Well it looks like TNA is planning on bring Jerry Lynn back into the active roster... I am not familiar with him as I didn't follow old ECW... but I have heard many good things about him. What are your thoughts about having him rejoin the X-Division?
I am glad to see that they are bringing in some more expirience to maybe help get some of these younger guys a more credible push. I look forward to seeing what he can do in the ring and I would love to see another ECW original or 2 maybe be added in the mix in the months to come (RVD/Sabu) to help bring back some emphasis on the X division title. Maybe at some point an RVD X division champ vs Samoa Joe NWA champ in a title vs title match... drools... ok back on subject...

Well last time i saw him wrestle was around the middle of last year and he could still go then and he was facing Petey Williams & a couple of brits and managed to hold his own.
I think he's perfect to come back, afterall he is Mr.X Division.

i just hope his shoulder is ok. last time i seen him wrestle he held his own against the young guys. looking forward to seeing him back in the ring against sabin and daniels.
ill always remember one match where he hurt his shoulder (not his last match) but kept going and did the whole match with literally one arm, you could see the pain in his face but he wasent going to cut it short and did the intended finish.

If he's up to it, and half as good as he was, he'll be awesome.
I've always had a lot of time for guys like Lynn (and Lance Storm is another example) who never quite made it as top guys but were just incredible in the way they could do pretty much everything.....some arial stuff, lots of mat based, mix it up with some brawling.
I know Kurt Angle has expressed a desire to have one run against Lynn while he's in TnA so that could be on the cards in the future. And RVD will sure be praying Lynn can hang around. Nobody got RVD to ever appear better than Lynn did

Maybe if he comes back I will give TNA a watch from time to time.

He only really wrestled in ECW, he did wrestle a little in TNA's early days (when they only had those weekly $10 PPV's). He was a jobber in WCW as the masked Mr. JL as well.
I've only seen one of his matches, against RVD (it was featured on the Rise and Fall of ECW DVD, and it wa pretty good.

He was in WWF also, i think he had a run with the LHW title. He wrestled more than a little hes one of the pioneers of the x-division (as mike tenay reminds us everytime he is on air) and was tag champ in the early days.
