WC's Fave Five Television Shows of 2017~!

I couldn’t get into The Good Doctor. I feel like Highmore is just a one note actor, and while that one note works the first time in Bates Motel, it doesn’t in TGD. Hopefully he’ll try and stretch his acting muscles a little in future roles, if he hasn’t already typecast himself at this point.

I also dislike medical shows in general, and feel that there are way too many of them on television. There’s literally been two good ones that I can recall (St. Elsewhere and House) and even those weren’t always good.

Brockmire is hilarious and should be seen by way more people.

Future Man wasn't that great, but it qualifies as entertainment for it's ludicrousness.

Brockmire is really fucking good and I might have put it on my list if I'd noticed it. But I guess it's good that I exposed some people to Tangled instead.

I assume those 4s are meant to be 3s. Orville's first season is rough, but the second season I found quite compelling and awesome.

I missed Young Sheldon on the list. Never watched a full episode but I've wanted to. Seems funnier than The Big Bang Theory which I never liked. I've seen video clips of it that I enjoyed. I'd have ranked it over SWAT probably.

Only one I've seen some of is Young Shelton. Not a fan, but appreciate them differentiating it's presentation from TBBT.

    16T. - A Series of Unfortunate Events - 40 points (OMB #3, Markstrom #5)

    16T. - Happy! - 40 points (BoJack Horseman #2)

    16T. - Star Trek: Discovery - 40 points (Fuji Vice #2)

    16T. - The Handmaids Tale - 40 points (Thundercat #2)

Happy! is such a balls to the wall trip of a TV series. I always thought Meloni was underrated as an actor and damn, he shows how awesome he is in this madness. Patton Oswalt as Happy is for me also a huge reason to recommend it.

Saw an episode of Happy, looked suitably insane. My old man was a fan.
