Basicallly should be pushed mainly due to his height and how he wrestles in the ring, guy deserves a push. Matt Morgan and Daniels are other names that I also would've considered to be put down.
Depends on what division it is in. Outside the X-Division, no, he should not recieve much of a push other than a few tag wins but not enough to establish him and his partner as a threath to the tag titles. The reason I say X-Division only is becuase Red is limited in what he can do. He can do fast paced and high spots but he struggles in other types of matches. I wouldnt give him the title but I would keep him near the number one contender spot since he is usually fairly popular.
Next: Chris Sabin.

I think this is what you wanted.

Billy Gunn/Kip James is right where he should be at this stage of his career. He isnt good enough to challenge for titles and it would be pointless to put him in a tag team if they are not going anywhere. In his current role he does mostly backstage segments and only the occasional match in which he puts his opponent over (Even Awesome Kong).
Rocco/Sally Boy i think are gone from TNA. But, if not, they should continue as is. Looking mean and rarely wrestling.
Next: Cody Deaner.
