If they come into the country illegally they should be separated.

Send the illegals to a prison and send the kids to an orphanage until they are both deported.

    No sympathy.

That doesn't sound very Christian, Dak.

Breaking the law isn't very Christian.

You said before that certain laws and following certain orders is not always right, when the subject was about guns, Dak.

You are alright with disobeying the law when it comes to the rights of fire arms yet not for children?

I guess tearing an 18 month old baby away from his parents, then shipping them off is okay and not at all an abominable thing to do. Oh, and then losing the kids. Or warehousing them like livestock.

And then being outraged about such happening, despite it being something you initiated, and blaming everyone else for it.

    Yeah. logic.

NO sympathy for babies being separated from their parents. You have to be one lonely person to be ok with that.

    I didn't exactly say that.

I said if they violate our Constitutional Rights by creating some "law" then that would not supercede the Constitutional Right.

The only thing that can do that is a Constitutional Amendment.

So do you think someone who is incarcerated for murder while pregnant should be allowed to raise her child or do you think she should raise it in prison?

We separate parents and children all the time.

When a parent breaks the law it is a must.

I feel sorry for the kid, not the parent because they knew what the consequences would be.

Crossing a boarder in pursuit of life and liberty and a better life for your family =/= Murder.

    Hugely different.

That's like saying "Fuck, you j walked? Unpaid parking tickets? You deserve to have your kids taken away".

    Apples and oranges.
