Bobby Lashley is one of those guys that has a ton of in-ring talent, but no charisma whatsoever. And I'm not even talking on the mic; his in-ring charisma was also very unimpressive. I personally think that he should stick with MMA, and also think that whoever he has "handling" his career should be fired, because being on the Ultimate Fighter would have seriously kick-started his MMA notariety.
I respect your opinion but I disagree... Putting him on The Ultimate Fighter at this point in his career could effectively kill him. Kimbo's on there because Dana sees that no matter what he'll pop ratings and if he wins great, if not, great. Lashley has a ton of MMA potential and he's had (thus far) one fight, if he went on TUF and lost he'd be effectively killed as a draw. Give him a year or so to develop his skills and then win TUF he'll be a legit cross-over draw.
