Are you excited about Foley being in a one on one match?
Simple question. I know Foley has already wrestled in TNA in that 3 on 3 main event (I forget which PPV it was now), but are you excited at the prospect of seeing Mick Foley compete for the TNA World Title one on one against Sting inside the Six Sides of Steel? I think the match is kinda thrown together and goes against the whole Main Event Mafia angle, but I can't be the only Foley mark who admits its gonna be cool to see Foley in another big match (even if it isn't talked about more than the ''other April wrestling show'' To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 20 or greater. What can you actually expect from a man that has shattered knees? He has no business being involved in this match in his condition and I get the whole point that TNA wants to have another "Legend" vs. "Legend" Match at Lockdown but when you have a guy that is as out of it and out of shape due to injury as Foley, it only cheapens the PPV and once again puts TNA behind the 8 Ball when they clearly could of had Sting against AJ where AJ puts his Legends Title on the Line against the TNA Title and I think that would be alot more buzz worthy and alot better of a fight for the main event of your PPV rather than Foley/Sting where Foley clearly has no chance of winning.

I see your point, I'm just intrigued by it being a big Foley fan.
I know you are Tom and I like Foley and what he's done for the business. He's a creative mind that would do TNA alot of good behind the scenes but having him front and center is exactly what TNA shouldn't be doing. The closest thing Foley will get to do to even attempting a Big Bump will be falling onto his back through a table. I could also very easily reattempting his classic Snuka moment leaping off the top of the cage onto Sting through 10 garbage cans and a million tacks over a table inside the middle of the ring.

Well I bought a ticket for the event...and to be honest I kind of regret it now. The only thing I can hope for is a hostile Philadelphia crowd. As far as match quality...I think it will suck. Sting can barely move..or sell anymore.
