Assuming the Jarret/Angle rumors are true, what creative direction would you take TNA?
After watching yet another abortion of an Impact I got extremely excited. (That sounds a bit contradicting doesn't it?) This is because I heard that Savio Vega and Dutch Mantell were both released. Because these two guys are supposedly "Jarret" guys this lends a touch of legitimacy to the Angle/Jarret/Karen debacle.
Supposedly TNA writes and records TV all in one big chunk. I'm not quite familiar with their process but their system dictates that the current (or should I say partly former) creative team has already written this months Television and PPV.
With that said, I see a large possibility that by the end of the month TNA will have new creative guys in place. Maybe not entirely, but for the most part things will be shaken up. This gets me as excited as an incestuous redneck feeling up his sisters tits because I feel there is a possibility for a TNA reboot.
If for whatever reason Dixie Carter put Jarret's former spot and essentially lent you head control over TNA, what moves would you make? There are no real limits, you can hire, fire, etc all within reason.
I'll chime in my two cents later on but I'm just curious to see what others would do.

Push the younger guys. And not at the expense of other younger guys. With the MEM looking strong right now, have the young guys start to tear them apart and get some wins. Let the likes of AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Matt Morgan, Hernandez, and Beer Money take the places of the likes of Nash, Steiner, Booker T, Sting, and Foley as primary in-ring talent. TNA wants to present itself as something different... Well, make the focus on guys who aren't all just ex-WWE + WCW talent at the end of their careers.
I wouldn't go so far as to get rid of all the MEM guys outside of Angle, but they sure as hell would start to put some of the young guys over. The MEM has run for close to a year now and I can't point to a single young wrestler who is significantly above where they were beforehand due to involvement in that storyline.
