Foley will drop it pretty quick and he's not unbearable in ring or on the mic. It's TNA, I can barely summon up the strength to care about it really.
Foley's promo's have been God awful in my opinion. Continually bumbling lines and doing silly voices to indicate his multiple personalities... It's a shadow of his former work. Anyone that can't see that is blind. I wouldn't say he's the worst in TNA (Jarrett, Sting, etc...) but comparing Foley's TNA work, to his previous work pretty much anywhere else will leave you disappointed.
