Ok well I was reading a few of Paul Heymans articles he writes for The Sun, and got me thinking - dude, this guy knows what we want! He's still got it!
Now, Vince apparently wants nothing to do with Heyman, and if heyman wants to, Im sure he would accept a TNA offer.
I'd say fire Russo and hire Heyman. Does it need to happen? Of course not, but in many fans' eyes, the product would be top notch.
What are everyones thoughts? Agree/Disagree?

Oh sure, make it seem simple. First Paul Ehas to want to come back to wrestling. At least with Russo you will always get some character. I wouldnt be against hiring Paul E, but you gotta keep Russo for creative purposes.
I definitely agree about hiring Heyman. I've said for the longest time that's what needs to happen in order for TNA to be good again. With the current people in charge, the WCW gang completely back together, TNA is going to go nowhere but further down. I haven't even bothered watching anything from TNA in quite some time and I can do nothing but try to logically comprehend their booking choices but they just don't make sense. TNA needs Heyman in order to be good again if you ask me.
The biggest thing is, you've got to get Heyman to want to come back to wrestling. If he had the will to come back, I have no doubt that he wouldn't mind being apart of TNA to try and fix them like they really need. Heyman is no doubt a wrestling genius and would bring logic to TNA.

I wouldnt fire Russo at all, i'd just move him from Head Booker to Regular Booker. Bring in Cornette and/or D'Amore for the wrestling side of thing's with Jarrett at the top acting as a filter for the two since they dont really get along. Heyman i dont think would offer much these days, if he wanted to be involved in wrestling still, he would be.

Yeah he could definitely do an amazing job with TNA, but as said, I'd like to see Russo remain just for his character development.
Obviously Heyman doesn't want anything to do with wrestling and that's why, but his logic as much as anything would make TNA a lot better and a lot more likely to compete.

Heyman is a good creative guy and from a fans perspective he provides an awesome product, but from a business perspective not so much.
During his WWF runs he always put so much great stuff on free TV (which I'm not complaining about) to the point where PPVs would be redundant. Who would want to see Benoit/Austin on PPV for 35 bucks if they already saw it for free? He tired out the fans with great free matches, something you can't really do if you want to sell PPVs. It's like, if the only girl who you will ever be able to be sexually involved with gives you a hand job for free and considering the price point (Free) it is very satisfying. She then says if you ever want to go to the next level and have sex it will cost you 35 dollars. Since the handjob was pretty good for free and you're hungry for more you agree to pay 35 dollars for the full package.
If you look at the flipside and you have the exact situation except the girl lets you rail her from behind, as well as with you on top for free but then she says "if you want me to ride you or to try a different position it will be 35 dollars" you're already getting pussy every week for free so there is no need to pay 35 dollars just for a slight variation. You're satisfied enough for free.
In short what I'm trying to say is Heyman would be great for TNA so long as he has other people to play off of. He'd definitely be a step up from Russo.

Why do people think Russo has everything to do with TNA's bad booking is what I'd like to know. He has like really no stroke their, and only writes some storylines.
I'm pretty sure he came up with the MEM idea, and that's not bad at all. Infact, that's really the main reason I watch TNA.
I swear, people just keep finding new ways to bash anything TNA does. Joe turning against TNA was huge, but no one cares because it's just TNA.. When in reality, it's like Cena or someone like that turning heel in the E.. But that would just leave a bunch of people's keyboards sticky, right?

MEM storyline was great for about a month and got me tuning into TNA after a long break but it lost direction and ultimately turned poor.
Joe's turn was good though, I agree.
I wouldn't say Russo is the root of all evil, but I wouldn't exactly give him credit for being any good at the moment either. He's associated with the worst wrestling product currently on TV.

Russo has a small part of what's going on on TNA tv. Ever since it was announced Russo was in TNA again, the Fire Russo shit started. There's like five writers that are above Russo, and all the ideas go by Jarrett, Dixie, and I've heard Angle, so they're whoe to blame.
Disco Inferno has or had more creative power then Russo. (Not sure if Disco's still their.)
