    Where is your dream home?

Not in a wishful way, but when you're asleep and in a dream, where is your home?

Is it the home you grew up at?
A long term home you're no longer at?
    Your current home?

For me, it's a mix of where I grew up and where I live now. Sometimes they merge. But mostly it's where I grew up. Tonight (I fell asleep on the couch) when I was inside, it was my current home. Once I went outside, it was my parent's home where I grew up.

The craziest thing is part of the dream was about my neighbor's flower bed. Their pride and joy, where'd you always see them. I haven't thought about that since I moved out of my parent's 15 years ago - or seen it for over 10 when my parents moved.

It is the house I grew up in. Sadly it burned down in 2016. <_<

Mostly the one I grew up in.

Sometimes the one I live now or one of the other apartments I've had, but I'd say about 75% of the time...the one I lived in from about 2-19.
    Everything will surely be alright.

Re: Where is your dream home?

I usually don't have dreams where I'm at my house. More often I'm at work, or just a totally random house in general. But yeah most of my dreams lately have been work dreams. Probably because that's what I've been dealing with stress wise for the last while.

My childhood home never comes out in dreams, which is very interesting. I wonder if there's a dissociation connection there?

If I dream about a house it’s usually the house I grew up in from the ages of 7-17. Sometimes I dream about the house I lived in from the ages of 17-24 but like Sully most of my dreams are work dreams.

Re: Where is your dream home?

When I dream about a house I dream about the one I lived in between 7 to 12. Usually there's a home invasion happening. We never did have a home invasion there, though it was a particularly dangerous neighborhood and it wouldnt have been shocking if something of the sort did happen. I dont have crazy fond memories there or any real tie. You'd have to do some deep psychological digging to find out why I imagine.

Todd Chavez: I'm deeply sad and nothing can make me happy.
