That's great, but also realize that your son is going to be the exception to the rule or is greatly influenced by what and how much you watch of a company or time period.

Going back decades shows off such a drastic difference in content to the point that even adult fans can struggle with being able to appreciate the style from back then. I was born in 1986 and the idea of having to watch wrestling from the 50s seems like an easy way to ensure that I wouldn't have remained a wrestling fan.

Get them watching a Gotch vs Thesz broadway and when they complain explain to them that this is real grappling.

To try and get a kid into wrestling on a meaningful level, I'd probably get them watching Cena. You get the same as you would with Hogan (on a smaller level) but in a more modern and recognisable time.

Or like Shock said, show them Lou Thesz. Could go either way.

    Daniel Bryan vs Kofi Kingston

New Day vs The Usos, Hell In A Cell match

Both are pretty accessible, safe, modern matches which are satisfying

You obviously show them Sami Callihan vs. Tessa Blanchard from Slammiversary.

    Hi everyone

I have an AEW btb in the works and I have a serious question about booking the likes of Sammy Guevara and Jimmy Havoc.

I don't want to go into details but I have suffered abuse through out my life and I don't know if I am comfortable with booking them. Any advice on the subject would be appreciated I am sorry if I have wasted your time or posted in the wrong spot.

Usually these kinds of posts would go in this thread in the BTB section: http://wrestlingclique.com/showthread.php?t=86892

I'll reply to your message in there as you might get more of the BTB community checking in on that thread than this one, so might get more responses.

I don't know. Is someone having a difference of opinion with you on the quality of the match the same thing as telling you you're wrong? I feel like there's a difference.

    That was the first match.

I remember preferring the second match. I loved the opening Superman stand off but they really lack a real follow up on the 2016 match whereas the 2017 match feels more complete. Ospreay improved as an overall wrestler by then.
