Anyway, if TNA really wanted to go "hard" at a WWE show, they should stick with ECW until they hit at least a 2.0 rating. They'd have to go live as well. Butttt as Steve sai, they really aren't that close aside from a months worth of iMPACT being better then Raw.
But really even if they beat Superstars, what does that prove for TNA? That they can beat a WWE show that nobody watches? It may be nice to say; "We beat a WWE program", but I really don't think TNA would really want that, or even want to make a big deal about it. I'm guessing Superstars doesn't even get 1.0's.
The only way TNA could compete with WWE is if they marketed superstars who can put on a watchable match. Its just too bad that TNA over-hypes people like Mick Foley, Jeff Jarrett and others who can draw but cant deliver. Meanwhile they neglect to seriously market people like AJ Styles & Beer Money Inc, people who can put on great matches. If TNA marketed Foley, Sting, Raven, Angle, and then put them around mid card, while putting someone like Styles in the main event, I think eventually TNA could stand ground with WWE.
