Christian Cage

I've been watching TNA since Bound For Glory now and I can't get over how impressive Cage is when he is givent hat main event spotlight. he truly looks, acts and wrestles like a star. Its amazing that WWE dropped the ball on him. Especially given the reactions he was getting around Backlash 2005.

I really hope that he wins the Triple Threat at Turning Point, because he would make great heel fodder for Samoa Joe to eventually win the belt from. But more realistically because of TNA's hard-on for Kurt Angle (who is doing nothing for me now)and their subseuent desire to put the belt on him, a Cage-Angle fued would also be good based on their past and Christian's "reeking of awesomeness" at this particular time.

He's been awesome but he's getting even better. This feud with Sting could be great and it's pretty cool that Tomko is back. I hate the man in a wrestling role, but as Christian's Problem Solver they have a lot of history and seem to work well together.

WWE screwed up big time letting him go, I feel they were putting him some stupid bits, they should of gave him a chance. But I quess if your not a big steriod looking freak you won't get a chance with old Vinny Mack.

I don't remember, was it a case of them letting him go, or did he just decide to go at the end of his contract. I thought they offered him a deal but he rejected it?

Anyhoo. The most important issue here is "has Christian asked Tomko to drop a beat for him yet?" (one of my fave WWE comedy moments....Tomko "No")

Fantastic. But yeah.. ever since Christian has left for TNA he's looked way more at home playing a more important character and putting on more impressive lengthy matchs, sure he isnt the most gifted wrestler ever but he does well with what hes got. Even after TNA signed Angle, Cage is still the mainevent guy that Im the most excited to watch and listen to. And now with the inclusion of Tomko his heel factor is going to rise hugely, thus making him even more entertaining to watch. Things look good for Christian at the moment... hopefully he can work his way back to the NWA titles, 'cause he's the most convincing champion the company has to put the belt on IMO.

Cage 2.0 is the European Champion
You know, for Christian he just woke up and thought about it and felt that if WWE was not going to let him be the wrestler he can be, why stay?

I love that Cage is a full blown heel in TNA, I was stoked when he came, but there is just something about the super cocky persona that talks about his Peeps even if he is getting booed that I love.

Cage has always been good, It's just his character is nearly as good as a face. The Sting Cage feud is uber likley and I'd love Cage to get it but Abyss, probably deserves to keep it, but then again there are no major matches I wanna see Abyss take part in. With Cage you got Cage vs Angle or Cage vs Sting. With Sting as champion you have the same possibilites plus Samoa Joe.

I would like to see Cage go over Abyss and Sting as champion again. I actually think Cage vs. Angle for the NWA title will be better than Joe vs. Angle for the title. Eventhough, it is only a matter of time before Jarrett's ego gets in the way again and has to have another run with the championship.
