Will TNA Going Live help the Rating?

Personally I don't believe so, I'll share insights later. But why or why not would you think this would help/harm the ratings?

TNA need the ratings to fgo higher when they go live, it costs a hell of a lot more money to produce a live show than a pre taped show

I think they will as it will cut out the spoilers that it currently suffers from. I'm not expecting much of an increase. I'm expecting the same as TNA management are, 1.3 for the first live show, after that, it depends on how they managed a live show. If they do it well & present it well then it could go higher as the spoiler readers give it a chance. If its done poorly then it'll drop back to the usual.

I don't think it will help. Decent storylines will help ratings. Not having two hours of Angle/Karen/AJ love triangle will help ratings.

To be honest God, at this point I think I'm more apt to watch the iMPACT if I know what's going to be on the card. If I see a match I want to see, I'll watch iMPACT. I think it's going to be harder for me to watch iMPACT without the spoilers at this point. I can't say I'm all that confident in TNA's booking to put on a good live show.

Look at it this way, the PPV's are the best part of TNA and they are done live. You'll also still know whats on the card, you just wont know who wins.
