Well the Nation of Violence began last night and what can you say. Wow was Joe fat. I mean hes always been fat but WOAH has he stacked it on. Joes always worked awesome with his weight but he has put on a lot for anyone who did not see.
Now for those who did not see TNA ran an angle hinting Joe had legitimatly murdured Steiner, you read it, stabbed him to death. Then TNA cleared it up at the end of the promo with Lauren and Steiners just cut and scared really bad. Joe wrestles Steiner out the building, the camera doesnt follow. Later on Joes walking back and Lauren runs over, and Joes covered in dirt with his knife with blood on it. Laurens screaming 'What did you do to Scott'. WOW Im all for attitude but MY GOD too far? Ive never been uncomfortable in wrestling before, even in the Katie Vic storyline but this really put me of.
I think TNA is trying to copy WWE's attitude era a bit too much. I don't watch TNA all that much, but from what I can see they are trying to be really edgy...which isn't working at all.

Well I have been saying for a while that TNA should be taking advantage of the fact that WWE is PG by doing things WWE can't do in order to make their own product stand out.
But this angle is ludicrous to say the least. Just so so so over the top.
Also Joe's new look sucks.

Whoa, he looks Umaga-ish. I missed his match on the PPV, I only caught the X division match and the last match. I don't get why people were so amazed by Suicides dive at the end...that was pretty weak shit.

It doesn't look as bad as I thought, but it's still pretty bad. I don't know why they changed a good thing. I just hope that Joe doesn't support this idea and change. He looks really big too, but hopefully that's because he's been away for a while and not because of the gimmick (but I'm fearing that it's the latter). This whole thing just stinks...
By the way, did they repeat two "infamous" spots that they've already done in TNA? I could have sworn they already did the dive onto the Ultimate X cables and the big boot off of the rampway onto a thumbtack table already...
