- The big news coming out of Sacrifice and heading into "iMPACT!" is that "The Icon" Sting is the NEW Godfather of The Main Event Mafia! The question is, what will happen within the ranks of the MEM now that Sting is the new leader? How will Kurt Angle react to his demotion after getting pinned in the Pay-Per-View main event this past Sunday? Plus, what will happen next in the power struggle between TNA Founder Jeff Jarrett and still-TNA World Heavyweight Champion Mick Foley? Tune in and find out on Thursday night!
- The other big news is that on Sunday night, TNA Mobile announced the following: "This Thursday at "iMPACT!" former TNA stars Raven and Shane Douglas return plus the debut of Lisa Marie Varon (formerly Victoria) on SpikeTV 9pmET." Certainly, huge news as TNA heads to Slammiversary!
- TNA Management has informed TNAwrestling.com that qualifying matches for the King Of The Mountain main event at Slammiversary will begin this Thursday on "iMPACT!", with the TNA Superstars battling for a spot in the World Heavyweight Championship ladder match at the June Pay-Per-View!
- Also on Thursday, the TNA X Division Championship will be on the line as Suicide defends the gold against The Amazing Red! Don't miss this high-flying battle between the mysterious masked Suicide and one of TNA's X Division pioneers and the former champion, The Amazing Red!
- Still TNA Knockout Women's Champion Angelina Love is scheduled to defend the gold against Sojo Bolt
- Also on the broadcast, Team 3D will present a check for $100,000 and a trophy to the winners of the Team 3D Tag Team Tournament....Beer Money, Inc!
All this and much more on Thursday's huge "iMPACT!" broadcast on SpikeTV as TNA Wrestling begins the road to the June 21 "Slammiversary" Pay-Per-View event!

Re: iMPACT! - May 28th 2009 - Raven returns and Victoria debuts
Hmmmmmmmmmmm. It depends how they book this. Im not a fan of TNA trying to reference ECW or make an ECW stable because I just think there past it. It could be great, a Ravan v Abyss feud, but I think its going to be hit or miss, but by the spoilers it looks to have started of as a hit.

* AJ Styles b. Daniels to earn a spot in the King of the Mountain Ladder Match at Slammiversary. Shane Douglas came out after the match and took out Daniels with a chain. This setup an upcoming singles match between the two at Slammiversary.
* TNA X Division Champion Suicide b. Amazing Red to retain
* Sting cut a promo as the leader of the Main Event Mafia. He announced he's getting rid of the women because they are nothing but trouble and security because the food bill is too high.
* Doug Williams b. Cody Deaner in a Ladder Match to retain his X Division Championship "Feast or Fired" briefcase.
* TNA Knockout Women's Champion Angelina Love b. Sojo Bolt to retain. Love fired Cute Kip for not getting rid of Awesome Kong. Velvet Sky and Madison Rayne were at ringside as Lisa Maria Varon (formerly Victoria in WWE) came out and took out The Beautiful People.
* Mick Foley announced Samoa Joe vs. Kevin Nash for next week in a King of the Mountain Ladder Match qualifier.
* Eric Young cuts a promo that he wants to be a main event talent.
* Jeff Jarrett b. Eric Young to earn a spot in the King of the Mountain Ladder Match at Slammiversary. Young beat Jarrett down post match and had to be helped to the back.
* They taped a Dr. Stevie and Abyss segment next. Stevie ordered Abyss to put on a straight jacket he brought with him to the ring. He tried to hit him with a kendo stick but Lauren ran in for the save. Stevie tried to lay out Lauren but Raven came out and grabbed the kendo stick. Raven hit Abyss with the stick. Stevie & Raven celebrated in the ring.
My God this sounds horrible! Lol, Raven joins this silly mockery of Abyss? Jarret over Young? But we now have a Young Heel turn which is good. Hopefully TNA allowes Joe to beat Nash again, and hopefully it is at least as good as their last match which was decent. Victoria in TNA is lame. She has back problems in is nearing 40? Epic failure. Doug Williams over the joke that TNA made of Cody Deaner is good. (Deaner is a very good and crisp wrestler, very popular on this indies made to be a joke in TNA). Doug Williams going over him is awesome because as we all know, he is a great wrestler. The British Invasion is a lot better than I thought it'd be, so that's good and I'm they actually acknowlaedge that the briefcase does, in factm belong to Williams. Awesomeness! Suicide vs. Red should be good, and as shouold AJ vs. Red. (I forgot to mention that Jarret vs. Young will be good also). So iMPACT! should be a very good night as far as wrestling ability goes. Why are we seeing Douglas though? God, I hoped he'd retired? Gues not? Pooey.

TNA is very heel heavy atm. Ive read the other spoilers for the rest of the weeks but I dont know what happens in what order. TNA have been pretty all over the place lately, it looked like they were really turning the corner before Lockdown, but writing continues to let them down. Judging by these TV tapings the writing may have improved, because Raven and Stevie v Abyss just writes its self.
