It should not be surprise that Nemo is 4th. The last three are Toy Story, Monsters Inc and Incredibles and while I don't find Incredibles that good it is extremely popular

Incredibles rules but it probably wouldn't be in my top 8.

Re: WC's Fave Five Pixar Movies~!

    Number three...

    3. Toy Story - 340 Points (HoHo #1, Jimmy King #1, Mitch #1, Dook #2, Grim #3, Nicky #3, TCON #3, Wang Chung #3, BD22 #4, Thundercat #5)

No shock seeing Toy Story do well here, it's still one of Pixar's best all these years later. I also wanted to mention that it is separated from the next two movies by only ten points apiece so this ended up very close. We'll take a look at them in a little bit, potentially tomorrow since I'm really busy today.

Re: WC's Fave Five Pixar Movies~!

Knowing the two films still to come I am surprised by the outcome of this.

I think if people were voting for one film per franchise then Toy Story suffered from split votes more than the next two. I know I would have it in my top 5 but I preferred number 3.

Toy Story as only number 3 means that it did quite bad here

Huh? The next two movies received just 10 points more each. Toy Story could very easily have been number one with one more vote. I’d say it did alright.

By his view point it should have won by 500 points because it is by far an away the best movie ever made by Pixar. While I like all the movies in the top 5 and like Toy story I dont think it was their best film ever. I would have included the shorts had I known they counted.

Toy Story 1 is my least favourite of the trilogy tbh

This. If I'd not restricted the franchise it definitely would have been #5 for me at worst. Toy Story is an uncrowned winner if anything.

Re: WC's Fave Five Pixar Movies~!

Alright well let's finish this off...

    2. Monsters Inc. - 350 Points (Gipper #1, Wang Chung #1, Jimmy King #2, Silk #2, Thundercat #2, Wolfs Rain #2, TCON #2, Fuji #3, OMB #4)

    and YOUR number one....

    1. The Incredibles - 360 Points (BD22 #1, Nicky #1, Silk #1, Thundercat #1, Wang Chung #2, OMB #3, Gipper #4, Grim #4, HoHo #4, RED #4, Jimmy King #5)

Honestly, I've never care all that much for The Incredibles but then again I haven't bothered to watch it again since it came out so I could be missing something that apparently a lot of others around here see. Monsters will always be one of my fave Pixar movies so I'm glad to see it snag the second spot.

Thanks to everyone for participating, sorry for the lengthy delay in getting this out there but I was really busy this past week. Hopefully I'll be a little less so when we start our next list, which will be by tomorrow. Until then, cheers~!

Re: WC's Fave Five Pixar Movies~!

No arguments here. Not as big on Incredibles as most so sorta surprised it's #1 (although considering how well the sequel is doing, I shouldn't be)

And obviously Monsters Inc is great. Barely missed my list in favour of Finding Nemo.

Unless you changed your mind, I better start working on the next list now, cause boy that's gonna be tough.

Re: WC's Fave Five Pixar Movies~!

I never would have predicted those to be the top 2. Both great films though, even though none of the top 3 got a vote from me.

    Bad news, I didn't.

However I may extend the due date a little longer to help you out a tad.

Sweet, I didn't know the Incredibles was liked as much as I enjoy it, I thought for sure Toy Story was taking the #1 spot.
Also I think I need to check out more of the the Pixar shorts, didn't realize how damn many of them there are!
