I'm new to TNA

Please educate me. I just need a basic knowledge of who's who and what stories are happening as i really want to get into TNA. Cheers in advance.

I'm about to go to sleep, so this won't be the best:

Jeff Jarrett is the current NWA champion and has thought for over a year that TNA management is out to get him, to get the title away from him and get him out of TNA. He is currently feuding with Sting and apparently Samoa Joe now. Sting has said his main goal in TNA is to "get rid of the cancer that is Jeff Jarrett". Sting even agreed to put his career on the line against Jarrett in a "Title vs. Career match" at Bound for Glory.

Samoa Joe is a tweener. He's officially a heel, but has been acting like a face and is really over with the fans. After beating Jarrett in their "Fan's Revenge Lumberjack match" at No Surrender, he took Jarrett's NWA World Title and told Jim Cornette that if Jarrett or Sting wanted it back they would have to come get it themselves.

America's Most Wanted (Chirs Harris and James Storm) have been teasing a break-up over the last couple of months.

The Naturals(under the guidance of Shane Douglas) have turned themselves around after falling into a major slump. They won a 16 man battle royal to earn a shot at the NWA Tag Titles.

AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels have been engaged in a feud with LAX(Latin American Exchange). LAX had been complaining that they weren't been treated fairley because they were hispanic, so when Styles and Daniels offered a open challenge for the titles back in August, LAX came out and demanded the title shot. LAX would win the titles in a Border Brawl (aka a street fight). Styles/Daniels would win the titles back at No Surrender in the first tag team Ultimate X match(Ultimate X is where two ropes form a X high above the ring and the object is to climb across the ropes and grab the title, which is in the middle of the rope). The two teams will face off again in a Six Sides of Steel match at Bound for Glory.

Eric Young is a paranoid character and is always afraid of being fired, even creating a "Don't Fire Eric" sign and running through the crowd, getting the fan's to chant "Don't Fire Eric!". He even offered to help Jeff Jarrett pass a polygraph test if Jarrett would help him keep his job. Last week though Eric mustered up some courage and refused to help Jarrett.

Christian Cage turned his back on Sting at Hard Justice(TNA's August PPV) and turned heel. He is currently in a feud with his former friend Rhino and the two will wrestle in a 8-Mile street fight at BFG.

What's going on in the X-Division with Senshi, Sabin and others and all this Jackass 2 stuff that's being spoken about!!

I really appreciate it, as i can vaguely understand most of what i saw now. I really like that Eric Young guy, he just seems to have a fair bit of charisma. As with one Joe, Samoa.

I hope no more Gimmick matches are added to bound For Glory though. I mean they've already got Monster's Ball (which i assume is a Hardcore style of match), * Mile Street Fight and then the Six Sides of Steel Match. if it gets too gimmicky, i think itll just be a downer on the TNA brand.

But yeah, thanks again man.

Steiner is not injured and he never was. When he signed his first TNA deal, he basically did it at a low cost since he wasn't worth anything but now since he built his name up again (which he did during that Joe feud), he thinks TNA should pay him some more so basically they are working on that.

Basically, they started the Jackass 2 stuff to help promote the movie. I'm sure Jackass 2 sent them some money to do it. I'm sure it will end at Bound for Glory once the movie leaves the theaters and some angle will take place.

Monster's Ball is indeed a hardcore match. The participants are supposedly(meaning storyline wise, not real life of coarse) locked in a room and without food for 24 hours before the match.

Senshi(who used to be known as Low-Ki, but he changed his ring name because he didn't want to give up the legal rights to the Low-Ki name) is a very serious character and things that Sabin/Lethal and the others are acting ridiculous with these Jackass type of actions.

Also, for those who don't know. Bound for Glory is supposed to be TNA's big PPV, their version of WrestleMania. That is the reason they also chose this to be their first monthly PPV to be held somewhere other than Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. It's gonna take place in Plymouth Township, Michigan(just outside of Detroit).
