It's been a few years since I've seen some of AJ's more highly regarded matches in the past. I was going through an old rate matches thread and I found my review of the triple threat at Unbreakable.

Despite being overrated, until I go back and rewatch AJ's older matches (Or watch his recent great ones), I'll just stick with that being his best TNA match in my eyes.

I don't know if you guys have seen the triple threat between Joe/Daniels/AJ at TNA Hardcore War in late 2005, i believe. It was simply amazing. Better than the Unbreakable match, IMO.
That was AJ's best TNA match in my eyes.

The hardcre war was pretty much the exact same match as the Unbreakable triple threat. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts. They just called it Hardcore War to appease the ECW marks even though there was no weapon use in it at all.
What would be above it? I agree the match is overrated, but it was still pretty great.
You mean just TNA or overall?
For TNA, I don't see the Unbreakable match being that much (if any) better than the Ultimate X match those three had together. I'd also put the 2003 Low Ki match and probably the Styles/Daniels vs LAX Ultimate X over it too. I'd put both 2005 matches with Joe above it, and the cage match with Abyss.
If you mean overall I could probably reel off 20 matches Styles has had better than it. Joe too, without having to think about it.
