SIX SIDES OF STEEL: THE RETURN OF THE LETHAL LOCKDOWN Team Angle (Kurt Angle, Booker T, Scott Steiner & Kevin Nash) vs. Team Jarrett (Jeff Jarrett, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe & Christopher Daniels)
Re: TNA Lockdown - April 19th 2009 - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Well they don't exactly have a difficult task trying to top Destination X. I dislike Lockdown as a concept though. A PPV of steel cage matches is a terrible idea. Foley in his first one on one match in TNA captures my interest, but that is only because I'm a Foley mark. I doubt many others will be as excited about the match.

I was hoping it wouldnt be for the title but it is. Now, to me anyway, its obvious that Sting is winning since its a cage match which means no DQ or Countouts. A non title one on one match would be harder to call as their could be so many different endings but with this i can only see two. Scorpion Drop or Scorpion Death Lock.

I thought that Steve. Shame considering the whole point of the Main Even Mafia was to put over the young talent, here you have Sting and Foley headlining and Beer Money more than likely dropping the tag titles. Very stupid indeed.
I'm actually considering getting involved in Be The Booker just to see if I can put my money where my mouth is and book TNA better than TNA do.

Sting seems likely to wind up with the longest title reign in TNA history. And again, this is while he's hurt, he doesn't do house shows, and he's a babyface within a heel stable in the midst of a feud where said heel stable is supposed to be giving a rub to younger faces.
wat

Jarrett still has a few months on Sting. Sting has only been champion since October. If he makes it past Sacrifice i cant see him getting out of King of the Mountain as champion.

lol.
Sting's title reign is just so strange. Before his feud with Angle I kept forgetting who the Champion actually was, as he was just standing in the background while Angle did all the talking. Now that he has retained against Angle and is moving on to a match with FOLEY of all people, I have no idea where they are going with his reign, and frankly, I don't think they do either.

Thats more or less the final card as far as i can tell anyway. Two IWGP titles on the line? TNA are making a lot of alliances with other companies. Mike Tenay mentioned that L.A.X. became the IWA Tag Team Champions recently so add that to IWGP, CMLL and to an extent SHIMMER.
For Lethal Lockdown, i'm thinking Eric Young as the fourth man on Team Jarrett since he got a mention by Styles on iMPACT! the rest he mentioned are booked or have been "fired".
Also Angelina Love in a title match?!?! Hell yes!
