    “Big Mack” Marcus McClain

    Character name: Marcus McClain

    Nickname: Big Mack

    Height: 6'3

    Weight: 265 lbs

    Birthday/Age: May 31st, 1985 (35 years old)

From (City, State, Country): Tampa, Florida, USA

Alignment (Cheer or Boo): Cheer (babyface with a bit of an edge)

Backstory: Marcus is an ex-con after serving his time in prison for a crime that he didn't even commit. He was framed for armed robbery and murder, the person framing him was his brother. Eventually, after Marcus had already spent several years in prison, his brother confessed to the crime after he was overcome with guilt and remorse for setting up Marcus. Marcus was granted his freedom, and now his brother is serving his time in prison. Before all of that, Marcus had had his whole life ahead of him, he was a star athlete in college and was ready to go pro in the NFL. With a new lease on life and newly found freedom, Marcus took up training to become a professional wrestler. Despite what his brother did to him, Marcus still looks out for his brother's family, a wife and two children. Growing up, he knew FWA star "The Wildcard" Jason Randall, the two were friends as kids before losing touch with one another after Marcus' family moved to Florida.

Marcus was a finalist in the second season of Ground Zero but unfortunately he was not successful in winning. There is a light at the end of the tunnel though, because Marcus has been signed by the FWA despite coming up short. FWA officials were so impressed by Marcus, they knew that they wanted to see more from him and they wanted to give him another opportunity. Now, Marcus gets to continue his dream and he will not take this opportunity for granted.

You know the old saying, new year new me? Big Mack is going to make good at that and develop a bit of a competitive edge with some attitude as well. Marcus wants nothing more than to succeed and cement his own legacy in wrestling. He wants to make a name for himself and prove that he belongs, and prove that he deserves this second chance at a better life and he’ll do anything to make sure that it doesn’t go to waste.
