IMO, Jeff Jarret is a mid-card level punk. He had to make his own show just to win a World Title. During his last year in WWF he lost the Chyna. I'll admit that he is a good heel champion. But I still think he doesn't deserve to hold a title with a stature(sp?) like the NWA Championship. He is a glorified mid-carder.

Machida successfully defending the UFC Light Heavyweight Championship with his face.
Jarrett is the SUPERHEEL! For sooooo many reasons he should not be put in a mid-card level. If the poll was is Jarrett a PUNK like the title was then I would have voted yeah, he is a punk. But he is a main-event/UPPER mid-card punk. Not because of his in-ring skills, but rather his mic skills and ability to get under your skin. That is his job na dhe does it OH so well.

A week ago I would have said yes but my good freind the griffster has gotten me to believe that he is in fact the Superheel. Don't get me wrong I HATE him, but thats his job.

HIs mat skills are that of an upper mid carder, but his mic skills are excellent and his name does carry quite a bit of value with it as he has been around for quite awhile... damn the more I talk about him and defend him, the more I am drawn into the darkside of the force...

I meant his return to WWE. Didn't he switch back and forth like every 4 years?
He went in and out of the company, but his last time in the WWE he was actually very succesful. In 99 he was 2 time I-C Champ, originally taking it from the Goodfather and then losing it to Edge, the BEATING Edge to regain the title. I call anyone who holds a strap of any kind in WWE succesful. THe first time in WWE he also had the I-C belt. After he left in 99 for WCW he then began his reign with the NWA/WCW WHC, and those reigns still ar going on in the present... so I would say if anything after leaving the WWE his career has sky-rocketed rather than go downhill.
