Well after a couple of weeks of Eric Young taking on a almost shoot type role, complaining about being misused, having to face Banaduce and not being given chances at what he considered to be deserved Title Shots. From what it looked like, it was to be one of Eric Young's many slight character changes from Skittish Canadian Heel, to Skittish Face Who Didn't Want to Be Fired, to a Skittish Canadian Face, To a Face Who Was Well Motivated, and now he was aggrivated about not being used?
Needless to say, it was easy to lose interest in what was going on with Eric Young though. Everything being done with him was one dimensional. However, in this week's Impact, we saw Eric Young actually follow up on his new character and initiatively viciously attacking Jeff Jarret. This is a huge change from anything Young's ever done. I personally can't wait to se what this new character will bring. It looked promising to me.
I have always been adimant of EYs ability, but I dont know if he can handle the stick all that well (Yet to see Impact this week), and I feel TNA is already very heel heavy. Its a massive contradiction though havinf JJ feud with EY over an attack of his hammy when Sofa Joe did the exact same thing the week before with a chair! But Ill wait and see how it turns out, but If I were to make a prediction Id have to say hes going to get lost in the shuffle.

Difference with Joe is that Young was one of Jarrett's friends. Joe wasent. Jarrett knew that Joe was only out there to hurt him whereas Young was supposed to be out there to have the match and then go back to being friends afterwards.

Video Games have ruined my life, luckily, I still have two lifes left.
I would like to see a Randy Orton type character with his gimmick change. Cold and calculating. EY's pretty decent on the mic so I think that this could be great for his career. That is if TNA let's his character develop.

Yeah but didnt JJ endorce Joes group and fight along side him at lock down? But I know what you mean, they were never really friends on screen, and it does fit Joes new gimmick.

He is one of the most underrated wrestlers in TNA. The end of 2008 was when he released his pureness and seeing this vicious, stricken character does even more wonders. I'm proud that they haven't fired Eric
