Disappointed that they're leaving, especially since it's because of how poorly they've been booked. They could have been a pillar in that tag team division for WWE, expecially when you consider how terrible Raw's tag team division is, but instead they were quickly made into a joke with angles like the testicles joke they did with New Day (that went on for FAR too long) and the whole 'Nerd-o-meter' gimmick. They barely scratched the surface of their past alliance with AJ Styles and they teased an alliance with Finn Balor but then never went all in on it (apart from having them team on that one Raw) when perhaps they should have.

They'll be absolutely fine wherever they end up, be it back in New Japan or in AEW.

Not being a dick or anything, genuinely asking this... did it? Maybe I'm missing something but AJ's rarely struck me personally as much more than a guy that Vince looks at as an upper midcarder that can run with the top title when it's not needed to headline shows. During his last reign with the belt I can't remember of the top of my head a single time he main evented, his merch obviously sells pretty well but I don't hear his name up their with Cena, Roman and The New Day; did signing AJ really benefit WWE all that much?

Speaking of AJ; as he signed at the same time as Gallows and Anderson, surely his contract is coming up too? Do we know his status? He's in a really good position right now, in that he could actually play WWE off of AEW and New Japan to up his money in the long run. His run with WWE may not have impressived me all that much but there's no denying that he could be a needle mover for both those companies if he chooses not to re-sign with the 'E.

As for Gallows and Anderson, I respect their desire to actually have some creative satisfaction but no matter where they end up they may have just nuked their only chance to make really huge stacks in this business. I hope for their sake's they don't end up regretting this decision.

The old rumour mill has been running on that one for a while. Supposedly up just after WM, depending on the source he's either signed again or hasn't yet but intends to. Big factor was wanting an Orton like schedule where he doesn't work as many house shows as others.

The fact that he has the Orton programme right now, does suggest he's re-signed, although it's not exactly focused. If they decided to drop it, they could without much fuss.

He's been a benefit in the sense of he's been the best wrestler in the company since he got there, 2016 and 2018 I have him down as WWE's best wrestler. I think he also established SD Live back as a show worth watching in 2016 and raised the credibility of the WWE title in his first run. Business wise it's hard to gauge it without data, but entertainment wise he's been a huge plus to the company.
