I think Morgan is certainly a good fit. Maybe being used as personal security for injured Mafia members, but he's certainly not X-Division champion material. Imagine him defending in an Ultimate X match.
I can't see Joe joining the MEM now, with his current gimmick a tweener stable makes far more sense. Running rough-shod over the MEM and the Frontline with guys like Rhino, Morgan and Lashley makes sense I reckon.

For the Knockouts Championship, I see the MEM screwing Kong out of the title and in shades of Stephanie/Lita? having Sharmell take the title. As for the original question, my guess is that Morgan would probably be added to the Main Event Mafia eventually and given an opportunity to be X-Division Champion or have Danny Bonaduce be in MEM. Have him continue his feud with Eric Young who's in the Frontline.
