesser extent. I always thought that the Bashams were actually rather underrated..I guess it's a rather unpopular opinion, but I enjoyed back when they where doing good in the WWE and was hoping they'd really go places in the tag devision on TNA, doubtful as it proved to have been.

Matt Bentley is believed to be in negotiations with WWE, which is good, however I can't see much of a push for him.

Brock in TNA = major w00t.

I like Doug Basham, but not Damaja. Basham is a much superior worker and mic guy to Damaja.

They could have done something with this guy in WWE once upon a time, but if Conway was released for being a "jobber for life" (allegedly according to Steph) then Doug doesn't have a chance.

I like Doug as well but not Damaja.The first time i seen Doug was on Velocity against another new guy & he was miles better. He was on for another two or three weeks then he dissapeared and Nick Dinsmorre (sp?) appeared. Nick had no gimmick but had a lot of potential. Its a shame he became Eugene.

Damn I'm agreeing with God a lot today.

Doug, Dinsmore & Conway were the stand outs at OVW a few years back and WWE fucked them all up. "Creative" indeed!

Matt Bentley was released because his contract expires at the end of the month and refused to re-sign. TNA decided to drop him and save three weeks worth of wages.

Basham & Damaja's short term contracts were also up in September & TNA have lost intrest in them since Damaja no-showing.

However long they are contracted until is how long they pay them till. So Bentley will still be paid until the month end and the other two till September.

They can release them, but they still have to pay them unless they negotiate immediate release options (wherein they pay them half their money, for example, on the basis they can immediately go and get a new deal elsewhere).

So they saved nothing on letting him go three weeks early.
