While not the most iconic DX theme, that Run DMC theme for DX is an old favourite for me, coming from 2000 when I got into the product. Stoked that a couple others gave it some love too. The Jake theme is iconic too. Glad there was a couple of us on that one.

All the rest on that update are great tbf. There’s not one that I don’t dig in some form or fashion.

Always dug the Run DMC version of DX. It seperate the era of DX nicely from Degenerates to being wise ass heels backed by management

Yep, I had Shock in instead of Tig. Now changed.

Man I forgot how dreadful the 2010s-ish Nexus era themes were. Nothing says 'intimidating heel faction' like vanilla pop rock.

What? 12 Stones are definitely not pop-rock. If you think they are, they you def. haven't heard non-Nexus 12 Stones.

I would say though that the song in question is pretty vanilla and vaguely pop.

Black's theme the standout for me there. Indifferent on the three others to be honest. Never really enjoyed King of Kings.

I like it, but I was only ever gonna choose one of either King of Kings or The Game, and let's face it, it was never gonna be King of Kings. There may be another Motörhead song in my top 25 though

Re: WC's Greatest WWE Entrance Music of All Time - THE COUNTDOWN!

Got a lot of catching up to do, let's get to it.

Gangrel: Was under some consideration from yours truly. Honestly one of the few times they've nailed a creepy vibe on one of their superstar themes. Very spooky at the start, loses some momentum as it gets a bit more generic rocky.

Daniel Bryan: Nice twist on a classic. Never really felt it was a super great match for him but he's used it for forever so whatever does it for him.

Flair: Just deeply iconic stuff. Hard to separate from the man.

Smoke & Mirrors: Super super good and was on my shortlist. The sort of gimmicky theme that I was happy to see make a comeback when it did.

Cactus Jack: Doesn't really do anything for me. Just whatever rock.

The Rock (Electrifying): This is his newest mix I believe? It's pretty much the same as always, classic, but still not my favorite.

    __

Pete Dunne: Pretty good! Always liked the vibe of this one, don't hear it enough to have had it come to mind.

Edge (Never Gonna Stop): More of that good ol' Forceable Entry shit. Not as good as the best Edge stuff though, just kind of whatever. You can see why it didn't stick.

Vince: Iconic. Not exactly something I hum to myself, but I can't forget it.

Swagger (Patriot): Forever ingrained in my head as a Cesaro song after his Andre win, it's a bonkers theme no matter who's coming out to it. Made the low end of my list but all 25 of them are prestigious so that's high praise.

Victoria (All The Things She Said): Someone mentioned it's hard to see this as a theme for her but it worked a thousand times better than "I'M NOT THE LADY TO MESS WITH WOOOOOO." Honestly thought it fit like a glove, terrific guilty pleasure song and wrestling theme.

Asuka: Great theme and I echo what someone else said about it not being some blatant Asian stereotype as so many of them have been. Just a kickass theme for a boss wrestler. Only the muddled vocals kinda drag it for me.

Mr. Perfect: No strong feelings about it. Feels like low-rent Ric Flair.

    ___

Stone Cold (I Won't Do What You Tell Me): Classic, almost made the list.

Paige: This one slipped my mind but damn was I high on this back in the day. This made Paige feel so fucking big time because it was rare a Women's wrestler got such a bombastic and badass theme. Great shout.

Roberts: Bit before my time stylistically but I like it.

Nexus: 12 Stones aren't exactly great song-writers but they still have a lot of better ones than this. I honestly think they could have found something much more intimidating for the Nexus and this song was a missed opportunity. Just the first of many generic rock bangers for Barrett.

Boss Man: Goofy as fuck. ACAB.

Eddie (Lie, Cheat, Steal): So torn on this and another Eddie theme but this was my pick after much deliberation. So fucking perfect for him. RIP to a real one.

Twin Towers: Before my time but this does kinda slap.

Goldust: Undeniably great theme song for a guy who really didn't deserve it most days. That Stardust managed to get a theme that not only matched but maybe surpassed this was a real feat. Briefly considered both.

D-X (The Kings): Honestly not as good as their usual, and that's not exactly a super high bar.

    ___

Eddie (Can You Feel The Heat): The other Eddie song I really thought about. I love heel Eddie but I liked the face version of this just an ounce more. 1A and 1B and would have voted for both if I was gonna rep a wrestler twice.

Razor: Really good tune and Razor really sold it.

Aleister Black: I cannot believe they took this theme away from this dude, I would have walked out of the company. The absolute mood this tune sets is next level and to get a group like Incendiary on a WWE track is so far removed from the usual radio rock groups they get to cooperate with them. Everything about this rules, I don't even hate that it's like a 40 second loop because every second of it rules. One of the absolute best and the peak of CFO$ tenure.

King of Kings: I love that he found a reason to use this more frequently because it's pretty damn good and worth swapping out with "The Game" from time to time. It's not quite as good as an entrance song, but it works great for Corporate HHH.

I've only just realised that they've given him a new theme, and dear god does it suck in comparison.
