About five times every time either of them are on screen. And probably during some of the other matches that have absolutly no relation to it aswell. Yes, thisis the thing i hate most about the commentary, the way they jump all over the place when their is no need for it.

This looks awful, but for the past three weeks Impact has actually been really very good, so I'm going to ignore my gut and watch this with some hope it'll turn out decent.

Re: iMPACT! - June 18th 2009 - Styles/Joe vs Sting/Angle vs Jarrett/Foley
Mick Foley is in party mood as he welcomes back Jeff Jarrett. Before he introduces Jarrett he brings out the guest list, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe and Kurt Angle. Jarrett asks Foley if he has completly lost his mind, i think we all know tha answer to that. Foley goes on to announce the main event tonight, Styles and Joe vs Angle and Sting vs Foley and Jarrett. Before much longer Joe punches out Angle and Foley's security break it up.
Raven calls Abyss a mindless abomination that should be put down.
Daniels def Amazing Red via Best Moonsault Ever.
After the match Shane Douglas appears on the big screen and accepts Daniels challenge for the match at Slammiversary.
Kong is getting quite fond of this talking thing. Monster (Kong) will kill princess (Love) first, then monster will kill monster (Daffney) last.
Matt Morgan calls out Sting who takes less than a second to appear on stage. It seems most wrestlers do be hanging around at the entrance tunnel's backstage. Morgan cries about Sting not letting him join the Mafia. Morgan then asks for a chance to beat a champion, Morgan challenges Sting to a match at Slammiversary. Sting says he will go one better and give Morgan a spot in the Mafia if he can beat him. Morgan tries to jump Sting but Sting is ready for it.
Jeff Jarrett says at Slammiversary the TNA World title is coming back home to where it belongs.
Raven's Clockwork Orange House of Fun Raven def Jethro Holliday when Holliday accidently puts himself through one of the two sides of the cage.
After the match, Daffney brings a straight jacket to the ring as Raven hits the Raven Effect on Holliday onto a steel chair. Dr. Stevie tries to put the straightjacket on Holliday but Abyss makes the save.
Samoa Joe makes it clear that his primary focus at Slammiversary isnt the TNA World title, it's taking out Kurt Angle. The title is secondary.
Abyss lets Raven and Daffney know that they arent going to need a doctor after Slammiversary, they are going to need a mortician.
Awesome Kong and Taylor Wilde def Daffney and Angelina Love via Implant Buster on Daffney.
After the match, all three members of Mi pi Sexy attack Kong while Daffney attacks Taylor. Tara makes the save. Tara and Kong have a staredown in the ring.
Aparently Team 3D have a 20 hour flight ahead of them after tonights show. Are they going to Russia?
SoCal Val is seemingly a full time interviewer now. She filled in last week when JB and Lauren where out but both are back and she is still doing it.
Beer Money keep pushing Team 3D until a brawl breaks out between the four backstage. Beer Money and 3D battle to the ring as Lethal Consequences and The Machine Guns wait for them for their match.
Suicide comes in behind the Machine Guns and takes them both out before the bell.
Beer Money Inc and Team 3D def Lethal Consequences and Machine Guns via 3D on Alex Shelley.
Backstage, Joe tells Styles he knows about his injury and will carry the load for their team tonight.
Kip James has been hired by Mick Foley, to hang pictures for him.
Samoa Joe and AJ Styles def Kurt Angle and Sting, Jeff Jarrett and Mick Foley via Muscle Buster on Kurt Angle. Foley decided he was needed at the commentary booth and left Jarrett without a partner for most of the match. Jarrett tagged in Joe and punched out Foley before taking out te security with a steel chair.
Only about twenty minutes of bell to bell wrestling tonight although there was a lot of fighting outside of matches.

Re: iMPACT! - June 18th 2009 - Styles/Joe vs Sting/Angle vs Jarrett/Foley
After the last few weeks of really good Impacts this was really meh considering it's proximity to the PPV. Why do TNA seem to think that flinging together a multi-man main event with their biggest stars will automatically make for a good show?

I agree that it wasnt as good as recent weeks, it just didnt feel like the big important last show before one of the biggest PPV's of the year. They are usually pretty good at go-home shows but this one ranks down near the bottom for this year.
