Terrible. Aj as champ is so-so and his celebration was hillarious in a bad way. The only wrestler to celebrate with him was Daniels who lost earlier in the PPV and the fans clogging up the ring. Not to mention TNA finally has Hernandez cash in his briefcase just to waste it. The reign of "meh" has begun
I had to try different streams all night so the only matches I saw were the ending to lethal lockdown. lashley-rhino, and the main event.
the lashley vs rhino mathc was pretty good up until one of the weakest finshes I've ever seen.
As far as the main event goes, I'm glad A.J. won cause its about time we got someone new as a champion whose name wasn't angle sting or foley.
what bothers me most is the fact that they completely wasted hernandez's title shot.
when he came out I thought for sure he would win it and even affter EY got involved I thought hernandez would still come back out at the end and win it.
I understand that hernandez is fueding with world elite right but he has been carrying that case for the better part of the year, having it stolen and then regaining it and then they pull this.
I guess that means hernanadez isn't getting that main event push after all.

They can easily book Hernandez not winning due to his injury. It's just with BFG around the block, they're trying to book there strongest, but mostly, most marketable main event. Hernandez isn't even close to that yet.
The only major negative I had was Hernandez. Unless he was injured in some way, it seemed like a waste. The short match with EY made sense when he cashed in the case but he only lasted a few minutes. I never expected him to win, I expected him to come back later in the match. He's already used the case twice now so I doubt they will let him have a do-over due to interferance as thats what happened last time. Seemed like a cheap way out of it. Homicide doing the run in would have been better imo.
Pope vs Suicide was very entertaining but Suicide winning would have been so much better since Pope won on iMPACT!
Daniels vs Joe three years ago could have been five stars at any time. Now however I dont think either man could get a five star without someone like Styles involved. Decent enough match that kept both men looking strong.
Lashley vs Rhino was surprisingly good. I expected a short two minute match but Rhino put in a good performance. The finish was sudden but made sense due to Lashley being the greatest MMA fighter to ever exist! >.>
Lethal Lockdown always seems to be good despite who's in it. The Brits had never been in one before and the Mafia and 3D are both getting on in years so Beer Money were the only hope in my mind before hand. Everyone did their job really well and that was a sick chair shot to Rob Terry.
Four ways are usually hard to follow but this one was split up well with Morgan and Angle forging an alliance to overcome the double team of Sting and Styles. As a result of the alliance it was more like a tornado tag match than a four way. The finish was great with Sting stepping aside to let AJ have the glory and the crowd reaction was the biggest I can remember since Styles turned babyface against Angle and Tomko.
The Knockouts title match went a little too long imo but ODB was definitly the right choice, no-one wanted Deaner to win. The Knockouts tag was kind of akward, I'd assume because they had planned for Angelina Love but then had to change to Madison Rayne who isnt anywhere near as good.
Overall it was a decent show, some of the interviews could have been done without but were needed to split up the matches. Not the best PPV of the year but still pretty good. Dont go out of your way to watch it, but if you have some free time then it's worth a watch even if just for Styles winning.

Thought No Surrener was a solid show, and was a lot better than some of the really bad shows that TNA has put on since Slammi. Bottom line is they cut down a lot of the overbooking in the maches with interference and the dreaded instant replay finishes. Plus, putting the belt on AJ was one of there best decesions ever, and really will prob end up being the TNA moment of the year for me.
Anyways, here's my match ratings, if they don't go here sorry, I'm a noob here so some slack should be cut:
KO Tag Titles: *3/4
EY/Hernandez:SQUASH
Joe/Daniels: ***1/2
Pope/Suicide:***1/2
ODB/Deaner: *
Nash/Abyss: **
Lethal Lockdown: ***
Lashley/Rhino: **1/4
Main Event: ***1/2
