Formatting was always the worst thing about writing a BTB I found

    Re: The BTB Discussion Thread

I’m torn between continuing my PWE project or starting a new thread for PWE that’s advance far beyond the beginning year or so, but give big details on what happened to get things to move forward. Or I’m thinking about diving in to a project similar to Monday Night Wars: Butterfly Effect and give an altered history of wrestling as a whole.

Like what would happen if Dolph Ziggler left WWE and went to New Japan? What if Ring of Honor elevated to the next level? The effects of Roman Reigns actually becoming heel.

    [size] for font size etc.

I wite everything that way in Word and then before I paste it in I hit the button in the top left 'Switch Editor To Source Mode'

Paste my work in then click the button again and your changes should appear.

If the paragraph issue persists to leave two line breaks. On most occasions the site removes one line break, so having two keeps our spacing as you would want it.

Was a pain to set up the first time, but saved a ton of time on every subsequent show.

And like others have said, turn off WYSIWG mode and paste. Saves your formatting much better.
Excellent feedback guys, thank you. This is exactly what I was hoping for when I asked the question. Just had a trial run creating a mini template with source mode and using "paste with Word" and the difference is enormous. Saved me a very quick burn out there!

Tell me about it. Formatting a BTB or as I'm more familiar with formatting a show for the e-fed is literal hell sometimes.

When I wrote Wrestlemania in my project it took forever but it was worth it, check it out if you can find it. (Cheap plug #1)

Guessing Summerslam will be similar in the coming months. (Cheap plug #2)

When you do a throwback BTB where do you go to find the roster of the time like WWF 2001

When it came to doing a Japanese wrestling BTB, the two main things I wanted to do was book and write a Champion Carnival and book and write a G1 Climax. I've done the former, and watching the current G1 has me thinking about doing the latter. It's a long way off, though, as long as I'm working on my current BTB, but it's definitely something I'm thinking about for down the road.

I've always wanted to do a NJPW series, but I feel their actual product is better than anything I can convey with writing

The coming months? Surely you aren't making us wait that long.
