Douglas wasent really an original. He didnt debut until Summer 2003, a year after TNA started. Raven can easily get away with that claim though as his debut came after only a few months.
If they are after originals for the short term why not Chris Harris, Elix Skipper, S.A.T's, Joey Matthews, Monty Brown, Kid Kash, Sonny Siaki and plently more who were in TNA before Douglas and would be much better in the ring.

Honestly what the fuck are these three going to bring to the product? Another broken down hasbeen who was never anything above "good" in his prime, another hasbeen who hasn't wrestled in YEARS and another over-the-hill neverwas for a poor division who will leave in a few months after A) she thinks should could cut in MMA beause she's an idiot or B) her bad knees explode and she becomes a cripple.

Good points, but Raven's return has made me more interested in the product than anything WWE are doing. Call me a mark I guess.
Not seen the actual return yet.
Victoria being there is a good addition because they really need somebody to revitalise the division.

And how is Victoria going to do that? By taking the spotlight away from their existing talent (not that any of them are any good)?
Bringing in new talent won't help them let alone old talent years past their sell by date, bringing in new bookers who don't have shit for brains is what will help them.
And yes, if seeing a broken down hasbeen (and I like Raven) returns to do the same shit he did four years ago but worse, then you are probably a mark.

Yeah what's the problem with that? The knockout division is one of the few areas in which somebody with some name value is actually beneficial. They desperately need somebody new to be the face of the division and just because Victoria is older than the others, doesn't mean it shouldn't be her. She could also put somebody over eventually, because right now Kong is the only credible one and she's just boring now imo.

When I found out that Raven was coming back, I couldn't help but mark. As I said before though, when he came out just to get involved in this Dr. Stevie shit, I was instantly disappointed. I underestimated TNA's stupidity.
I don't think Victoria will revitalize the division, but she's brought a little excitement to it for the time being. It's up to the booking committee to turn that flash in the pan to something we can be interested in for months to come.
I can't see it happening. To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
