Terry Funk and a few other people have recommended that WWE sign Homicide for the new ECW.
No offer has been made to him as he is still under contract to TNA, however, it is said to be a short-term deal that will be expiring soon. Also, Homicide isn't happy in TNA.

well I don't know if he'll at home in ECW, Heyman's looking to push hs own boys, RVD, Sabu, sandman, dreamer,of course Angle. Homicide will probably be pushed aside. Besides TNA still has big plans for him, they were unaware his shoulder was fully healed up and there are now plans for him to team up with Low Ki.
Oh, well, If heyman pushes 4 people you have a winning success, no, what about punk? Balls? Axl? See, it will be all out mayhem at ECW, and I don't think he will reject that money WWE will offer, if they choose to.

punk is a rumer, not confirmed and balls and axl are getting old. they dont have what they used to. im sure they can still give it a go but they wont be any where near as good.
