Adrenaline Rush E1 - December 31st 2008 - Live from New York City

Charles W. Anderson: Hello Ladies and Gentlemen and welcome to the first edition of CWA Adrenaline Rush! I hope you all had a safe and happy holidays but now, its time for some bone crunching, career shorting, death defying brand of Entertainment that is exclusive to Clique Wrestling Alliance. I know you people didn’t spend your hard earned money to listen to me talk so without further hesitation, lets kick off the show!

With that said, a large pyro display opens Adrenaline Rush before we are treated to The Exies performing their brand new and exclusive to CWA song, ironically, Adrenaline Rush.

Once the Exies hit’s the final cords of their hard rock opening performance we go to our commentary team of Jim Taylor and Harvey Buckworth. Taylor and Buckworth proceed to give us a run down of tonight’s card. Tonight we will see two Heavyweight Ranking Matches that will pit some of the best in the business today against each other. Our third match this evening will see the first ever champion crowned in CWA as the Lightweight Championship will be decided in a four way elimination match. As Taylor continues to talk and give his expert analysis on how the matches will go down we see some familiar faces on the big screen. Ultimate Pain and Minimal Pain are heading towards the entrance ramp for the first match up in CWA existence.

Logan V make his entrance to a chorus of boo’s from the fans here tonight but it doesn’t seem to faze the masked man as he heads directly to the ring with only one thing on his mind. Winning.

Lindsay Monahan: The next competitor comes to us from Tacoma, Washington, he weighs in at 254 lbs, Ladies and Gentlemen, Devon Jones.

Devon Jones roars into the arena on his motor cycle as the fans cheer for him. The cheers are soon drowned out however as Jones revs his bike loudly. Jones finally rolls down to the ring before high fiveing a couple of fans near the ring steps.

Lindsay Monahan: And finally, from near by Yonkers, New York weighing in at 245lbs he is the self proclaimed Future of Wrestling, this is Rich Stone.

The former MMA fighter pushes through the curtain to a lot of cheers from the paying public. Stone casually but confidently makes his way to the ring to start the first match of the evening.

Ultimate Pain is joined in the ring after the bell by his brother Minimal Pain. The brothers celebrate the big victory together. After the post match celebrations we go backstage to a dimly lit room where quite a large man is sitting by himself.

Eoghan O‘Neill: I've come to unleash my pain on anyone who crosses my Irish Path while I then lead them to destruction. My name is Eoghan O'Neill...and I'm coming to send a message to CWA.

The large Irish Man stares at the camera as it slowly fades out.

Back to the ring now where we are just about ready for our second contest of the evening.

Lindsay Monahan: The following contest is an Elimination match to crown the first ever CWA Lightweight Champion. Introducing first, weighing in at 185 lbs he is The Uprise Surprise, Tony Burlom.

The former Amateur Wrestler confidently makes his way to the ring to a fairly good reaction despite the fact he is relatively unknown in the professional wrestling world.

Lindsay Monahan: Introducing next from Los Angeles, California, weighing in at 205 lbs, this is the Real Deal, Joey Nicholas.

A cocky pretty boy makes his way through the entrance curtain with some eye candy on each arm. Nicholas slowly makes his way to the ring being sure to show off his body every chance he got. Once he reaches the ring area one of his valets removes his ring jacket that looks more like an expensive shirt while the second removes his sun glasses despite the fact that he is indoors.

The Iraqi Extremist comes to the ring proudly waving an Iraqi flag above his head. Being in New York City you can guess the reaction it gets. The boos however only seem to encourage the self proclaimed Extremist as he climbs the ropes and waves the flag some more.

Michelle Kelly enters the ring after the bell with a mic in hand. Michelle Kelly joins the officials in awarding the CWA Lightweight Championship to its new owner. Michelle tries to get a word from the ecstatic champion but Nicholas isn’t interested in talking right now. Dr. Jack Adams meanwhile is trying to explain the distraction from Abdul Akbar Alsam to the official.

We go backstage now where Roberto is walking and talking to Orlando Maxwell. Roberto is trying to explain the difference between a Rankings Match and a Battle Royal but gives up and tells Maxwell to watch the monitor and he will show him instead.

As Roberto walks off towards the entrance to the arena, CWA Majority Shareholder Charles W. Anderson appears on the screen seated in his office.

Charles W. Anderson: Hello again. I hope everyone is enjoying the show thus far and I also hope you are ready for the main event this evening. But before that happens I am proud to announce the date of our first ever Pay Per View Special. On January 28th 2009, Live from Las Vegas, Nevada, CWA proudly presents to you Uprising. We hope you can join us as our main event will feature Ultimate Pain taking on the Winner of the upcoming match to determine the first ever CWA Heavyweight Champion. Please join us for this monumental night in January. Thank You.

Anderson smiles at the camera as it fades to black and we go back to the ring where Lindsay Monahan stands with a mic in her hand.

Lindsay Monahan: Ladies and Gentlemen, it is now time for your Main Event of the evening. The following contest is a Rankings Match in which the winner will go to the Main Event of CWA Uprising in January. First, from New Jersey, weighing 270 lbs, Frankie Enzo.

A huge intimidating figure appears atop the ramp. Enzo runs his hand through his hair as he looks around in disgust at the fans in attendance. Enzo walks to the ring careful not to let anyone touch him along the way.

Lindsay Monahan: Next from Manchester, England, weighing 261 lbs, Mike Rotch.

A rough and tough looking man with bleached blond hair makes his way to the ring next where despite his appearance seems to want the fans to cheer for him as he tries to rally them along the way.

Lindsay Monahan: And their opponent, from Los Angelus, California, weighing in at 225 lbs, he is The Beautiful Man, Roberto!

A man with some questionable traits comes to the ring next in a very expensive looking robe. Roberto pulls his scarf off and tosses it to Frankie Enzo. Enzo catches it but throws it to Mike Rotch once Roberto winks at him. Rotch throws the scarf to the outside as Roberto eyes him up.

Lindsay Monahan: And finally, weighing in at 250 lbs, the Figure of Destiny, Vance Johnson.

The arena dims and a strange red tint comes over the ring and entrance ramp. Several minutes pass before the lights come back on.

Lindsay Monahan: Ladies and Gentlemen, the Figure of Destiny, Vance Johnson.

Once again the arena turns red and once again nothing happens for several minutes. After a brief discussion between Lindsay and the Official in charge a decision is made.

Lindsay Monahan: Ladies and Gentlemen, I regret to inform you that this match will unfortunately not be a four way as advertised. It will instead be a three way elimination rankings match.

    The opening bell rings!

The Tutti Frutti is locked in tight! He's on the mat now. And Enzo taps out!

Lindsay Monahan: Ladies and gentlemen, the time of the match is 12 minutes, 07 seconds. Your winner, via the Tutti Frutti is Roberto!

Roberto falls to his knees and screams in joy at his victory. The main event for CWA Uprising is now set. Roberto will face Ultimate Pain to determine the first CWA Heavyweight Champion.

As Roberto celebrates in the ring he spots his opponent atop the ramp. Ultimate Pain is watching closely. The two men lock eyes as they both know what is up for grabs. The stare is only broken when Roberto is jumped from behind. Roberto is choked out in a Dragon Sleeper before being dropped to the mat. “The Figure of Destiny” Vance Johnson stands over the lifeless body of Roberto and takes his place in the stare down with Ultimate Pain to end the show.
