Where you you see TNA in 10 years? Will they flourish and be able to compete with the WWE? Will they end up bankrupt and have to close down? Or will they be in the same position they're in right now?
IMO they are heading down the path of WCW, pushing stars from other companies (i.e Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash etc.) and burying "home grown" stars. The quickest and easiest solution is simply better booking. Make the Legends title a mid card belt (and please change the name of it) giving the young up and comers and established veterans that aren't main event level something to compete for. Make the X division the cruiserweight belt of the company. And make all the belts seem important (something WCW did well). In 10 years we could be talking about TNA more than that other company if they do this.
10 years from now is a long time. I don't even know if the WWE will be around in 10 years, let alone TNA. Anything can happen in that amount if time, even an edgucated guess would be a ridiculous stretch.
But I'll say, in whatever amount of years from now, they'll be in the same position they are in now. They are a high rated show, just not as much as the WWE. It'll always be like that.
I'd like to see them stick around and become a real alternative to the WWE. Not even necessarily competition but at least a genuine alternative. Right now, its like watching a weak WWE flashback with the main event scene.
I really fear they will go the way of WCW. Keep pushing the old guys down the viewers throats until they just don't are anymore, then try to build new stars when its falling apart and too late. I hope they do manage to make some new stars though the whole MEM storyline but I don't see it happening. I see Styles and Joe still below where they have been in the past, when you concider they've both been world champions in TNA before.
