Oh God, WWE has gone retarded, TNA has gone fucktarded and ROH has gone wasted money on Flair. Is there any other promotion on the planet that is easy to follow and actually good?
I liked the finish mostly because i didnt expect it, if anything i was expecting Jarrett to hand the belt to Styles or Joe for the win. That is the idea behind swerves after all, something you dont expect. It's rare for it not to become obvious in the build up but Joe and Angle played both there roles well. Before hand i was wanting Jarrett or Angle to win but during the match that changed to Styles.
Despite losing, i think Morgan looked really really good. Sting did a great job putting him over. Exactly what Morgan needed after his poor feud with Abyss.
Speaking of Abyss, that was his best match in i dont know how long. Taylor did a great job aswell considering how little she has been in weapons matches.
I marked for Beer Money winning the titles back. Never should have lost them to begin with. By my count this is Storm's tenth title reign in TNA. Six with Harris, one with Daniels and three with Roode.
Since it was in Detroit, i think one of the Machine Guns should have won the X-Division title. Either would have went down really well.
Surprised Love retianed by Pinfall. I was expecting Tara to win by countout or DQ so they could continue to feud.
Shane Douglas looked awful on Defence but he fared better on offence.

The British Invasion defeated Rhino & Jesse Neal when Brutus Magnus beat Neal. Rhino's original partner Eric Young walked out on him during the bout, leading to Neal coming to try to help his mentor.
Exactly what i said would happen with Young. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
Overall, i'd put this as the best show of the year so far. Lockdown was first but with the exception of Douglas on defence everything worked out nicely and came together well at Slammiversary.

British Invasion def Young and Rhino when Young walked out on Rhino.
Suicide retained.
Daniels def Douglas via BME.
Love def Tara via Lights Out.
Taylor and Abyss def Raven and Daffney via Black Hole Slam to Raven on the tacks.
Sting def morgan with a second rope Scorpion Death Drop.
Beer Money def Team 3D via DWI.
Angle won the title when Joe handed it to him at the top of the ladder.

The reason for Douglas not doing well was apparently he sprained his ankle early in the match.
Good PPV and didn't see the end coming however it now destroys all of what Joe did in the weeks building up to the PPV.
What was the point in Joe taking out each member of the MEM if he was just going to side with them?

I could see the Joe taking out of the rest of the MEM as some type of attempt to establish dominance. Of course, I doubt TNA will bother to justify it properly.

One way they could go with it is having Angle and Joe against the rest of the Mafia, with the reason being that Angle is bitter about losing his leadership position and Joe being, well, the crazy bad-ass that he is. Hell, earlier in the PPV, during an interview with Angle, he talked about how all the other members had been taken out and now the match was all about him and Joe. He just didn't mean it the way we thought he meant it.
