Joey Leverence sent word that In Demand's preview for TNA's April PPV "Lockdown" notes there will be two Six Sides of Steel Matches during the event.

I don't really like the six sided ring either, but I saw the cage match between AMW and Primetime and Daniels and it was pretty good..

Does it seem smaller than a normal ring to you? It seems to mess up the wrestlers entire match. I see them go slower or some shit, and it just seems dumb to me. The whole thing looks half the size of a wwe ring...

Maybe I'm wrong, but the square feet of the ring is probably the same, a wwe ring however, seems like a greater distance from rope to rope which I think is better for heavyweights (or guys who need time to pick up speed). The thing I noticed is that a guy like AJ or another cruiser seems to adjust much better than say DDP or another heavyweight who just looks lost in there. That's why all the heavyweight matches end up as brawls outside of the ring.

Yea, the TNA ring seems much smaller to me. I think they should go to a 4 corner ring because it makes it look alot less gimmicky as a promotion overall.

I thought the TNA ring was cool in that it was different.. but since then it's gotten stale to. it looks too awkward to run the ropes and makes you slower in the process. The ring would been cool to introduce it w/the six sides of steel and only for that once in a blue moon... kind of like wwe's hell in the cell.

I assume for the PPV they'll do 1 X-Division match and 1 World Title match in the cells.. oh well... AJ and Jarrett will win anyway... it's the law in TNA..lol
