I think it had more to do with wanting to go with the guy they had less film on, tbh.

I'd be a bit surprised if Brees doesn't sign another 1 year deal.
    Everything will surely be alright.

On the subject of QBs stepping in, how good was it to see PJ Walker doing well?

I liked it. Glad to see him do well, considering I liked him in XFL.

Last week, I felt that Gilbert looked pretty good for Dallas, an AAF guy.

I like seeing those kinda guys get some attention.
    Everything will surely be alright.

If Walker's 2 red zone INTs were TDs he'd be blowing up. Just gotta smooth out the edges and I think he could be a legit starter if he gets enough time.

Already much prefer him to captain checkdown.

To make matters worse for us, Ingram and Dobbins have both tested positive for Covid. Which means our entire offence will be Gus Edwards doing dives for 3 yards all game, or Lamar passing a lot... against Pittsburgh.

What a miserable couple of weeks.

That's a big blow for sure. Ingram didn't do anything in the first game in Baltimore anyway, but not having Dobbins who ran for 113 yards against Pittsburgh and averaged 7.5 yards a carry is going to hurt. I think the Steelers will likely be implementing Avery Williamson this week, the MLB from the Jets they traded for. They'll probably use him as a spy for Lamar Jackson because he has the speed for it that Spillane and Vince Williams don't. Keep in mind the Steelers were also without their varsity nose tackle Tyson Aluhau. He'll be plugging up the middle of line making those dive runs for Gus Edwards even more difficult.

I don't know man, as a Steelers fan I'm pretty optimistic. It's a home game, on prime time TV. But, it's still the Ravens. And the Ravens could have their entire team replaced by scabs, and this game would still be crazy because it's Steelers and Ravens football. Division games are so unpredictable, and nobody wants to give the Steelers their first loss more than Baltimore. So we'll see how it goes.

He's really awful. He holds the ball for so long, someone needs to tell him how to throw it away.

I've looked at the rest of their schedule:

    at Steelers
    Cowboys
    at Browns
    Jaguars
    Giants
    at Bengals

If they can put themselves together and win at least 4 out of 6 of those games, they will have a good chance of making the playoffs.

Oh definitely. I've seen some terrible Ravens teams win this game and vice-versa. I was fairly confident about the first game and we lost, and I have little confidence this week so who knows.

If we lose to the Steelers that game in Cleveland is massive given where both teams stand.

Saw some conspiracy theories that the Ravens are faking Covid tests to postpone the match, which may lead to the playoffs being extended to 16 teams. That's big brain stuff right there.

Steelers are very, very good. But they are bound to lose a game or two, I think they lose probably to Bills and Colts. Maybe Ravens?
Cowboys, I mean..They are a mess and a very injured team, but who knows. They might build some momentum after the Vikings win, but I'd give Ravens the upper hand.
Browns really depends. I think Ravens win, but that Browns defense is pretty darn good.
Jaguars should be a relatively easy win.
Giants should be a relatively easy win.
Bengals without Burrow should be an easy win.

The absolute worst I see is them going 3-3 in that stretch. I think they win at least 4, though.
    Everything will surely be alright.
