How long is this beer money/team 3D thing gonna go for. Its been said many-a-times by others, storm and roode should be main eventing. Team 3D can go back to Japan and MCMG should be given the straps to feud with the UK faction, Lethal Consequences, No Limit and other teams I cant think of right now.

TNA needs to sign guys who are marketable Main Eventers.

They've already got Storm and Roode. With Storm's gimmick he could be a huge face. I hate to say break up a good Tag Team, but Storm should turn face and feud with Roode, hopefully done right propelling the two into future Main Event slots once they separate.

Another guy who is in Japan right now who has a good 5 more years left in his prime and has improved tenfold is Giant Bernard (AKA Albert from TNA fame).

Homicide could also be a future star depending on his ability to portray his character.

Otherwise, I don't see many people that can be franchise players for TNA. AJ Styles could have been a top guy, but not the face of TNA. He has Jeff Hardy syndrome where he can get by on his reputation for doing high risk stunts, but has no actual ability to carry a feud on his own microphone skills. You need to be able to do that to be THE guy for a company.

TNA needs to start restructuring and looking for talent with bright futures who for the most part can make them money. TNA needs their version of Hulk Hogan, The Rock, Steve Austin. The guy they can put on each and every PPV poster and expect him to draw within their fanbase. Unfortunetely, instead of trying to find that guy they are far to focused on masturbating the egos of older past their prime veterans.

If they can work the Black Machismo gimmick into something more serious (And i dont mean drop it all together) then Jay Lethal could easily be a main event star for them. He's over with the fans, expieranced in TNA, pretty good but not great at wrestling, pretty good on the mic, and he is only in his early 20's.

They need to slowly phase out the Black Machismo tag and have him stop talking like he has laryngitis.

He can still dress in colorful ring attire and such, but the Macho Man tribute gimmick makes it hard to take him seriously.

I don't think they should elevate X Divison guys to the World Championship division. The X Division should be treated the same way as it was back in 04-06. It should be seen as an equal to the World Championship division, but due to their styles the X Division guys choose to compete there. As a result it should be a semi-Main Event championship instead of a midcard/semi-jobber affair.

Bottom line, James Storm should be pushed as the top face of TNA. He is the closest thing they have to a competant marketable future star. The whole beer drinking gimmick always has gotten over in wrestling.

I've said since the start of the whole MEM schtick that Jay Lethal should've been utilised much, much better than he has. It's been very disappointing that since it started he's basically been pushed in to Tag Team division loser-dom when he was the first to come out in support of Joe and AJ's Frontline. Although I think losing the whole Macho Man deal entirely is the way to go, I do respect the opinion that keeping certain aspects of it would make it much easier for the fans to transition from fans of Black Machismo to fans of Jay Lethal.

I also think Destroyer has a point about the treatment of the X-Division Title and how it should be given almost equal footing with the World Title. That way TNA's roster looks in better shape, and it doesn't stop X-Division talent from moving into the Heavyweight Division, and vice versa, it just means that the World Title Division is reserved for the very best at everything, while the X-Division Title is there for the best spot-monkeys that may never quite make it to World Title status, but we all love anyway... Like Jay Lethal.
