Bruno has been excellent. Just adds that extra quality in the midfield, drives the team forward when nothing else seems to happen. Quality so far.

    Speaking of excellent midfielders....

Arsenal have none. We are looking the lesser team so far and I fully expect us to lose to Southampton.

Completely agree. He was the missing link we'd been trying to find. Makes everything come together and has the quality on top of that to be the best player or right up there in the PL.

fucking chuffed. Ugly win, but a clean sheet away is just something Arsenal don't anymore. Throw in a goal from a midfielder and its a fucking unicorn of a performance for us.

I'm an American soccer lover. I'm from and live in PA, only an hour from Hershey, Pulisic's hometown. I've had friends coach at the high school Pulisic and his sister went to, friends buy horses from the family. Hershey is one of my favorite PA places to go to.

That Chelsea goal gave this Liverpool fan a massive smile

Pep going in the summer do you reckon?

Liverpool only team that deserve to be Champions, best team by a distance. Now the hard work starts haha.

Typically Man City screw over United too but still 7 games to make up those 5/6 points depending on Leicester's form.

Leicester won't finish in top four and there's no way Pep is leaving this summer. They'll win Champions League I reckon. They just need to sort the defence.

City couldn't help out United by making it easier to catch up on Chelsea ugh. The only takeway I have from the game. The only one.

Nice win away from home and a clean sheet. Expected Arsenal to draw or lose. Glad we won, hopefully now we go on a winning run to secure a EL Spot.
Really annoyed that David Luiz has signed a contract extension. Soares on a 4 year deal? What the hell, the AFC board is crazy. Absolute madness from the club. Not optimistic with the Mari deal but I hope he delivers. At least we have Saliba to look forward to next season. Martinelli out for the season is a big blow. Nketiah’s doing well and Laca needs to step up.

Congrats to Liverpool, well deserved. Their 30 year wait is over. Thanks to Watford it wasn't an invincible season but I do expect Liverpool to break the most points record. The real test for Liverpool starts now as it will be difficult to retain the title. A 3 way title race next season between Liverpool, Man City and Chelsea.

Have to give it to Liverpool. Incredible team that have absolutely decimated everyone on the Premier League. There's a strong argument to say they're already the best team ever in English football and if they win again next year they almost certainly are. Would have loved to have seen Jurgen Klopp at United after Fergie. He just gets it.

I think teams that win on multiple fronts deserve the accolade of best. Liverpool won the champions league and premier league but in separate seasons with no domestic cup run. I think its more impressive for Man Utd of 99 and 08 to win in Europe and domestically, despite the fact that they got a lot less points in the Premier League than Liverpool.

If Liverpool can win trophies on multiple fronts in a season then I would listen to arguments for them being the best. As it is, they are at least behind Man Utd of 99, Man Utd of 08, and City of 17-19

Plus now Klopp has proved he can win the big trophies and with his brand of football you know it won't be long until the Spanish Vultures come knocking.

Damn you go unbeaten for a whole calendar year and still don't get the recognition you deserve

Nah i totally get where you're coming from and hopefully we can do the deed next season. That being said we did get 97 points last season and only lost the league because City had just slightly more freakishly good season than us, considering we may replicate or even beat that points tally this season, we surely have to be in the discussion with those mentioned above.

In any case i'm just happy we've finally got that monkey off our back, the boys worked so hard for it and i'm glad they never let their heads drop after last season. Here's hoping we can continue to build the team and push on to win a few more over the next few years.

I do wonder if Pep will stick around. I can't help but feel like it all depends on if they win the Champions league or not. If they win it then he'll probably stick around for another year or two. If they don't then he'll pack his bags and find a job somewhere else. If he does go it'll be interesting to see who City bring in to replace him.

Funny how things switch so fast. Arsenal are suddenly "showing all the promise" after a win over the bottom side on the table and Chelsea are in trouble after an unexpected loss in a match where they should have smashed the Hammers. Results will switch up again and so will the narratives.

Nice win for the Gunners, even if it was against Norwich. Club is still a mess. Ozil can't even be arsed to train enough to be on the bench. Guendouzi has to be heading for the door in the summer. But at least we are keeping Saka.

You were definitely helped by Norwich not showing up at all. Pretty sure if we rounded up 11 of us lot we'd have been able to get a result against them. I've always had a soft spot for Tim Krul, but that was probably one of the worst performances I've seen from him in a while.

I'm desperate for the Newcastle takeover to happen now. There's no other way of us holding onto Saint-Maximim. He'll be gone in the summer for £70million, and not a penny of it will get invested back into the squad. I'm surprised if we manage to keep hold of both him and Almiron any other way. Glad for Dwight Gayle that he got a chance to redeem himself after that shocker against City in the cup.
