I don't think Punk should be a lock to make the top 25 in general. Though the more I'm thinking about it the more I think he should be considered.

I was never a huge fan but I've still got him on the low end of my list. I feel like his high points in the company (MitB 2011, the subsequent Cena matches, the Jericho feud, the matches with Undertaker and Brock) put him above a lot of others that I wanted to include.

I got Punk lower down on my list. I think his final few years were good enough to edge onto the list. Long title reign, even if it wasn't what it should've been. And he has loads of great matches to choose from. I don't think Cena vs Punk is this GOAT match or anything but it has a massive legacy.

Correction on my part - there have been eight different number ones. Seven of them have been named so far. The other guy is definitely unconventional but a personal favorite of mine and others. I wouldn't put him at one but he was top ten for me.

Re: WC's Greatest Superstars in WWE History!

I could easily see someone voting Punk #1. All you'd need to be is someone who didn't start watching wrestling until the 2000s and so missed all the previous big stars peak years so that someone like Punk could easily be 'your guy' who you followed his WWE career from start to finish with who has the IT factor and something that separated him from the pack because he wasn't A. a veteran or B. part of the home grown stars like Orton, Edge, Cena and Batista. His run is shorter than others and it took them a while for the company to 'get him', but from 2009-2012 he's really great for them and has a bunch of memorable moments.

Punk's best quality when I look at his case is his ability to talk and make me want to see the feuds and matches he's having and invest in his rise to the top of the company. I think that is something missed from WWE these days when they will not budge from their formula of long talking segments on TV and they throw people out there to have poorly acted segments every week. He was a good wrestler, but the company is littered with good wrestlers now, some of which are comfortably better than Punk in-ring, but I don't think there's many who can hold a candle to his mic work. He never felt like a guy reciting WWE's script and even when he's given something to work with like the SES or the Nexus, he makes it work better than it has any right to.

I'm most interested to see where Vince makes the list.

I've done my rough draft of the 25 wrestlers that make my list.

Just wondering how many Women made people's lists currently?

I've gone with two! One I'm certain about and one I think has done enough- just about.

    None.

I can't think of a single female wrestler that I could consider "greater" than anyone on my list.

I figure you will not be alone in that thinking dude.

One that I struggled with placement wise was Ric Flair considering a lot of his glory days and better work was done with NWA/WCW

If you consider his performance in the Royal Rumble '92 (which is still one of the best performances I've ever seen), and the body of his work as a solid midcarder until his Mania match with Shawn, I put him in the top 15.

Flair is one of my top 5 ever but he’s not on my list. In quite a literal sense, he’s not a WWE Superstar to me.

I put one women on my list but, had a few that just missed cut Chyna could of been on my list but I went with another. My number one is prob someone alot of people will disagree with but I will go more in depth with it once all is shown.

I don't think your number one will even be the most controversial number one. One guy on your list would definitely be highly controversial but there's virtually no chance he makes the top 50 anyways.

This is all subjective anyway. There's no right or wrong answer (even though my No. 1 is the right answer for No. 1)

At this point, I've got a top 19 I'm happy with. It's sorting out the bottom of the list that's proving challenging.

It was not an Attitude Era guy , it was a guy who was barely in WWE for a year. The person I believe you're talking about has gotten votes from others actually and I don't have any complaints about him.
