    WWE United Kingdom Brand

    In Early January of 2017 the WWE Held a tournament exclusively in the United Kingdom to crown it's first ever WWE United Kingdom Champion. The tournament would of course culminate with Tyler Bate defeating Pete Dunne to become the first ever WWE UK Champion. Since that time a WWE brand has been long rumored for the UK featuring the finest talent from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. However for reasons unknown as the months began to pass there was little to no word at all in regards to the future of the United Kingdom Brand. However while the brand may not have moved forward at first it doesn't mean some of it's talents didn't including both Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate who gave us all an epic rematch at NXT Takeover: Chicago which ended with Pete Dunne winning the title. Since that time Dunne has featured on several of the WWE's shows including NXT and most recently on an episode of Raw. However now it won't be fleeting appearances here or there for the UK champion as it can now be confirmed that the UK Brand is officially set to air on the WWE network. In the run up to the show wrestlers from all across the UK have been reported to have signed contracts with the promotion.

    (Note: Hey guys, Been a while I know since I've like stepped into the world of Wrestling Bookers. This has been a project that has long been at the back of my mind as I am a big advocate of British Wrestling. Which definitely explains the strong presence of European grapplers in all of my previous BTBs haha. Apart from that I know my lay out atm is fairly basic but I will update this given time and ideas. I hope you all enjoy my work with the UK brand!

    WWE UK Brand ~ Episode 001 ~ The British are coming
    17/11/17

    Empress Ballroom, Blackpool, England

    For the first time in the history of the WWE Network the latest exclusive programming focusing solely on UK Talent opens up. Starting things out with a video package set to the theme of Dusted by Astroid Boys, this video profiles all the goings on in the run up to this brand's official formation. Starting out with the beginning of it all where Tyler Bate became the first ever UK Champion by beating Pete Dunne in the finals of the UK tournament; the video transitions to clips of several of Bates defenses before finally showing how Bate lost the title to current champion Pete Dunne. The reign of Dunne is heavily featured as clips of his matches not only in WWE against the likes of Wolfgang but also shows some of his title matches outside of the company including his defense of the UK title in ICW. Once the video comes to an end the first ever edition of the UK Brand opens up in the place where it all started The Empress Ballroom in Blackpool, England. With a small but vocal crowd in attendance for tonight's show after several impressive shots of the set up for the show and the crowd, the cameras take us to the UK Brand's exclusive commentary team comprised of sports and MMA play by play analyst John Gooden as well as a true British wrestling icon who has competed across the world in many big promotions for over 24 years Douglas Williams. Showing tremendous enthusiasm for this night John Gooden hearkened back to the old days of British Wrestling mentioning luminaries such as Giant Haystacks, Mick McManus, Kendo Nagasaki, Big Daddy, Fit Finlay, Mark Rocco, The Dynamite Kid, Davey Boy Smith, Johnny Saint and William Regal among others as true pioneers of British Wrestling before focusing on tonight and what he hoped would be a firm display of the future of British Wrestling. Doug Williams then spoke up as he said that the UK wrestling scene has gone from strength to strength over the years with the days of promoters having to bring past names from American organisations in to sell a card a thing of the past. With that the two men then directed us to the ring where the ring announcer for the UK Brand Andy Shepherd was standing by ready to make an announcement.

    Shepherd: Ladies and Gentleman, Good evening and welcome to the first ever WWE Network exclusive UK Brand show. My name is Andy Shepherd and I will be handling the introductions for this evening. Which brings me to someone who would like to address you all. Going into this night there has been a lot of speculation as to who would be named the General Manager of the UK Brand. It is my pleasure to introduce to a woman who has competed in many of the top promotions in the world including the WWE. A woman who first made her name on the independent scene here in England, and whose name went viral following diving off a balcony onto her opponents.. So please put your hands together for the UK Brand's General Manager... Katarina Leigh!

    There is some respectful applause from the crowd as the general manager's theme begins to play from the titantron. Slowly emerging from the back Katarina Leigh has a confident smirk on her face as she slowly walks down towards the ring. Waters is dressed in a short black top exposing her midriff and black leather trousers. Closely following her is an imposing looking individual who is wearing a plain blood hooded top as well as black track pants. The man is quickly identified by our commentary team as Luke Menzies. Menzies appears to be acting as a bodyguard of sorts for the GM as he hops up onto the apron and holds the ropes open for her to make her way into the ring. Once in the ring Waters is passed a microphone by Andy Shepherd. With that smirk still on her face Waters starts out by talking how great it is to be back. Stating that she was surprised by the opportunity Waters stated that when she got the call to be the general manager she accepted without any hesitation. Calling this promotion the next step in British Wrestling's resurgence Waters promised that she would be a fair general manager whose only goal was to do what was best for this brand and it's fans.

    Before the crowd could cheer her promise, the theme of the current reigning UK Champion Pete Dunne began to play. The reaction to the champion was notably mixed with a smattering of cheers for the Bruiserweight. Walking out onto the stage with his title draped over his shoulder is the confident champion who is paying no attention to the crowd's response. For his part Dunne isn't dressed to compete as he is wearing a long brown over coat on top of a black suit, black tie and white shirt. As Dunne marches down to the ring it is clear by the look of irritation and annoyance in the eyes of the GM that she wasn't expecting him to come out here. Stopping to get a microphone Dunne soon joins the general manager in the ring. Katarina is quick to question what Dunne wants yet despite clearly irritating his boss Pete Dunne does not seem that concerned or bothered by the matter. Instead Dunne slowly takes his time as he responds finally stating that in the run up to this show and right up until this very moment, everyone has been talking about the future of British Wrestling. Yet at no time has anyone mentioned that the future is already here upon us in "The Bruiserweight" Pete Dunne.

    Dunne's arrogance doesn't do him any favors with the crowd who begin to boo nor does it impress our general manager. To her credit Katarina remains calm despite clearly not being happy with the interruption of her speech. Calling Dunne a tremendous competitor and a worthy champion, Katarina Leigh continues the praise by stating that when you look at all the champions affiliated with the WWE there isn't anyone who can be compared to the talents of Pete Dunne. These words make Dunne almost smirk just a little as Katarina takes a step back towards Luke Menzies who has kept a cold, stoic stare on Dunne this entire time. Changing her tune Katarina than states that while professionally she is thrilled with Pete Dunne, personally as a competitor herself she cannot condone his attitude or some of the shortcuts he takes. Dunne doesn't look happy as she goes on to further state that the stunts Pete Dunne pulled in the UK tournament and on NXT will not be tolerated here under her watch. Firing back Pete Dunne states that ever since he started his wrestling his goal was to make people know his name not to make friends. When it came to what he did in the tournament, Dunne states that is exactly what he did as he was the only person on everyone's brain when it was over.

    Just then to a loud cheer from the crowd Tyler Bate's theme song begins to play. In the ring Pete Dunne does not seemed pleased by this whereas Katarina now has a smile on her face. With the crowd singing along as they chant his name, the man affectionately nicknamed "The Human Fidget Spinner" Tyler Bate walks out from the back and onto the stage. Bate is wearing a Black Shirt and Grey Suit trousers as he walks down to the ring. After getting a microphone Tyler calmly enters the ring before shaking hands with the general manager. Slowly Bate then turns to Dunne with a confident smile on his face. Calmly Tyler asks Dunne to repeat himself about his last statement to do with the UK tournament. Once again Pete Dunne reiterates that he was the person everyone was talking about when it was over. This again earns Dunne jeers from the crowd when Tyler Bate counters by saying he is sure the only reason people were talking about Dunne was because that's who Tyler Bate beat in the final to become the first UK Champion!

    The crowd cheers loudly and again they begin chanting for Tyler Bate much to the chagrin of the champion Pete Dunne. Not impressed with the former champion's quip Dunne is quick to mention how he beat him at Takeover. This earns Dunne some more jeers when Bate surprisingly agrees that yes Pete Dunne did in fact beat him at Takeover. However while Dunne did beat him at Takeover there is one thing that Pete Dunne never did which was give Tyler Bate his rematch for the UK Championship. Before Dunne can respond Bate then follows up by telling Pete Dunne to truly prove he is the future and break the tie they have against one another tonight!

    Pete Dunne goes to answer when this time it is Mark Andrews' whose theme song plays out from the titantron. As Tyler Bate begins to look confused in the ring "White Lightning" Mark Andrews walks out onto the stage. As Andrews makes his way down to the ring on commentary both Doug Williams and John Gooden mention that Andrews similarly to Tyler Bate has some history with Pete Dunne. Wearing his ring tights and a black t-shirt Andrews slides under the bottom rope before he grabs himself a microphone. As the ring begins to get crowded general manager Katarina Waters along with Luke Menzies step out to the floor while Pete Dunne has notably put himself in a corner opposite both Bate and Andrews. Before Andrews can speak Tyler Bate respectfully makes it clear that while he thinks Mark Andrews is a tremendous competitor and as well considers him a friend. He cannot help but wonder just what he is doing out here. Andrews who also it has to be mentioned is popular with the audience counters that he is out here for the same reason Tyler is and that is because he wants another match with Pete Dunne.

    As Dunne remains silent in the corner Tyler Bate once more reiterates that he has a lot of respect for Mark Andrews but that he needs to remember. Mark Andrews hasn't just challenged Pete Dunne and come up short in his pursuit of the UK Championship but that he also has come up short against Tyler Bate previously when he faced him. There are several oohs from the crowd as Bate then tells Mark that he can have the next match with the UK Championship that is after he gets his rematch. Finally Pete Dunne speaks up as he calls both men undeserving of a match with him. Branding Tyler Bate's win over him a fluke, Dunne then reminds Andrews of how he beat him up all over Download and even took him out of commission. Andrews fires back calling that the Pete Dunne calling card that he can never beat anyone without attacking them first. This comment aggravates Dunne who states he does what he has to do in order to win and that is why he is the champion and they are not.

    To a cheer from the crowd Trent Seven's theme plays out from the titantron. Dunne sighs in annoyance in the ring as he, Bate and Andrews all turn their attention to the stage. Emerging from the back with a smile on his face is "Mustache Mountain" himself Trent Seven. Marching confidently down to the ring Trent Seven is wearing a black sweater over Dark grey Suit Bottoms. Once he reaches the ringside area Trent Seven nods his head towards the general manager before helping himself to a microphone and climbing into the ring. As Seven gets in the ring Pete Dunne has noticeably moved to out on the apron. Before saying anything Seven adjusts his mustache to the crowd's delight. Jumping right to the chase Trent Seven says he has been in the back watching everything going on and has come out here for not one but two reasons. The first reason is to throw his name in the hat for the next shot at UK Championship. Before any of the other potential challengers can speak up Seven states that while no one currently standing in the ring will agree with that. What they can all agree on having experienced it first hand is deny it all he will but the reason Pete Dunne has to resort to cheap tactics before matches is because he knows deep down that he is not good enough to beat any of them one on one.

    An angry Dunne teases getting back in the ring as he is stared down by all three men. Remaining calm Pete Dunne raises his mic and says he has beaten every single one of them since becoming champion. Stating that the ends justify the means Dunne reminds them that when people look back in the history books at his title reign all it will say is Pete Dunne won. The rest of it doesn't matter. Looking to add insult to injury Dunne brought up the trio's lack of success as of late. This included mocking Tyler Bate for losing on 205 Live to Enzo Amore before also bringing up how Seven and Bate lost to the Undisputed Era. Turning his attentions to Andrews, Dunne called the title in his possession one for real men before disrespectfully telling Andrews to head on over to 205 live to play with the other cruiserweights.

    Dunne's ranting was soon cut off however as Wolfgang's theme began to play. The reaction to Wolfgang was mixed as he walked out onto the stage. Unlike the other competitors Wolfgang chose to remain on the ramp as he walked out with a microphone in hand. Similar to Andrews, Wolfgang was dressed to compete wearing a black singlet with his grey jacket on top of it. While the other competitors showed respect to one another Wolfgang instead directed all of his attention directly on Pete Dunne. Calling it funny that Dunne mentioned the Undisputed Era when he went running that day rather than fight them off. Wolfgang calls Dunne a coward before he states that they have unfinished business. It was here that Wolfgang then turned his attentions on the rest of the group as he said that while he may respect all of them. He has no problem going through all of them if it gets him another crack at Pete Dunne.

    Nodding his head on hearing what Wolfgang had to say Tyler Bate again said that he was due a rematch and that once again similar to Mark Andrews, Wolfgang will have to wait in line as will Trent Seven. Because as Tyler Bate rightly stated he has beaten all three men in the past. Before any of the men could respond our general manager Katarina Leigh finally spoke up once again having surveyed the situation. While stating that Tyler Bate does make a valid point in regards to being owed a rematch. Katarina Leigh stated that this is a new day for the UK Brand which means that granting such a match over other contenders is not the first impression she would like to make. Instead however she will give all four individuals a chance to earn the match they all so desperately crave. As in the main event of this evening it will be Tyler Bate vs Trent Seven vs Mark Andrews vs Wolfgang and the winner will be the number one contender of the UK Championship. The crowd cheers as the announcement is made and the four men set to compete all seem ready for later on this evening while the camera focuses on the stoic face of Pete Dunne who simply shakes his head before hopping off the apron.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    As the cameras move away from ringside, the cameras take us backstage to the locker room area where the UK Brand's backstage interviewer Joanna Rose is standing by. Decked out in a sleek, black top and blue jeans the charming Joanna Rose is standing by with Jordan Devlin. Devlin is dressed in his ring attire as well as a black leather Jacket, going by the scowl on his face Devlin is not happy. Looking to kick start the interview Joanna Rose quickly asked Jordan what his thoughts where on the announcement of tonight's main event. This question causes Devlin to shoot Joanna a look in disgust before he claims that already in one decision Katarina Leigh has shown herself to be an incompetent leader. With that Devlin states that he has more to get off his chest and he will do so in the ring as opposed to wasting his time with this interview. Much to Joanna's shock, Devlin snatches the microphone from her before he walks off screen.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    The opening strands of Jordan Devlin's entrance theme begin to play from the titantron. Emerging from the back with a microphone in hand and the same scowl he was wearing in his interview. Devlin marches down to the ring while the crowd jeers and a few smark members of the crowd mocking chant Balor towards him. Once Devlin is in the ring and prepares to talk he takes note of the steadily louder Balor chants. Cutting the crowd odd Jordan Devlin states that he is not Finn Balor, Instead he is better than Finn Balor ever was. Claiming he has some things to get off of his chest Jordan Devlin again criticizes the decision to not include him in tonight's main event. Calling himself a true impact player and the future of the UK Brand, Jordan Devlin demands a chance to show what he is truly capable of right now. The smug and arrogant Devlin then issues an open challenge to anyone in the back to accept his challenge.

    To a decent pop from the crowd the theme of Tyson T-Bone begins to play. Emerging from the back wearing a grey vest and beige jeans is Tyson T-Bone. Sporting an intense glare as he walks down to the ring Tyson T-Bone doesn't take his eyes off of Jordan Devlin the entire time. Once in the ring T-Bone faces off with Devlin before he takes the microphone from him. As the crowd begins a slight T-Bone chant, to their delight T-Bone keeps it short and sweet as he simply says challenge accepted. T-Bone then follows up with a headbutt knocking Devlin to the canvas as the crowd cheers.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Match One: Jordan Devlin vs Tyson T-Bone
    The bell rings to start the match and Jordan Devlin rolls out of the ring and to the floor having been wobbled by the headbutt. Looking to keep up his offense Tyson T-Bone follows Jordan Devlin out to the floor and literally is thrown from pillar to post by T-Bone who sends him both into the ring apron as well as the guard rail and the ring post. Continuing this wave of offense T-Bone begins to unload on Devlin with punches and elbows before he finally tosses Devlin into the ring. This looked to be a turning point in the contest as Devlin rolled out onto the apron before T-Bone looked to bring him to his feet. Jordan landed a kick to the face of T-Bone wobbling him. From here it was Devlin's turn on offense with Devlin showing some aggression as he hit T-Bone with some stiff kicks and scored a close near fall with a double stomp. Looking to finish T-Bone, Devlin dragged him to his feet but this proved to be a mistake of sorts of T-Bone hit him with a nasty headbutt. The force of this blow backed Devlin all the way up into the corner. Looking to mount some more offense T-Bone began pounding away on Devlin with punches until the referee stepped between them. As T-Bone backed up he was met with a superkick directly to the jaw by Devlin. T-Bone goes down and Jordan follows up by springing up to the top rope and jumping back with a beautiful moonsault on T-Bone. The crowd cannot help but be impressed as Devlin then makes a cover for the win.
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Jordan Devlin!
    After getting his arm raised in the air by the referee, Jordan Devlin adds a couple of stomps to the downed T-Bone for good measure. Once he has knocked T-Bone out of the ring Jordan Devlin resumes his celebration much to the crowd's chagrin.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Following the match a video recap of the opening segment airs along with thoughts and opinions on the match by both Doug Williams and John Gooden. Once the video comes to an end the cameras take us to a corridor in the arena. Standing by texting on his phone in Tyler Bate. As Bate finishes up texting he looks up from his phone to see a smiling Trent Seven approaching him. The two friends as well as tag team partners shake hands with one another before conversation turns to tonight's match. Looking to clear the air Trent Seven makes it clear that he agrees Tyler Bate is due a rematch but he calls tonight and this match business. Nodding his head Tyler Bate agrees that tonight is just business and nothing personal. The two then shake hands once again before wishing one another luck and parting ways.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Having had an unsuccessful first attempt at an interview earlier on this evening, Joanna Rose to her credit remained undaunted as she walked down the corridor before heading into the office of Katarina Leigh. With Luke Menzies standing closely by the GM was all smiles on seeing Joanna Rose walk in. Standing by with the general manager Joanna Rose it was now time for the general manager to give the world an exclusive announcement. Turning to her desk Katarina Leigh reaches for a large briefcase. Flicking the locks up to open the case Katarina then pulls out not one but two championship titles that were neatly held inside the briefcase. Holding the titles in the air as she turns back to Joanna Rose, Katarina Leigh then formally introduces us all to the UK Brand's Tag Team Championships. Still holding the titles high in the air as she beams with pride Katarina takes great pleasure in then announcing that starting from next weeks show there will be a tag team title tournament to crown the first ever UK Tag Team Champions.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Match Two: Adam Maxted vs Kenny Williams

    Back to ringside now for the second contest of the evening as Adam 'Flex' Maxted battled Kenny Williams. As the opening stages of the match begun on commentary both Doug Williams and John Gooden were quick to put over the talents of Kenny Williams. Meanwhile Doug Williams especially was harsh in his critique of Maxted as he called him a reality TV star with a lot to prove. Unfortunately for Maxted it wasn't just Williams on commentary who held him to little standard as the crowd were also harsh on Flex. The match itself wasn't anything to right home about sadly either with Maxted failing to impress. The finish of the match was the only highlight with Kenny Williams able to secure the win following the Satellite DDT.

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Kenny Williams!

    The crowd cheers as Kenny Williams climbs to his feet in the ring. As the commentary team continue to hype up the young man from Scotland's talents. A dejected Adam Maxted falls out of the ring and to the floor.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Following several replays of Kenny Williams' victory the cameras take us towards the front entrance of the building. Standing by talking to a couple of female fans is "The Prestige" Ashton Smith. The young, brash not to mention cocky ladies man looks to be making some headway with both girls when suddenly he is snatched by the collar by an irritated Rampage Brown. With the women running for cover Ashton pushes Brown's hands away as he demands to know why he is messing his game up. The intense Brown responds that he needs Ashton to focus ahead of their tag team match next week. Rampage follows up by saying that he isn't prepared to carry anyone which is why he needs to know that his tag team partner is fully focused on chasing gold not women. Brushing Rampage off Smith tells him that he will be ready. This appears to be good enough for Rampage who warns him that he better be before he barges past Smith and heads into the building.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Clips and Highlights then play of a man astute NXT Fans may remember from the brand's early days. As part of a tag team along with Neville, Oliver Grey made history in NXT as he became apart of the team which first claimed the NXT Tag Team Championships. While these clips play a voice over of a pre taped interview with Oliver Grey plays in the background. Calling that title win the pinnacle of his career Oliver Grey then mentions how he never lost the NXT Tag Team Championships. Going further to say winning those titles felt like the highest of highs Oliver Grey carried on by saying what followed next was his heart breaking lowest of lows. Explaining how he tore his ACL and was out of action for over a year Grey stated he came back too soon and not long after his time with WWE was done. That is until now as Oliver Grey is back and he is ready to again enter the WWE history books as the first ever WWE UK Tag Team Champions. Introducing his tag team partner Charlie Sterling. Oliver Grey closes by saying that this time those titles are staying with him.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Match Three: Iestyn Rees vs Dan Moloney
    Those who watched the WWE UK tournament may have remembered Dan Moloney for the match he had with Mark Andrews. Looking to get back on the right track here Moloney found himself in the unenviable task of going up against the imposing and dangerous Iestyn Rees. This match was very much a showcase for Rees who dominated the majority of the match up. After crushing Moloney with a spear, Iestyn Rees wrapped things up with an impactful powerbomb for the victory.
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Iestyn Rees!
    Andy Shepherd makes the announcement while on commentary both Doug Williams and John Gooden rave about the talents of Rees. Climbing to his feet in the ring Rees then gets his arm raised in the air before the referee checks on the downed Moloney.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Having packed his gear away following his victory against Adam Maxted earlier on this evening Kenny Williams pulls his suitcase along behind him as he walks towards the exit. But as Williams begins to near the door he stops as Mark Haskins steps out between him and the exit. With an arrogant, smug smirk on his face Mark Haskins slowly and insincerely claps his hands together. With insincerity pouring off of him Haskins congratulates Williams on his win. Calling Williams' win over a 'Z List' reality star the pinnacle of his career. Mark Haskins then begins to turn serious as he starts to issue Williams a warning. Telling Williams not to let that win get to his head, Mark Haskins brands Kenny a big fish in a small pond but that if he thinks it means anything to Haskins. Than he has to be aware that stepping up against someone like "The Star Attraction" is akin to being thrown into a Shark Tank. With that the smug Haskins brushes past Williams as he walks towards the locker room.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Main Event: Tyler Bate vs Trent Seven vs Wolfgang vs Mark Andrews
    Returning to the ring it was now time for the main event of the evening. Announced at the start of the show this match would feature four of the UK Brand's most popular stars in Tyler Bate, Trent Seven, Wolfgang and Mark Andrews facing off for a chance to be named the number one contender for the UK Championship. With this match deciding his next challenger the champion Pete Dunne elected to join commentary for this match. As one might expect from The Bruiserweight he didn't really have anything complimentary to say about any of the competitors or Doug Williams for that matter. In regards to the contest itself all four men put in a very good account of themselves as the fans were treated to numerous big spots and some impressive dives. The closing stretch was equally thrilling as a fired up Trent Seven backdropped Wolfgang over the ropes and onto the apron before he was able to wobble Mark Andrews with a spinning backfist. Looking to put Andrews away Seven had him ready for the Seventh Heaven when Tyler Bate was able to blast him with a rolling wheel kick directly to the top of the head. Trent backed up towards the ropes and Bate proceeded to attempt a crossbody block which sent both men toppling out to the floor in a nasty spill. With the still dazed Andrews in a heap in the ring Wolfgang capitalizes by making the climb to the top rope before he connects with the Howling for the victory!
    Shepherd:
    And the winner of the match Wolfgang!
    The crowd gives Wolfgang some respectful applause as the announcement is made. As Wolfgang climbs to his feet in the ring both Doug Williams and John Gooden are quick to praise his awareness in picking up the win as he capitalized on Tyler Bate eliminating himself and Trent Seven. Following a few replays shown of highlights from the match the cameras focus on the stoic champion at ringside who stands up from behind the table and slowly takes his title in raising the championship in the air. The show then closes with Wolfgang looking down at the champion from the ring while he declares that this time the title will be his.
    Re: WWE United Kingdom Brand
    Introducing the Teams!
    Following the announcement that starting from next week's show there would be a Tag Team Tournament to crown the first ever WWE United Kingdom Tag Team Champions. An article has been posted to WWE.com. This article serves as an introduction for the eight teams who are set to compete as part of the tournament. They are as followed.
    Adam Maxted and Jordan Devlin
    Two individuals who competed on this past week's show. The duo of Adam Maxted and Jordan Devlin may not have had similar success in regards to the results of their contests with Devlin beating Tyson T-Bone while Maxted was defeated by Kenny Williams. Yet despite this the two men do share some similar qualities in that they both feel entitled to opportunities here on the UK Brand. Which is why they have been paired together by our general manager Katarina Leigh for this tournament. But will the reality TV star Maxted and the outspoken Devlin be able to coexist with one another in the ring?
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Ashton Smith and Rampage Brown

    One of the more established teams in the tournament. The duo of Rampage Brown and Ashton Smith have proven themselves to be a team which compliments one another despite their many, many differences. Brown for his part one of the most experienced and feared men on the UK scene brings the hard hitting, power to the team while Smith brings with him speed, athleticism and youthful exuberance. While their contrasting styles in the ring do in fact compliment one another. Lately their contrasting attitudes out of the ring appear to be causing some friction with Brown wanting Smith to be fully focused on match. While Smith seems to be partially focused on the parties and the girls. Despite this friction be sure that once these two step in the ring they can beat any other team on any given night.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    British Strong Style {Tyler Bate and Trent Seven}
    Potentially one of the favorite teams to win the entire thing. WWE fans will be familiar with both Trent Seven and Tyler Bate with Bate of course being the first ever WWE United Kingdom Champion. What they may not be familiar with is the duo's success outside of the WWE as part of a team known as British Strong Style. This includes multiple tag team title reigns all across the UK. Entering this tournament will not only give the duo a chance to add another accomplishment to their already impressive resumes but it will also give the two men a chance to get back on the same page after they both unsuccessfully competed on this past week's show to earn another crack at the UK Champion Pete Dunne.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Charlie Sterling and Oliver Grey

    Those familiar with NXT's history may in fact remember the name of Oliver Grey. The UK standout and veteran was in fact apart of the first ever NXT Tag Team Champions along with his partner Neville. Unfortunately before he could defend the titles a crippling injury ruled him out of his title and he was replaced with Corey Graves. After his departure from WWE later that year Oliver Grey set about finding himself a new tag team partner as he remained hungry to redeem himself and replicate his success in winning titles. This would bring him to the talented young man known as Charlie Sterling. With the duo proving themselves very much to be on the same page not to mention like minded if not slightly arrogant individuals.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Dave Mastiff and Nathan Cruz
    Two of the more experienced individuals on the UK scene. Both Nathan Cruz and Dave Mastiff each hold ten plus years of experience on the UK independent scene. Along the way both men have had some great success in many promotions without really crossing paths. That is until they met in Progress Wrestling and it was here the two first crossed paths and united for the first time. Now the two will unite once more as a team in this tournament with each man being very outspoken on social media that they was angry about being overlooked as a potential number one contender for Pete Dunne's UK Championship. Similar to Smith and Brown, these two are a combination of power and speed with contrasting attitudes thanks to the brashness of Cruz and the no nonsense take no prisoners Mastiff.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake and Zack Gibson)

    A team who will definitely rub people the wrong way are the duo of James Drake and Zack Gibson aka Grizzled Young Veterans. Fans may remember James Drake from the UK tournament as well as a recent appearance on 205 live. However for those not familiar with Zack Gibson aka "Liverpool's Number 1". What you can expect is a man as talented as he is out spoken. While normally in cases with two men with egos as broad such as these two you might expect friction. In this case both Drake and Gibson truly compliment one another as a team. This includes a shared willingness to bend if not break the rules when they see fit making them a dangerous team and one of the favorites to go all the way.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    New Age Kliq {BT Gunn and Wolfgang}
    With his victory in the main event of the previous show earning him a UK Championship Match in the future. You would be forgiven for thinking that Wolfgang might want to rest up ahead of such a big match. Instead the Scottish grappler has contacted old friend and ally BT Gunn in an effort to become the first ever United Kingdom Tag Team Champions. An experienced veteran of the game Gunn has been both a friend and a foe to Wolfgang in the past with both men clearly not having an issue in stepping in the ring against one another. However as a team they are able to put these differences aside and make for a tremendous duo. Should Wolfgang be victorious in this tournament and also against Pete Dunne he will cap off an impressive year by joining the exclusive list of WWE luminaries to hold two championships at the same time.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    The Coffey Brothers {Joe Coffey and Mark Coffey}

    Finally rounding out the tournament will be The Coffey Brothers. From Scotland the brother duo of Joe Coffey and Mark Coffey are one of the hardest hitting duos to enter this tournament as well as the WWE United Kingdom Brand as a whole. While the two have not teamed consistently lately on the UK scene with both having great success on their own or with other partners. As a team the brother's truly shine together and will look to add another title reign under their belts here in this tournament.

    Re: WWE United Kingdom Brand

    WWE UK Brand ~ Episode 002 ~ 2+2=5
    24/11/17

    Empress Ballroom, Blackpool, England

    With the opening strands of Dusted by Astroid Boys playing in the background the second edition of the WWE Network exclusive UK Brand begins. Kicking things off as the theme continues to play in the background is a video package which details many of the key events which happened in the previous episode. This includes the revelation that the general manager of the brand will in fact be former WWE women's wrestler Katarina Leigh along with her announcement of a number one contenders fatal four way match that very evening. Following this clips of some of the matches from the past week's show are also profiled including Jordan Devlin vs Tyson T-Bone as well as the main event in question which would see Wolfgang overcome Tyler Bate, Trent Seven and Mark Andrews to become the number one contender for the WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne. The closing moments of the video package very much previewed this coming show as a replay of Katarina's announcement in regards to the United Kingdom Tag Team Championships was shown. Closing the video with one last shot of the titles the show officially then opened up inside the Empress Ballroom in Blackpool, England. Several different angles of the vocal crowd in attendance are shown in what is for now the home base of the UK brand before the cameras take us directly to the commentary team for this evening's show. With broad smiles on their faces the duo of John Gooden and Douglas Williams formally introduce us to the show before they begin to promote the beginning of the United Kingdom Tag Team Championships. Further highlighting tonight's importance Williams points out a few British Wrestling luminaries in the crowd watching on including Brian Dixon, Robbie Brookside and Mark Rocco.

    Match One: James Drake and Zack Gibson vs Nathan Cruz and Dave Mastiff

    Opening up the show would be the first of four tag team matches this evening and it would feature the duo known as the Gizzled Young Veterans (James Drake and Zack Gibson) taking on two of the more experienced UK talents on the roster Nathan Cruz and Dave Mastiff. True to form for those familiar with them it did not take long for the duo of James Drake and Zack Gibson to rub both their opponents and the entire crowd in attendance the wrong way with their bad attitudes as well as antics. Much to the crowd's delight however after a brief spell in which Gibson and Drake worked over Nathan Cruz, Cruz was able to make the tag out to Dave Mastiff. The no nonsense powerhouse much to everyone's delight tossed both Drake and Gibson all over the ring in an impressive display of power. Reeling after a series of suplexes at the hands of Mastiff the duo fled to the floor in order to regroup while Dave tagged out to Cruz. Taking out both men with a suicide dive it appeared that Cruz and Mastiff very much could upset the odds and take out one of the tournament favorites. Unfortunately after tossing Drake in the ring Cruz looked to climb through the ropes when Gibson snatched his foot. This distracted both Cruz and the referee as Mastiff then chased Gibson around the ringside area. In this distraction Drake kicked the middle rope to low blow Cruz in a calculated cheap shot. With Cruz caught off guard a sit out DDT followed which gave Drake and Gibson the win.

    Shepherd: And the winners of the match James Drake and Zack Gibson!

    The crowd erupts into boos as the announcement is made and James Drake pops to his feet in the ring. Drake is soon joined by his partner Zack Gibson and the two quickly get their arms raised in the air by the referee. While Gibson again mouths off to the dismay of the crowd James Drake motions for the titles using his hands round his waist. All the while Dave Mastiff checks on Cruz outside the ring.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    After a replay of some of the key moments leading up to the finish of the opening contest plays. The cameras take us backstage towards one of the dressing rooms in the building. Standing by along with the UK Brand's interviewer Joanna Rose is one of the two teams set to compete in the main event this evening The New Age Klique (Wolfgang and BT Gunn). Following his victory on the previous show Wolfgang is brimming with confidence ahead of his and BT Gunn's match tonight against British Strong Style (Tyler Bate and Trent Seven). Appearing to be all business BT Gunn makes it clear that standing in front of Joanna Rose right now are not only the future United Kingdom Tag Team Champions but also in Wolfgang the future United Kingdom Champion. As Wolfgang smirks on hearing this BT Gunn turns to Wolfgang and reminds him that while they are friends and while they are partners. He wants Wolfgang to know that regardless of being tag team champions when Wolfgang wins that title he wants the first shot at it. Nodding his head Wolfgang agrees to the challenge and says that once he beats Dunne, Gunn can have that match anytime he wants!
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Another replay from last week's main event then plays this time focusing in on a key moment towards the end of the contest where it looked like Trent Seven may have had things won only for his friend and partner Tyler Bate to intercept and send both men falling to the floor. Footage filmed from earlier on in the evening then shows Tyler Bate making his arrival to the building but as he steps out his car he finds Trent Seven is already there waiting for him. As the two begin to discuss their match in the main event against Wolfgang and BT Gunn it looks like there is some noted tension between them following the previous week's show. That is at least until Seven speaks up and calls last week simply a rough night for them both before promising to look ahead to their future as Tag Team Champions. This seems to put an end to the tension as the two friends shake hands before walking into the building together.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Match Two: Ashton Smith and Rampage Brown vs Joe Coffey and Mark Coffey
    Returning to ringside it was now time for the second contest of the evening and it would see the experienced duo of Ashton Smith and Rampage Brown take on the Coffey Brothers. Despite concerns that Ashton Smith and Rampage Brown may not be on the same page they proved that following their run in last week. Everything between the two was in fact copacetic. This would lead to a hard hitting affair between the two and the Coffey brothers with the crowd very much torn between the two teams. Following a length period where Ashton Smith found himself at the mercy of the Coffey Brothers, a fired up Rampage Brown made the tag in and began to unload on the two. Sadly while he was impressive in these fleeting moments this was the beginning of the end for Smith and Brown in this contest as clearly having felt the match was won thanks to the efforts of Brown, Ashton Smith took his eye off the ball and began flirting with a couple of girls at ringside. Distracted by his partner actually taking selfies with people outside of the ring Rampage Brown was leveled with Black Coffey by Joe which was enough for the Coffey Brothers to take the win.
    Shepherd: And the winners of the match Joe and Mark Coffey!
    The crowd cheers as the announcement is made and Joe Coffey climbs to his feet in the ring. Joe is joined by his brother Mark and the two begin their celebration all the while a stunned Ashton Smith returns his focus to the ring. Shocked at what as happened Ashton looks to check on Rampage Brown. Brown slowly begins to get to his feet before he comes face to face with his partner. A hard shove then follows to the chest of Ashton knocking him to the ground before Rampage Brown storms backstage.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Another replay from the previous week's show is then shown with the focus this time on Kenny Williams and his victory over Adam Maxted as well as his later confrontation with Mark Haskins. With the arrogant Haskins talking down to him last week and calling him an inferior talent to himself. It is clear these words did not sit well with Williams who returned the favor this week as he confronted Mark Haskins in the dressing room. Reminding Mark of his words last week, Williams states that he is a lot of things but a coward is not one of them. As Haskins smirks and quips that Williams cannot be stupid enough to challenge him. His smirk soon fades as Kenny slaps him hard across the face. Haskins takes a step back from being stunned by the blow while Williams challenges him to a match next week.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Before the next contest of the evening the cameras take us one of the main corridors of the building where a focused Jordan Devlin is in the middle of warming up ahead of his match tonight. Soon joining Devlin is his tag team partner for the evening Adam Maxted. The brash reality star looked to talk to his disinterested partner ahead of their match tonight. Claiming that last week was an absolute fluke Maxted looked to talk himself up to Devlin as he proclaimed that tonight things would go a lot differently. Devlin meanwhile as Maxted was sounding off just glared at him and clearly had no interest in anything Maxted had to say. In fact rather than respond to Maxted's comments or his attempt to bond with his partner via a fist bump, Devlin just walked away looking irritated with the man he is set to team with as part of the tag team tournament.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Match Three: Adam Maxted and Jordan Devlin vs Charlie Sterling and Oliver Grey

    With two tournament matches already completed it was now time for the third tag team tournament match of the evening. This one would feature the duo of Oliver Grey and Charlie Sterling team to face the rather makeshift pairing of Adam Maxted and Jordan Devlin. Following their earlier appearance in the show it was no surprise that Devlin and Maxted were not on the same page in this contest with both men wrestling as individuals as opposed to being apart of a team. Also not surprising was the level of hate the two got from the crowd in attendance with the crowd vocal in their disdain for Devlin while harboring little respect for Maxted. The match itself was a decent bout with both teams having their moments and surprisingly as it went on it appeared that Devlin and Maxted became more willing to work alongside each other in order to win despite their contrasting personalities. Unfortunately it would be this clash that cost the team as Maxted and his arrogance clearly pushed Devlin too far as the Irish Man not only refused to tag in near the end but also stoically just watched on as Oliver Grey put him away with a brain buster.

    Shepherd: And the winners of the match Charlie Garrett and Oliver Grey!

    The crowd cheers as the announcement is made while Oliver Grey and Charlie Garrett get their hands raised by the referee. Meanwhile Jordan Devlin hops down off of the ring apron before he reaches under the ropes and forcefully pulls Adam Maxted to the floor. Maxted hits the floor with a thud before Devlin picks him up once more and throws him hard into the ring steps. With his partner down Devlin then storms backstage.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Returning to the dressing room area Joanna Rose is standing by with "The Alpha Male" Iestyn Rees. An imposing presence as always Iestyn Rees has a proud smirk on his face while Joanna Rose brings up his impressive victory on the past show. When asked what is next for him, Iestyn Rees is quick to respond that last week was an appetizer. Full of confidence Rees states that what we saw last week is going to be very much the same in his match next week. Promising to beat down and destroy everyone he is put against. Iestyn Rees closes out this interview with a warning to both Pete Dunne and Wolfgang as he makes it clear that regardless of who wins their upcoming title match. They won't be holding that belt for long because he will be coming right for them!
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Before we can return back to ringside John Gooden reports that we are heading to the General Manager's office. As the cameras reach the office of Katarina Leigh, the general manager is shown to be in an irritable mood as she is seated across from a complaining Adam Maxted. While her associate Luke Menzies simply stares down Maxted from the corner of the room. Maxted remains fully in his tirade as he complains about the deck being stacked against him tonight. Branding Jordan Devlin a dead weight who cost him their match and cheap shotted him afterwards. Maxted goes on further to re-demand entry into the tag team tournament with a partner of his choosing this time round. Having heard enough of Maxted's complaints Katarina cuts him off before reminding him that he is currently 0-2 in the UK Brand. Stating that she will not add him back in the tournament. Leigh instead gives Maxted another offer this being one of revenge as she offers Maxted a match next week with Jordan Devlin. Quickly the smug Maxted accepts the match before finally leaving the office much to the relief of the GM.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Main Event: BT Gunn and Wolfgang vs Trent Seven and Tyler Bate
    Finally it was time for the main event of the evening and it was of course the final first round match up of the tag team tournament. This match would feature two of the more established teams in the tournament as well as three of the men who competed in last week's main event. Adding to the intrigue of this match was the fact that yet again just like last week Pete Dunne was on commentary. Similar to last week Dunne was his usual dismissive, insulting self as he had little good to say about anyone in the match or yet again Doug Williams on commentary. As you'd expect from the caliber of the individuals involved in this match this was a real solid contest with both teams putting in a great account for themselves. BT Gunn in particular impressed the crowd's in his first appearance in WWE ring. Following their meeting earlier in the night it seemed Bate and Seven were on the same page however a brief miscalculation between the two nearly changed all of that as Bate inadvertently laid out his partner following a spinning heel kick following a duck from Wolfgang. Wolfgang would quickly capitalize and plant Bate with a DDT for a close near fall. Luckily despite this miscalculation Bate and Seven managed to stay on the same page with Seven in fact putting himself at risk to stop a two on one assault on Bate outside of the ring with a big suicide dive onto BT Gunn and Wolfgang. With Wolfgang down outside of the ring Seven rolled the legal man BT Gunn into the ring before picking him up. A seven stars lariat would quickly follow while Wolfgang climbed to his feet outside of the ring. As Seven made the cover Wolfgang tried to get in the ring when Pete Dunne grabbed his ankles while he slid under the bottom ropes. Seven and the referee are totally unaware as the ref counts the three.
    Shepherd: And the winners of the match Tyler Bate and Trent Seven!
    The crowd despite the cheap finish gives Seven a loud cheer while he gets to his feet. Trent is joined by Tyler Bate and the two begin to celebrate their win. Meanwhile Wolfgang having gotten his feet free from Dunne's grasp slides back out of the ring after the champion. But just as he gets near the champion he is met with the UK title directly between the eyes. Wolfgang falls in a heap while Pete Dunne stands over him. Quickly both Tyler Bate and Trent Seven rush out of the ring to chase Dunne off while the crowd boos. The show then comes to a close with the referee checking on the downed Wolfgang while Pete Dunne watches on from the stage.
    Re: WWE United Kingdom Brand
    WWE UK Brand ~ Episode 003 ~ Hungry like the Wolf
    1/12/17
    Empress Ballroom, Blackpool, England
    Dusted by Astroid Boys plays in the background as the latest edition of the WWE Network exclusive UK Brand begins. Starting out this weeks' show is a video package which highlights all of the key moments from the previous weeks show. This includes of course the tag team tournament which dominated the show last week and saw the teams of Grizzled Young Veterans, British Strong Style, The Coffey Brothers and Oliver Grey and Charlie Sterling advance to the semi finals. Also profiled in this video was Jordan Devlin's post match attack on Adam Maxted as well as the problems between Ashton Smith and Rampage Brown. The video would then come to an end with the challenge and slap both delivered from Kenny Williams to Mark Haskins before this weeks' show officially begins. The crowd in attendance at the Empress Ballroom in Blackpool are incredibly vocal for tonight's proceedings as we are directed to the commentary booth where John Gooden and Doug Williams. The duo in attendance are quick to promote tonight's show including our main event which will see Pete Dunne defend his UK Championship tonight against Wolfgang. While Doug and John continue to hype the show the cameras pan to the ring where Kenny Williams is already standing by set for his match against Mark Haskins.
    The crowd in attendance begins to boo loudly as the theme of "The Star Attraction" Mark Haskins begins to play out. Standing in the ring a fired up Kenny Williams bounces up and down while Doug Williams and John Gooden do their up most to remind viewers of the burgeoning bad blood between the two of them. However soon much to the dismay of Kenny Williams, rather than emerging from the back dressed to compete. Mark Haskins slowly limps out on crutches dressed in a suit. Walking out alongside Haskins is a woman who is quickly introduced by our commentary team as Vicky Haskins. With a microphone in hand Vicky Haskins begins to speak despite a few cat calls from the crowd. Turning to her husband Vicky Haskins points towards the crutches before she reveals that as her husband has suffered an injury. With the crowd as well as Kenny Williams voicing their disbelief in the matter. Vicky has the production team play a replay from last week where Kenny Williams slapped Mark Haskins. In the clip Haskins notably takes a step back and Vicky brazenly claims that being stunned from this cheap shot caused Mark to step back carelessly and rupture ligaments in his ankle.
    Neither Williams or the crowd in attendance appear that convinced of the notion while Vicky Haskins continues. Stating that the fallout of this injury means that Mark Haskins is not able to compete tonight. With the crowd's booing notably angering her Vicky is quick to counter that if they should be booing anyone in this situation it should be Kenny Williams. For it was because of him that this match could not take place and that the fans in attendance will miss out on the UK Brand's true shining light Mark Haskins. However as she continued Vicky made it clear that her and her husband made sure not to completely disappoint the fans tonight. As they have lined up a more than suitable replacement for Kenny Williams. Instructing the fans to put their hands together Vicky Haskins then called out Kenny Williams' new opponent for the evening Josh Bodom!
    Match One: Kenny Williams vs Josh Bodom
    Despite a replacement opponent being found in the talented Josh Bodom. It remained apparent that no one from the commentary team to the crowd in attendance to Kenny Williams was happy with this decision nor where they at all convinced with Haskins' apparent injury. Regardless Williams had to focus as he found himself in a tough outing here against the impressive Josh Bodom. Bodom true to his nature was also quick to rub people the wrong way with his bad attitude and after a hard slap managed to get the full attention of Kenny Williams. The two would wrestle a hard hitting and faced paced match with Williams looking to have things in the bag following a reverse hurricanrana. But as he scaled the top rope both he and the referee were distracted by the presence of Vicky Haskins. This distraction allowed Mark Haskins to hit Williams directly across the back with one of his crutches. As Haskins jumped down from the apron displaying no sign of injury Bodom capitalized and covered Williams for the win.
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Josh Bodom!
    The crowd erupts into boos as the announcement is made and Josh Bodom climbs to his feet in the ring. As Bodom gets his arm raised in the air at ringside both Mark and Vicky Haskins applaud him.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    With the cameras cutting away from ringside. Footage filmed following last week's show than aired. The footage focused inside the trainer's office where Rampage Brown was in the middle of being tended to by a medic following his match against The Coffey Brothers. As Brown has a torch shined in his eyes by the medic a concerned Ashton Smith slowly walks into the room. Looking to check on his partner's well being. Ashton instead finds himself pinned up against a wall by a livid Brown. Barking at Ashton, the disgusted Brown remarks that he knew this would happen and that the reason they lost was because Ashton took his eyes off of the ball. Apologizing profusely to his partner Ashton pleads with Rampage for another chance. Slowly Ashton's apology and attempts to redeem himself make Rampage relent as he backs off and sits back down on the trainer's bench.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    As she prepares for her latest interview Joanna Rose takes a deep breath before she walks into the locker room area. Walking into the room slowly Joanna sees a livid BT Gunn pacing back and forth while Wolfgang is in the process of stretching. Neither man appear to be in the best of moods as Rose looks to interview Wolfgang ahead of his match tonight with Pete Dunne. Cutting in the angered BT Gunn is quick to remark that tonight he wants nothing more than to see Wolfgang kick the crap out of Pete Dunne and take his title. With both members of the NAK angry at Dunne's interference costing them their match in the tag team title tournament. Wolfgang cuts right to the chase and says that tonight the world will witness Pete Dunne atoning for his sins and that tonight will be Dunne's last night as Champion!
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match Two: Charlie Sterling and Oliver Grey vs Joe Coffey and Mark Coffey
    It was then time for the second match of the evening and this would be a Tag Team Title tournament semi final match as the brother duo of Mark and Joe Coffey battled Charlie Sterling and Oliver Grey. This very much was a clash of styles as you had the high flying Sterling and the technical powerhouse Grey matched up with the rough and tumble Coffey Brothers. This was a back and forth contest with both teams really living up to their potential throughout. As the match neared it's conclusion it was a brutal forearm strike by Mark Coffey on Charlie Sterling which was enough for the Coffey brothers to take the win and advance to the finals.
    Shepherd: And the winners of the match Joe and Mark Coffey!
    The crowd cheers as the announcement is made by Andy Shepherd. Slowly climbing to his feet in the ring Mark Coffey is joined by his brother Joe and the two get their arms raised in the air. With the help of his partner Joel Redman, Charlie Sterling is able to get to his feet before they come face to face with the Coffey Brothers. To the delight of the crowd the two teams shake hands and embrace following a close contest.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Returning backstage the cameras take us the parking lot where Tyler Bate is in the middle of pulling his suitcase from out the backseat of his car. After locking up his car Tyler Bate begins to head towards the entrance to the building when he finds himself coming face to face with the duo of James Drake and Zack Gibson. The duo who are set to take on British Strong Style in the next round of the tag team tournament were quick to attempt to try and sew some dissension in the ranks of British Strong Style. But their attempts to stir up trouble were soon thwarted by the arrival of Trent Seven. With Seven's arrival evening the odds both Trent and Tyler are quick to reassert that they are on the same page and that they see what Drake and Gibson are doing. Branding the Grizzled Young Vets duo cowards the two members of British Strong Style promise to beat them next week and advance to the finals of the tag team tournament.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    After her interview with Wolfgang and BT Gunn earlier on in the night. Joanna Rose has the unenviable task of attempting to interview the WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne in his private locker room. Disinterested totally in Rose's attempts to make small talk or get the interview rolling. Pete Dunne instead cuts right to the chase as he states that he and Wolfgang have wrestled before and that during that match it was Dunne who was victorious. Promising that tonight would not be any different the champion then demanded Rose to leave his locker room as he looked to prepare himself.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match Three: Adam Maxted vs Jordan Devlin
    For the third match of the evening our commentary team was quick to remind us that this match came about following Jordan Devlin and Adam Maxted's failed attempt to team up last week in the tag team tournament. Following that loss Devlin would attack Maxted which would lead to the reality star demanding a match with Devlin which was granted to him by the general manager. As the match began it was clear that despite neither man being a fan favorite the crowd chose to cheer for Jordan Devlin as again no one had any respect for Adam Maxted. Those words definitely applied to Jordan Devlin who showed no respect for his opponent's skills throughout as he toyed with Maxted at points. Finally after a few minutes Devlin put Maxted away with a moonsault.
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Jordan Devlin!
    Even after the match is over Jordan Devlin cannot resist cheap shotting Adam Maxted as he stomps down on him several times before kicking him out of the ring. Not allowing the referee to raise his arm in the air Jordan Devlin instead climbs out the ring and storms backstage displaying his trademark bad attitude.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    It is then the cameras immediately take us to the parking lot of the building where a commotion is on going. As Vicky Haskins can be heard screaming in the background Kenny Williams is in the process of attacking her husband Mark. Understandably livid following Haskins cheap shot on him at the start of the show Kenny Williams punishes Mark with several punches and kicks while he is grounded. That is until he is distracted by Vicky who swings one of the crutches at him. Kenny catches it but this distraction allows Mark Haskins to punch him from behind. As Kenny drops to a knee Mark flees to their car showing no signs of injury with his wife Vicky closely following him as they make their escape.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match Four: Iestyn Rees vs David Deville
    After his destructive performance on the first show. It was time for a second look at "The Alpha Male" Iestyn Rees. The physically imposing specimen found himself matched up against a man called David Deville this week. Not that it mattered to Rees who tore into Deville with little consideration for his opponent's well being. In what was a dominant squash Rees eventually won following a powerbomb.
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Iestyn Rees!
    The crowd's reaction is mixed as the announcement is made and Iestyn Rees climbs to his feet. Symbolically Rees then places his foot on the chest of Deville before raising his arm in the air.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Walking backstage following his latest dominant performance Iestyn Rees begins to make his way towards the dressing room. But on his walk down the corridor Rees finds himself confronted by Adam Maxted. Having lost once again on the UK Brand Adam Maxted is clearly looking to prove himself as he stares down Rees. Dismissively Rees shakes his head as Maxted looks to get his attention. After a brief staredown between the two Maxted in both a surprisingly brave move as well as potentially a stupid one challenges Rees to a match. Without any hesitation Rees accepts and says he will see Maxted next week before walking away.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Main Event: Pete Dunne vs Wolfgang ~ United Kingdom Championship Match!
    Finally it was time for the main event of the evening and it would see the WWE United Kingdom Championship be defended for the first time on the WWE UK brand as Pete Dunne battled Wolfgang. These two of course have extensive knowledge of each other with them having faced off and actually teamed up with one another previously in NXT. What this meant was in this match for the title you had two men incredibly familiar with one another and their respective styles which very much started this match out as a chess match. With both men being able to counter each other early on it would be down to one of them to capitalize on a mistake made by the other to get ahead. This very much was the case as Pete Dunne was able to cheap shot Wolfgang on a break. From here the champion would be in control and nearly ended the match following a X-Plex. However the ever resilient contender was soon able to make a comeback and actually nearly put Dunne away following a Wasteland. Several near falls were then traded back and forth before Wolfgang blocked a Bitter End and planted Dunne with a cutter. Looking to put the champion away Wolfgang then looked to go for the Howling. But as he leaped off of the top rope for the senton Dunne manages to roll out of the way. This leaves Wolfgang to crash and burn on the canvas as Dunne pulls himself to his feet. Once Wolfgang begins to get to a knee a brutal forearm smash to the jaw connects from Dunne before he finally puts him away with the Bitter End.
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match and still Champion Pete Dunne!
    The crowd boos as the announcement is made and after a few moments the victorious champion begins to climb to his feet. The commentary duo of John Gooden and Doug Williams are quick to put over Dunne's skills as a champion with Williams quoted as saying that Dunne is as talented as he is detestable. Following several highlights being shown of the match Pete Dunne brings a halt to his celebration as he sees Wolfgang begin to get to a knee. As Wolfgang starts to get to his feet Dunne charges him and hits him square across the forehead with his United Kingdom Championship. With the crowd erupting into boos Dunne starts to stomp down onto Wolfgang when BT Gunn comes charging from out back. Gunn hits the ring with a full head of steam and he ducks under an attempted title shot by Dunne before he cracks him with a superkick. Dunne backs up onto the ropes and BT Gunn then clotheslines him over the ropes and out to the floor. The crowd cheers as a fired up BT Gunn lets out an impassioned roar before he begins to check on his fallen partner. A vengeful Pete Dunne meanwhile staggers to his feet before he stumbles against the guard rail as the show comes to a close.
    WWE UK Brand ~ Episode 004 ~ Sorry seems to be the hardest word
    8/12/17
    Empress Ballroom, Blackpool, England
    While Dusted by Astroid Boys plays in the background a comprehensive recap from the previous show is played. This details all of the key events that fans witnessed including the ongoing feud between Mark Haskins and Kenny Williams which would see Haskins feign an injury to pull out of their match before later costing Williams a match by hitting him with a crutch. Also shown in the video was Williams later attack on Haskins as well as the Coffey Brothers defeating Oliver Grey and Charlie Sterling. Finally the video came to an end after showing highlights of Pete Dunne vs Wolfgang as well as the champion's post match attack on his challenger before being run off by BT Gunn. Once the video comes to an end the latest edition of the UK brand show opens up with vocal crowd all brimming with excitement for the night they have in front of them. After several shots of the crowd we are taken to the commentary table where both Doug Williams and John Gooden are present. The two men begin to hype up tonight's show as they mention that in the main event it will be Tyler Bate and Trent Seven taking on James Drake and Zack Gibson. However before they can continue to promote the show the two instead alert the viewers that we are being taken backstage where a commotion is taking place.
    With an instant feed taking us backstage we are shown a brawl already in process between the WWE UK Champion Pete Dunne and BT Gunn. As several wrestlers and officials stand back watching on these two men trade some heavy shots before an angered BT Gunn slams Pete Dunne face first against a production crate. With Dunne reeling Gunn continues his onslaught with a series of punches before he tosses Pete over a catering table. Dunne takes a nasty spill to the floor before he slowly begins trying to crawl away. As Dunne begins to reach the production area he is snatched by the hair by BT Gunn. Gunn starts to drag him to his feet but the wily champion is able to connect with a low blow. Gunn doubles over and Pete Dunne hits him with a European Uppercut as he makes it to his feet. BT Gunn backs up against the wall as he is rocked from the blow meanwhile Pete Dunne uncharacteristically looks to make his escape as he quickly begins to make his way through the gorilla position. BT Gunn soon is in hot pursuit and hits Dunne from behind sending Dunne through the curtain and into the entrance area.
    As the fight continues on the ramp Pete Dunne again fires back at Gunn with a few forearm strikes but before he can follow up Gunn lands a straight kick to the body which sends Dunne stumbling down the ramp. BT Gunn charges down the ramp looking to follow up but Pete Dunne is able to use his momentum against him as he hip tosses BT Gunn against the ring apron. The crowd notably winces and oohs in pain as the sadistic side of the champion begins to show. Dragging Gunn to his feet Dunne open hand slaps him across the face before he blasts him with a forearm smash. Gunn rolls into the ring with Pete Dunne soon following. Stomping down onto Gunn, Dunne cannot resist talking some trash before he drags the hurt Gunn to his feet. Things look bad for Gunn as Pete begins to set him up for the Bitter End but much to Dunne and the crowd's surprise Gunn has enough to spin out before he cracks Dunne with a superkick. Dunne is rocked badly by the shot and BT follows up with the Gun Shot much to the delight of the crowd. Slowly climbing to his feet holding his back in pain BT Gunn stands over the champion and loudly declares this is only just the beginning as the cameras begin to cut away.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Clips from after last week's show are then played with a disappointed Charlie Sterling and Oliver Grey heading out of the dressing room as they prepare to leave the building. As they walk down the corridor towards the exit the duo are clearly surprised to be approached by both Ashton Smith as well as a rather reluctant Rampage Brown. With there clearly being some mutual respect between the two duos Ashton Smith cuts right to the chase in just what the purpose of this face off is about. Crediting Grey and Sterling for how they fared against the Coffey Brothers, Smith stated that now he and Rampage Brown wanted to redeem themselves after their embarrassing first round defeat. Which is why they wanted to challenge the duo of Grey and Sterling to a match on next week's show. Without any hesitation and also looking to redeem themselves both Sterling and Grey accepted the challenge before walking past Smith and Brown. Once Charlie and Oliver had gone Rampage Brown turned to Ashton Smith and made it clear that there would be no more second chances.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match One: Rampage Brown and Ashton Smith vs Charlie Sterling and Oliver Grey
    Kicking off the show match wise was in fact the tag team match which came about from that challenge issued last week by Rampage Brown and Ashton Smith. Unlike their first round match in the tag team tournament against the Coffey brothers it seemed that this time the duo very much were on the same page against the duo of Charlie Sterling and Oliver Grey. This led to an enjoyable and energetic opening match for the show which would finally culminate with Ashton Smith and Rampage Brown earning their first victory on the UK Brand following a sit out power bomb by Rampage Brown on Oliver Grey.
    Shepherd: And the winners of the match Ashton Smith and Rampage Brown!
    The crowd cheers as the announcement is made and both Ashton Smith and Rampage Brown have their arms raised in the air. Coming face to face the duo then shake hands as on commentary Doug Williams credits the talented duo for setting their differences aside.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    As the cameras take us away from ringside instead we are transported to the office of the UK Brand's general manager Katarina Waters. The GM by her expression is clearly not in the best of moods as she stands across from Mark Haskins and his wife Vicky. Angered by what transpired last week Katarina reveals that she spoke with the doctor who Haskins claimed ruled him out of competition and states that the doctor has reported that Haskins in fact doctored the note which stated he was unfit to compete. Not allowing Haskins to respond the general manager informs him that next week Mark Haskins will wrestle Kenny Williams.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match Two: Adam Maxted vs Iestyn Rees
    Having made the brazen challenge last week Adam Maxted found himself having to put his money where his mouth is as he took on the unbeaten Alpha Male Iestyn Rees. As has been a trademark with each week on the UK Brand, The crowd had no respect what so ever for the Love Island star Adam Maxted. While he may not have earned any respect from the crowd it appeared that Doug Williams had some respect for Maxted for making this challenge. Unfortunately for Adam while he may have gained a semblance of respect from Williams he had none from Rees who again absolutely steam rolled his opponent. After a couple of short minutes a vicious powerbomb from Rees would be enough for him to pick up the win.
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Iestyn Rees!
    The crowd reaction is mixed as Iestyn Rees climbs to his feet in the ring. After getting his arm raised in the air Rees symbolically places his foot on the chest of the fallen Maxted.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Following his brawl earlier on a displeased Pete Dunne storms into the office of Katarina Waters. Confronting the GM, Pete Dunne demands that action be taken against BT Gunn for what he calls a despicable sneak attack on his person. Clearly not impressed with Dunne's attitude or demeanor Waters instead informs Dunne that in her eyes that was BT evening the odds after Dunne interfered in that tag match two weeks ago. Dunne doesn't look impressed as Waters continues on by revealing that she has decided next week in the main event Pete Dunne will compete against the duo of Wolfgang and BT Gunn. Asking who his partner is Dunne is quickly brushed off by the GM as she responds that is down to Pete Dunne to actually find someone who is willing to be associated with him.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    After a few clips are shown of his victory over Adam Maxted the previous week. The cameras focus on Jordan Devlin as he walks down the corridor of the building. Full of his usual bad attitude Devlin barges past several members of the crew when he finds himself facing off with Ryan Smile. Unimpressed with Devlin's attitude as he warns Smile to get out of his way. Ryan is quick to bring up the fact that all everyone is hearing about is how Jordan Devlin has yet to be beaten in the UK Brand but now he wants a chance to shut Jordan's mouth. With an arrogant smirk Jordan accepts the challenge and tells Ryan he will see him next week before he barges past him.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Main Event: Trent Seven and Tyler Bate vs James Drake and Zack Gibson
    Finally it was time for the main event of the evening and it would be the second semi final match in the tag team tournament as British Strong Style battled the Grizzled Young Vets. Looking to scout who their opponents would be in the finals of the tournament the Coffey Brothers stood at the top of the stage watching the match. Once the action began despite the Grizzled Young Vets best efforts it definitely appeared that Trent Seven and Tyler Bate were on the same page. In what made for a back and forth match between the two teams packed full of near falls. It very much seemed that the duo of Bate and Seven were on their way to advance towards the next round as Trent Seven drove Drake into the canvas with a death valley driver. At the same time Tyler Bate had Gibson cornered and was unloading on him with punches. Seven being the legal man looked to make a cover on Drake when suddenly Zack Gibson shoved Bate off of him. Landing on his feet Bate loses his balance and trips over the referee interrupting the count. An incensed Trent Seven climbs to his feet as Tyler gets to his feet and it appears Trent is questioning what Bate is doing when Drake shoves Seven into Tyler. Bate and Seven clash heads and Bate falls out onto the apron while Drake rolls up Seven for the three.
    Shepherd: And the winners of the match James Drake and Zack Gibson!
    The crowd erupts into boos as the announcement is made by Andy Shepherd. James Drake and Zack Gibson quickly embrace in the ring as they start to celebrate their victory. Meanwhile a disappointed Trent Seven slowly begins to sit up in the ring before he pulls himself to the ropes. On the outside is an equally dejected Tyler Bate has now risen to his feet and looks to console his partner but Seven instead storms up the ramp in a huff as the show comes to a close.
    Defo will be following this thread, will give some feedback on your shows tomorrow when I get some more chance. Nice little rota, really hope you do something with Rockstar Spud, excellent wrestler that I've had the privilege of meeting up in Birmingham, England. Nice rota there, only ones that are really missing from it is the guys like Tommy End, Joe Hendry and Joe Connors; would be interested to see if you plan to bring them in; especially Hendry.
    Thanks for the feedback James. I hope you enjoy the shows when you look them over. I don't want to spoil anything but I do have a cool idea for Rockstar Spud in the future. So he definitely will be a key part of the UK Brand when the time comes. TBH I considered a few people from the main roster who have appearances in the UK such as Tommy End/Aleister Black, Drew McIntrye and others. But for now I've chosen to keep it localized strictly with local talents but there will be some special appearances in the future. As for Hendry and Connors I can't deny they are people I considered bringing in along with a few others including Stevie Boy, Kings of Catch and so on. But for now I've chosen to keep the roster relatively manageable however I do have some plans to bring in some more names in the future. Thanks once again for the kind words.
    WWE United Kingdom Brand ~ Episode 005 ~ Go Your Own Way
    15/12/17
    Empress Ballroom, Blackpool, England
    With the opening strands of Dusted by Astroid Boys beginning to play. A video recap from the previous show kicks of this latest episode of the WWE network exclusive UK Brand. The video starts out with the chaotic opening of last week's show which saw a brawl break out between Pete Dunne and BT Gunn which would end with the champion being laid out by Gunn. Following this clips of both Rampage Brown and Ashton Smith's impressive turn around were shown as they beat Charlie Sterling and Oliver Grey before the video shows us another dominant performance by Iestyn Rees. The video then culminates with the last semi final match as Tyler Bate and Trent Seven took on Zack Gibson and James Drake with the closing moments showing a distraught Trent Seven storming backstage following their defeat without even checking on his partner. Once the video comes to an end this latest show opens up inside the Empress Ballroom. With a vociferous crowd in attendance our commentary team of Doug Williams and John Gooden begin to hype up the show ahead of us. Once they have finished they send us to ringside for our first match up of the evening.
    Match One: Jordan Devlin vs Ryan Smile
    Kicking off the show would be an energetic, fast paced bout as promising talent Ryan Smile made his UK Brand debut against Jordan Devlin. Having challenged Devlin last week Smile clearly was looking to impress here as he went all out against the brash Irishman. This led to an impressive showing for both men as they went to the skies repeatedly while also had no issue in engaging with some stiff strikes. Near the end of the contest Smile looked to put Devlin away with a brainbuster however Jordan was able to drop down behind Smile before he connected with a spin kick to the back of the head. With Smile dropping to the canvas a moonsault from Devlin then followed which was enough for Jordan to take the win.
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Jordan Devlin!
    The crowd boos as the announcement is made and Jordan Devlin gets his arm raised in the air. On commentary both Williams and Gooden appear to be impressed with both Devlin and Smile for the match.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    On the titantron footage filmed from earlier on in the day begins to play. The footage is filmed from the locker room area and focuses on Tyler Bate who looks to have just made his arrival to the building. Bate is soon joined by his friend and tag team partner Trent Seven. While things at first remain tense between the two individuals at first Seven soon apologizes to Tyler Bate for his actions the previous week after their loss. Bate is quick to accept his apology as he brands last week the past and now he is looking toward the future. Seven meanwhile seems focused on their future as a team as he mentions that he spoke to the GM about a tag match next week. Despite this news Tyler Bate remains hesitant as he claims the tournament is still on going so he'd like to go back to singles. However with Seven imploring him for one more chance Tyler Bate relents and agrees to team up next week. When asked who their opponents will be Seven then informs him that they will be facing Ashton Smith and Rampage Brown.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    With that the cameras then cut to the hallway of the arena where Pete Dunne is walking down the corridor. In search of a tag team partner for tonight's main event Pete Dunne is surveying the area for a prospective partner when he spots Iestyn Rees. Approaching Rees, Pete Dunne claims to have been impressed with what he has done so far on the UK brand before mentioning how tonight he has an opportunity for him. Stating that Rees has been relegated to wrestling nobodies Pete Dunne offers him a step up to the major leagues. Angered by Dunne's words Iestyn Rees counters that he will team with Dunne on one condition. That condition being he gets a shot at Pete Dunne's title. This condition clearly doesn't sit well with Dunne who instantly refuses and storms off down the hall.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match Two: Kenny Williams vs Mark Haskins w/Vicky Haskins
    After his antics two weeks ago Mark Haskins finally had to face the music and wrestle in this match against Kenny Williams. Unlike Kenny's previous matches in the UK brand this match featured little high flying as instead he looked to take the fight to Mark Haskins. As the match went on Mark Haskins very much found himself overwhelmed by this aggressive side of Williams. On the outside Vicky Haskins looked concerned as her husband took a beating and after several attempts to flee being thwarted by Williams. It looked like Kenny had Haskins beat following a reverse hurricanrana. However during a distraction by Vicky Haskins, Williams was jumped by Josh Bodom who came out through the crowd. After landing a few cheap shots on Williams including a brainbuster Bodom would flee allowing Haskins to make the cover on Williams as the ref turned round for the win.
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Mark Haskins!
    There are loud boos from the audience as the announcement is made. Vicky Haskins then rushes into the ring to celebrate with her husband as the boos continue to rain down. Slowly Mark climbs to his feet before he and Vicky leave the ring. Meanwhile a frustrated Kenny Williams begins to get to a knee as the cameras cut away.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Growing more desperate with every minute that passes in his search for a tag team partner Pete Dunne now takes his search to the locker room. After walking past several locals he deems unworthy Dunne stops in front of the stoic Jordan Devlin. After a tense stare down Pete Dunne looks to cut to the chase as asks for Jordan to be his tag team partner tonight. Without any hesitation Devlin begins to smirk before stating no and walking out of the locker room. This clearly frustrates Dunne who then looks over at two people off camera. The camera then turns to where Dunne is staring and shows both Trent Seven and Tyler Bate. The live crowd cheers on seeing the duo who are smirking at Dunne's failing. For the briefest of moments it seems like we may get a British Strong Style reunion but rather than ask for any help Dunne instead chooses to storm out of the locker room.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match Three: Iestyn Rees vs Colossus Kennedy
    After a spate of impressive performances Iestyn Rees found himself matched up with an opponent bigger than him for the first time since arriving on the UK Brand. Not that this would make a difference however as Rees again aggressively tore into an opponent and was able to put his power on display as he tossed Kennedy around the ring. After a few dominant minutes of action Rees would finish Kennedy with a powerbomb.
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Iestyn Rees!
    The crowd reaction is mixed as the announcement is made. Climbing to his feet Rees after getting his hand raised symbolically places his foot on the chest of Kennedy as the cameras fade out.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    With his multiple failings at finding a tag team partner Pete Dunne heads to the office of GM Katarina Leigh. Clearly with a purpose in mind Pete Dunne much to the General Manager's frustration informs her that he hasn't yet been able to find a partner. This doesn't look to sit well with Katarina as Dunne then motions over to her associate Luke Menzies. Calling the former rugby player a perfect partner for himself Dunne is dismayed as Leigh rejects Dunne's proposal. Mentioning how the match is next Dunne asks if it is a handicap match. However to his surprise Katarina instead informs him that she knows someone who will in fact team with Pete Dunne. When asked who, Katarina responds he had the chance to know who his partner was by finding one but instead now he can find out when everyone else does.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Main Event: Pete Dunne and Adam Maxted vs BT Gunn and Wolfgang
    As the match begins amid the disrespectful chants emitted from the crowd towards Adam Maxted. It is clear by Pete Dunne's demeanor and overall reaction that he is not happy in the least with the GM's choice for a partner. Looking to impress the champion and win him over Adam Maxted starts things out against Wolfgang. Quickly however Maxted much to the delight of the crowd finds himself out matched against his opponent. While a disinterested Pete Dunne looked on from the apron Adam Maxted was punished in the ring by both Gunn and Wolfgang to the delight of the crowd. Every time Maxted looked to tag out or for help it appeared that Dunne had no interest in joining in and this was proven when BT Gunn dropped Maxted with the Gun Shot as Pete Dunne instead of saving his partner jumped down from the apron and grabbed his UK Championship before he began walking up the ramp. In the ring BT Gunn would make a cover to secure his team the victory.
    Shepherd: And the winners of the match BT Gunn and Wolfgang!
    The crowd cheers as the announcement is made and BT Gunn and Wolfgang get their arms raised. As the referee begins to check on Adam Maxted, Doug Williams on commentary condemns Pete Dunne for his actions. Meanwhile the UK Champion stands at the top of the stage and holds his title in the air as BT Gunn motions that he is coming for him as the show comes to a close.
    Re: WWE United Kingdom Brand
    Despite a busy couple of weeks, I have been reading your shows - thought I’d give you a little feedback on your latest show to let you know how I’m finding it aha. I still think this is one of the more interesting ideas for a thread in this section as your focusing on the UK Division - something that I’m still not sure whether or not I’m enjoying what WWE is actually doing with it.
    Things I really liked:
    • The format of your show is extremely easy to read. I’m able to understand what’s going on and there is nothing too overly complicated to mess about with. It’s clean, and it’s readable.
    • Pete Dunne. Obviously, when simply doing recaps for PPV matches, it can be difficult to really portray a character - especially as Dunne doesn’t do many promos but you’ve found a way to still, despite the short recap, you’ve still managed to portray him well.
    • You little cocktease. Yes, I see you teasing that little British Strong Style reunion. Good though, I don’t think now is the right time to reunite them - I think you should build all three of them up as individuals first and foremost, but the tease was good.
    Things that I have criticism with:
    • Face Doug Williams. Okay, so this one probably is petty, but I’ve had the honor of the privilege of both meeting Doug, and following him since 2009 - and I get that he can play a face; I just really don’t like face Williams, it feels wrong for him to be bombasting heels for their actions etc. Hopefully one day we see him turn.
    • Not exactly a criticism so much as just a point of discussion I want to make - just wondered what the deal is with women. Are we expecting female stars or is that a no go at the moment?
    Thanks for the feedback James. I appreciate you taking the time to read my work and give me your thoughts. Happy to know you like the layout. As in the past I've tended to bombard people with information both in my shows and in posts. So this time I'm doing a deliberately stripped back and simplistic approach for a change. Which I'm pleased is easy to follow. As for Pete Dunne he has been a thrill to write for so far. It's tough in a way to portray him as him if I was writing things out in full. Which is where the recaps have helped in that I'm able to more effectively convey the kind of champion and man he is. Which I'm happy to know you enjoyed.
    British Strong Style as a tease was something I had to do. Like it was too good of an opportunity to pass up. I won't give away too many details but I have arc after arc with Bate/Dunne/Seven so if nothing else. They will be more than established characters as time goes on. I can understand your point perfectly as to where Williams comes in. In that in some aspects he does come off more as a guy who'd appreciate a good villain. But what you'll find is that with what I've had him say and do there is a reason for it all. I do have a method to my madness with Doug's commentary.
    Right so that's a good question about a women's division in the UK Brand. Now I cannot deny to you it's something I have considered as we have some fantastic girls including Kay Lee Ray for example. But for now I want the UK Brand to feel very much like 205 live in the aspect that it's a niche product. However I do have some interesting ideas in the future. So while for now I'm going to be straight up and say that I do not have plans for the moment in regards to a women's division. It is not something I'm against or ruling out for the future when I have sufficiently prepped the brand for one. Thanks once more for the feedback James. Much appreciated!
    Re: WWE United Kingdom Brand
    WWE UK Brand ~ Episode 006 ~ Once Bitten, Twice Shy
    22/12/17
    Empress Ballroom, Blackpool, England
    As Dusted by Astroid Boys plays in the background, This latest edition of the WWE UK Brand opens up with a video rundown of all the key events from the previous edition of the show. This starts out with Mark Haskins picking up a tainted victory over his rival Kenny Williams thanks to an assist from Josh Bodom. Following this clips of the Pete Dunne trying and failing to find a partner segments are shown before we are shown a brief clip of Iestyn Rees winning once more. The video then ends with the main event which would see Pete Dunne walk out on his partner Adam Maxted leaving him to wrestle and lose against the duo of BT Gunn and Wolfgang. After the video comes to an end this latest show officially opens up to an excited crowd for the night ahead. On commentary both Doug Williams and John Gooden look to hype up this show and in particular the main event which is the final of the tag team title tournament.
    The opening stands of Iestyn Rees' theme then begins to play from the titantron. Emerging from the back in his ring gear is the unbeaten "Alpha Male" himself much to the chagrin of the crowd. Walking to the ring with a purpose Rees snatches himself a microphone before he steps between the ropes and into the ring. With a mic in hand it doesn't take Rees long to draw the crowd's ire as he calls himself the true Alpha in the UK Brand. Stating how week in week out he destroys another man, Iestyn Rees boastfully claims that he has gotten bored himself of all these lack luster, weak, poor excuses for opponents he has had to face.
    Arrogantly Rees goes on to claim that the reason he has been facing scrubs is that because everyone in the back is petrified of the day they get put in the ring with him. Stating that the truth is that he is the future of this brand and that everyone is scared of that coming day. Iestyn Rees follows by claiming he cannot blame them for that fear. As when he reigns supreme it will be with a pile of fallen opponents at his feet. Until that time however Rees declares that he wants a challenge. He wants someone to step up and come down to this ring and give him the fight he has missed out on thus far in the UK Brand.
    To a slight pop from the crowd, Dave Mastiff walks out from the back. While Iestyn Rees watches on stoically from in the ring, The man called the Human Hate Machine after walking down the ring grabs himself a microphone. Once he is in the ring Dave Mastiff then faces off with Rees. Claiming to be unimpressed with Iestyn Rees, Dave Mastiff much to the delight of the crowd states that if he wrestled the opponents Rees has so far in his career he'd have a streak longer than Goldbergs'. This comment definitely appears to piss Rees off but Mastiff doesn't hesitate in making it clear that if Rees wants a true opponent, That if Rees wants a fight. Than he has to look no further than the man standing right in front of him now!
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match One: Iestyn Rees vs Dave Mastiff
    With the challenge laid down at the start of the show kicking us off contest wise for the evening was a hard hitting collision between two powerhouses. While the contest definitely lacked in finesse it made up for it in some hard hitting action. True to his words in the pre match promo Dave Mastiff was Iestyn Rees' toughest challenge yet in the UK Brand. That's not to mean however that Iestyn buckled under the pressure as instead he slowly overcome the force of Mastiff and began to take over the match. In a spectacular culmination Rees would hoist Mastiff up in the air before planting him down with a forceful powerbomb for the win.
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Iestyn Rees!
    The crowd boos as the announcement is made and Iestyn Rees climbs to his feet in the ring. As he gets his arm raised in the air, Rees symbolically places his foot on the chest of Mastiff.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Footage filmed from after last week's show then begins to play as it focuses on Pete Dunne making his leave from the building. Just as Dunne reaches the arena exit he is surprisingly confronted by Adam Maxted. Angered at Dunne bailing on him in their tag team match in the main event, Maxted demands answers from the UK Champion. Dunne meanwhile looks to be bemused by Maxted's presence as it becomes apparent that he is not taking Maxted seriously in the least. Despite this Maxted continues by demanding respect from Dunne and even going as far to challenge Pete to a match for next week's show. Dunne's sneer turns into a arrogant smirk but this quickly fades thanks to a hard slap across the face by Maxted. With Dunne momentarily stunned by the blow Maxted barges past him as he informs him he'll see him in the ring on the next show.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    The cameras then roll towards the office of general manager Katarina Leigh. Sitting behind her desk the GM is listening intently as Jordan Devlin makes his pitch for why he should be the man to receive the next UK Title shot. Unfortunately for Jordan just as he utters the words about his unbeaten run, Iestyn Rees walks into the room. Devlin and Rees trade a few barbs back and forth when this time BT Gunn walks into the room as well. As the three men begin to argue over who should rightfully face Pete Dunne for his title, finally Katarina Waters speaks up. In a huge announcement for next week's show she announces a number one contender six pack challenge match. This match will feature Devlin, Rees and Gunn plus three other UK Brand roster members with the winner being the next challenger for Pete Dunne.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match Two: Tyler Bate and Trent Seven vs Ashton Smith and Rampage Brown
    Two teams looking to get that first crack at the UK Brand's tag team titles would then collide in our next contest of the evening. On one side you would have Tyler Bate and Trent Seven while on the other was Ashton Smith and Rampage Brown. While over the past few weeks both teams have definitely had their difficulties, you wouldn't have known it by watching this match. Because both teams clearly had put their differences beside one another and delivered an action packed clash here packed full of back and forth near falls. Both members of commentary were impressed with Williams correctly musing that in a match so even as this it would only take one slip to change the tide. Unfortunately for the duo of Smith and Brown this would prove true as a mistimed suicide dive attempt by Smith would only wipe out his partner Rampage Brown. Soon after Tyler Bate would catch Smith with the Tyler Driver which was enough for his team to pick up the victory.
    Shepherd: And the winners of the match Tyler Bate and Trent Seven!
    The crowd in attendance cheers loudly as the announcement is made. Joining Tyler in the ring, Trent Seven is quick to embrace with his partner before the two begin to make their way up the ramp and head backstage. Meanwhile at ringside a livid Rampage Brown begins to get to his feet on realizing what happened. Sliding into the ring Brown sees an apologetic Smith taking a knee. Instead of hearing his partner out the angered Brown connects with a vicious boot to Smith's face knocking him down to the canvas. As the crowd boos Brown starts to rain down on him with punches before he then drags Smith to his feet. Running off from the ropes Brown levels Smith with a vicious clothesline putting him back down on the canvas. With his message sent Rampage Brown then storms backstage.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    A vignette then plays highlighting a new superstar coming to the UK Brand. The individual in question Chris Ridgeway is shown in a training ring with a variety of opponents. In these clips Ridgeway is shown punishing his opponents with a variety of kicks and submission maneuvers. Meanwhile in his voice over Chris Ridgeway talks about the traditions of wrestling and how nowadays in this world or more specifically his world. The days of the tough, strong shooters are long gone and that instead the wrestling world has been filled with posers thanks to the growth of American Style wrestling. Which is where he comes in as he brands himself a throwback to the days of the Snake Pit. Branding himself the last of a dying breed, Ridgeway reveals that he will be apart of that six man match next week before he promises to leave all of his opponents broken. The feed then cuts out as Ridgeway once more calls himself the last of a dying breed.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Footage filmed from earlier on in the day is then played as it shows Mark Haskins in the middle of a phone call in the hallway. Just as Haskins finishes his call however he finds himself confronted by Mark Andrews. After mentioning how he always respected Haskins for his talent, Andrews goes on to say the shame is he cannot say the same thing about Haskins as a man. Branding Haskins actions towards Kenny Williams the work of a coward. This doesn't sit well with Haskins who squares off with Andrews but despite Andrews daring him to do something Mark Haskins refuses to bite and simply shakes his head. With Haskins dismissing him Andrews shoves Mark hard to the chest. Again Haskins doesn't bite but instead he starts to smirk. From behind Andrews is then attacked by Josh Bodom. With Andrews down both Haskins and Bodom put the boots to him before they drag Andrews to his feet and violently hurl him against a nearby brick wall. Andrews is down and both Haskins and Andrews high five before they walk off down the hall.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match Three: Adam Maxted vs Pete Dunne
    Going into this match the words be careful what you wish for definitely come to mind. As it was very much apparent quickly that Adam Maxted was over matched and out classed by the United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne. Dunne for his part like a lot of the crowd in attendance held Maxted in a low regard and seemed to enjoy torturing him in this contest. This included a sickening X-Plex from outside the ring dropping Maxted onto the ring apron. However in his lack of respect for Adam, Dunne did at one stage take his eye off the ball as he got distracted by some harsh words by Doug Williams at commentary which led to a very words traded back and forth between the two. This distraction would allow Adam Maxted to catch Dunne with a powerslam on the floor. Rolling Dunne into the ring, Maxted then climbed the turnbuckles before taking the time to showboat to the booing crowd. Maxted then leaped from the top rope for an elbow drop only to have Dunne catch him on the way down in mid air with a triangle choke. Quickly snatching Maxted's arm for an armbar at the same time Dunne would quickly force a submission from Maxted.
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Pete Dunne!
    The crowd reaction is mixed as the announcement is made and Pete Dunne slowly releases the submission. On climbing to his feet Pete Dunne drags Maxted to his feet before planting him with the Bitter End. Dunne snatches his title from the ref and holds it in the air as the cameras begin to cut away from ringside.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Standing anxiously outside the office of our general manager it is clear from their expressions that neither Oliver Grey or Charlie Sterling have any idea as to why they are here. Slowly the door to the office opens and Katarina's associate Luke Menzies opens the door before he beckons them to come inside. Once the two are inside the GM's office they find themselves standing across from a smiling Katarina Leigh. Praising the talents of both men before she mentions their run of bad luck as of late. Katarina makes it clear that she is a huge believer in the talents of both men which is why she has called them here to her office. Informing them of the number one contenders match for next week, Leigh is quick to state that while she has been impressed with the two as a team. She'd like to give them an opportunity as singles for next week's match that is if they was to qualify. Both Grey and Sterling quickly agree when Katarina then informs them of the catch, that only one of them can be in next's week match and that tonight they will face off with one another in a singles match to determine just who that will be.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    With the cameras following the UK Brand's official interviewer Joanna Rose. We are taken the locker room area where standing by are the Coffey Brothers. Looking to get a few works with the team ahead of their match in the main event of the evening. Joanna is quick to ask them how they are feeling ahead of tonight's match. True to form the Coffey Brothers cut right to the chase with Mark Coffey calling the match tonight a clash between the men and the boys. Joe Coffey then brought up the fact that if you look at the two teams who are in this final you will see one duo who has fought and clawed their way to the finals against another who has cheated and took shortcuts. In closing the brothers then stated tonight the Grizzled Young Vets don't get to cheat. Instead they have to fight and show what they have deep down but then they will find what everyone else already knows, That they cannot defeat the Coffey Brothers.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match Four: Charlie Sterling vs Oliver Grey
    The fourth match of the evening was a qualifying match for next week's title opportunity six pack challenge. This match of course as announced earlier would see friends and tag team partner's collide as Oliver Grey battled Charlie Sterling. In the early stages of the match it appeared to be an even contest as both men had each other well scouted. However soon the experience and hard hitting style of Oliver Grey allowed for him to take control. However Sterling's resiliency was clearly beginning to bother Grey as the match went on. Because while he could beat down the youngster he couldn't quite put him away. This frustration would cause Grey to go to the well one time too many and see a brainbuster attempt counted with a small package by Sterling which was enough for Sterling to pick up an impressive victory!
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Charlie Sterling!
    Leaping to his feet to some respectful applause from the crowd. Charlie Sterling is delighted to have his hand raised when he is spun round by a livid Oliver Grey. After a tense moment Grey begins to smile proudly before he himself raises Charlie's arm in the air to a louder pop from the crowd.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Having interviewed the Coffey brothers earlier on in the programme, Joanna Rose now heads to the corridor of the building where the duo of the Grizzled Young Vets are standing by. Unlike the Coffey Brothers who earlier on kept things short and sweet. To no surprise the duo of James Drake and Zack Gibson had a lot to say as they were quick to boast about their success thus far in the tournament. Smugly brushing off any comments about their cheating tactics as mere jealously of their vast skill set the duo clearly felt confident about their match in the main event of the evening. Calling the Coffey Brothers a couple of talent less brawlers it was clear that neither James Drake of Zack Gibson held any respect for their opponents skills as they stated that what you have tonight is a team of A+ talents taking on two individuals who are lucky to have even been let in the building of a cheap indy show.
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    After their assault on Mark Andrews earlier on in the evening both Josh Bodom and Mark Haskins have found themselves summoned to the office of General Manager Katarina Leigh. Proud of their actions the duo brazenly claim self defense much to the annoyance of the General Manager. After she reveals that Andrews is currently seeing a doctor with a suspected rib injury, Katarina goes on to reveal that originally she planned to have the two in the six man match next week. Instead however as a punishment for their actions neither Mark Haskins or Josh Bodom will be in that match. This news doesn't sit well with either man when Katarina follows up by stating that as Josh Bodom has this seeming want to get physical next week he will be wrestling the debuting Morgan Webster.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Main Event: Grizzled Young Vets vs The Coffey Brothers ~ United Kingdom Tag Team Championships
    Finally it was time for the main event of the evening and it would be the finals of the United Kingdom Tag Team title tournament. As the bell rang to start this contest out the crowd in attendance were buzzing with anticipation. Unsurprisingly the crowd was also fully behind the duo of the Coffey Brothers as opposed to the duo of the Grizzled Young Vets. Starting out for their respective teams would be Mark Coffey and Zack Gibson. The early stages of the contest would see both Coffey brothers have their way with the Grizzled Young Vets thanks to their typical hard hitting brawling offense. This would be until a cheap shot from James Drake on the apron to Joe Coffey allowed Zack Gibson to score a near fall with a neck breaker. From here anytime it seemed that the Coffey brothers had the advantage the Vets would resort to dubious tactics in order to get back on track. After fifteen or so minutes of back and forth action the match entered a thrilling closing sequence with all four men in the ring and getting the opportunity to deliver some big moves to one another. This included James Drake hitting Mark Coffey with a superkick before he in turn was wiped out with Black Coffey from Joe. However Joe would then find himself taken down by Legal Man Zack Gibson who cranked on the Shankly Gates. Much to Gibson's annoyance however the referee informed him that Joe wasn't the legal man but before he could release the hold he was met with the Red Forman by Mark. This put Gibson down on the canvas and allowed Mark to make the cover for the victory.
    Shepherd: And the winners of the match The Coffey Brothers!
    The crowd cheers loudly as the announcement is made and an exhausted Mark Coffey rolls onto his back. Slowly Mark begins to take a knee when he is snatched in an embrace by his brother Joe. The two brothers once they are to their feet are then presented their tag team titles by the referee. The show then comes to an end with the Coffey Brothers standing tall with their newly won tag team titles.
    Re: WWE United Kingdom Brand
    WWE UK Brand ~ Episode 007 ~ All The Aces
    29/12/17
    Empress Ballroom, Blackpool, England
    As Dusted by Astroid Boys plays in the background, This latest edition of the WWE UK Brand opens up with a video rundown of all the key events from the previous edition of the show. This video package starts out with the challenge by Iestyn Rees to the UK brand and his victory over Dave Mastiff. Following this would be the continued tension between Ashton Smith and Rampage Brown which would end with Brown savagely beating down his tag team partner. Once this part of the video is concluded focus turns to the finals of the tag team tournament with the video highlighting the match between the Grizzled Young Vets and the Coffey Brothers which would of course end with the Coffey brothers getting their hands raised. With the video coming to an end this week's show officially opens up with a shot of the packed crowd in attendance for tonight's event before focus turns to our commentary table where both Doug Williams and John Gooden are seated. Hyping up tonight's show and the block buster 6 man main event this evening the duo then send us to the ring where we will hear from our new tag team champions.
    Standing by in the ring already are the duo of Joe Coffey and Mark Coffey. The brothers who won the titles last week are given a tremendous reaction from the crowd in attendance who clearly have a lot of love for the hard hitting, no nonsense duo. With their titles proudly displayed around their waists the champions seem to be thrilled with the reaction they are getting as they take a moment to bask in the cheers. Each with a microphone in hand it is Joe who speaks first as he takes a moment to praise their opponents from last week for the match they had and the fight that they gave them. Mark then speaks up and he says that is all he and his brother truly want.. A proper fight!
    Mentioning how winning the titles was just a bonus. Mark Coffey goes on further to say that he and his brother have always thrived in combat and wars. Be it as partners or opponents all they have wanted is to be in this ring taking on whoever stands in front of them. Joe follows up by saying that even with these titles around their waists that mind set will not change. Because they won these titles by fighting everyone who stood in front of them and that is how they will defend them. Much to the annoyance of the crowd, the entrance theme of one Adam Maxted begins to play from the titantron.
    Showered with Jeers and disrespectful comments as he walks out from the back. 'Flex' Maxted is accompanied by another individual who our commentary team identify as Eddie Dennis. Standing at the top of the stage Maxted has a microphone in hand but when he tries to talk he is constantly drowned out by boos. Finally getting his moment to speak after what felt like an eternity. Maxted talks about having something to prove and mentions that he can feel a change in the wind and that his luck will turn around. Which is why he is out here right now with his friend Eddie Dennis. As the Coffey Brothers look on both Maxted and Dennis begin to slowly walk down the ramp while Maxted issues the challenge. Stating that the Coffey Brothers say they like to fight, both he and Eddie Dennis would like to challenge them to a match for right now!
    As Dennis and Maxted reach the ringside area in the ring both Mark and Joe Coffey nod their heads before Joe raises his microphone and accepts the challenge. With both Dennis and Maxted climbing into the ring a referee rushes down the ramp to make this match official.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match One: Coffey Brothers vs Adam Maxted and Eddie Dennis
    Having elected to challenge the champions to a match. The pressure was on this rather makeshift duo of characters in Adam Maxted and Eddie Dennis. Yet again the crowd in attendance had little to no respect for the brash Maxted but it was clear from his words on commentary that Doug Williams had slowly began to warm to the youngster. Starting out the match for his team in his in ring debut Eddie Dennis looked good in the early stages as he proved to be a match for both Coffey Brothers at various points. However the turning point of the match for his team was a blind tag from Maxted who looked to go to work on the champs. This backfired and would see Maxted instead take a beating from both Coffey Brothers while Dennis looked on from the apron. Eventually Maxted looked for a tag but Dennis still irritated with his partner's behavior earlier elected to jump off the apron instead. This would leave Maxted to be put down with the Black Coffey by Joe for the win.
    Shepherd: And the winners of the match The Coffey Brothers!
    The crowd cheers loudly as the announcement is made and the Coffey brothers begin to celebrate their victory. Meanwhile Eddie Dennis stands at the top of the stage and simply shakes his head in disgust at the fallen Maxted.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    A replay of last week's show is then played focusing on the beat down Rampage Brown administered to Ashton Smith. Footage filmed from after the show is then played focusing on Ashton Smith laid out on a trainer's bench as the medics tend to him. Slowly the door to the room then opens before Rampage Brown walks in. Unlike the furious Brown shown in the recap, This Brown seems to have calmed down and is a lot more rational. As Brown takes a seat by the bench, a seething Smith looks to sit up but groans in pain from the injuries he sustained. Surprisingly Brown apologizes for losing his cool out there and actually begins to praise Smith stating that he has a lot of talent and potential. Which is why he got so angry as he hoped that Smith would wake up and truly deliver on that potential. Instead yet again he slipped up and dropped the ball which is why Brown had to wash his hands of him. With that Brown calmly stands up from his chair and heads to the door before he states that he has no hard feelings towards Smith anymore for any of this.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match Two: Josh Bodom w/Mark Haskins & Vicky Haskins vs Morgan Webster
    After his repeated attacks on the likes of Mark Andrews and Kenny Williams, Josh Bodom found himself put under pressure here as he battled the talented 'Flash' Morgan Webster. Despite not having appeared in the UK Brand before Webster was given a good reaction from the crowd with many clearly familiar with his exploits outside of the WWE. This contest in the opening stages was back and forth with both men pulling off some great displays of athleticism. That would be however until Mark Haskins tripped Webster allowing Bodom to lay him out with a spine buster. After a close near fall following this, the match was all Bodom. However after an additional part of interference by Haskins it appeared that Mark Andrews had seen enough as he rushed down to the ring and attacked Haskins. This attack would distract Bodom and allow Webster to catch him off guard with a single knee face buster. With Bodom stunned Webster then followed up with the Britpop Drop for the victory.
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Morgan Webster!
    As the packed crowd in attendance cheer loudly Morgan Webster climbs to his feet in the ring and gets his arm raised in the air by the referee. Meanwhile outside of the ring Mark Andrews snatches a chair as he looks to gain more redemption. With a wild swing narrowly missing Josh Bodom, Andrews swings once more to Haskins who along with his wife Vicky flee into the crowd while Bodom runs up the ramp.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Footage filmed from earlier in the day is then shown and it focuses on Charlie Sterling as he makes his way into the building ahead of tonight's show. As he walks into the hallway Sterling is surprised to be confronted by Jordan Devlin. Clearly with an agenda in mind Devlin brings up tonight's main event before he congratulates Charlie on making it as far as he has. Seeing through Devlin's words Sterling demands answers as to what Devlin really wants. Opting to cut to the chase Devlin proposes that they team up in an effort to clear the field. However Sterling refuses his offer and makes it clear that tonight it is every man for himself and that will not change. As Sterling then walks off an angered Devlin simply shakes his head in disgust.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    The cameras then take us towards the general manager's office where our GM Katarina Leigh is reading over some paperwork. Suddenly the door to her office swings open before Pete Dunne walks inside the room. Much to Dunne's annoyance Luke Menzies steps between him and the GM, that is until Katarina speaks up to let him pass. Once Menzies steps aside Dunne confronts the GM as he demands that BT Gunn be removed from the main event. To Dunne's disgust however Katarina informs him that she won't be doing that as it is her show and not his. Angered by this Dunne states that while this may not be the show as that match is to do with him, He will be at ringside on commentary to survey the competition. With that Dunne then storms out of the office.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match Three: Tyler Bate and Trent Seven vs James Drake and Zack Gibson
    With both teams looking to get that next title shot against the Coffey Brothers. It was no surprise that this tournament semi final rematch was booked as yet again Trent Seven and Tyler Bate faced off with James Drake and Zack Gibson. Unlike the last match however where Seven and Bate were having difficulties it has to be noted that this time round the duo were completely on the same side here. Meanwhile having lost in the title tournament both Drake and Gibson were incredibly aggressive. This led to a fantastic back and forth contest between two of the best teams in all of British Wrestling. After an impressive seventeen minutes of action had passed this time round it would be Bate and Seven who would pick up the win as a Seven Stars Lariat by Seven was enough to put Drake down.
    Shepherd: And the winners of the match Tyler Bate and Trent Seven!
    The crowd cheers loudly as the announcement is made and both Trent Seven and Tyler Bate get their arms raised by the referee. Following this the two tag partners shake hands before they hug much to the delight of the crowd.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    The cameras cut away from ringside and take us to the General Manager's office. Standing by in the office along with the GM is Ashton Smith. Smith is visibly angered by what has gone down lately with his former partner. As Katarina Leigh listens in intently, Smith pleads for a chance to step into the ring with Rampage Brown as he states that while he may not have been impressive so far in his time in the UK Brand. That with this match he promises that he will show exactly what he is capable of. Clearly impressed with the fire Smith showed in his pitch, Katarina grants him the match for next week's show before wishing him good luck.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Main Event: BT Gunn vs Charlie Sterling vs Chris Ridgeway vs Iestyn Rees vs Jordan Devlin vs Rockstar Spud
    Finally it was time for the main event of the evening and it was a six pack challenge match to crown the next number one contender for the UK Championship. As the introductions were made the crowd in attendance couldn't help but pop when the final man confirmed for the match was Rockstar Spud. Once the bell rung it was no surprise that everyone banded together and looked to take out the biggest man in the match Iestyn Rees, Having been hit with several finishers Rees was put down for the first time in his UK Brand matches. From here the match kicked off properly with Gunn, Sterling, Ridgeway, Devlin and Spud all battling each other as they looked to earn that title shot. This match was packed full of impressive moments as well as some spectacular dives from the likes of Sterling and Devlin. Unfortunately for all the men however after a beautiful somersault plancha by BT Gunn, Iestyn Rees would reemerge into the contest with a vengeance. This would include some brutal moments including a spinebuster to BT Gunn on the floor as well as a crushing spear in the ring to Rockstar Spud. Despite refusing his offer earlier on Charlie Sterling would begin working with Jordan Devlin to beat down Rees however this alliance didn't last long as Devlin cheap shotted Sterling at the most convenient moment. As the match waged on and everyone had their moments we got a thrilling closing stretch. This was preempted by BT Gunn attempting a gun shot on Ridgeway who countered mid move with a German Suplex. From there Charlie Sterling hit BT with a frog splash before Ridgeway cracked Sterling with a kick to the temple. With Sterling dazed Ridgeway hit the ropes only for Spud to pull the top rope down sending him crashing to the floor. Meanwhile Jordan Devlin would hit Sterling with a spin kick but before he could make the cover Devlin would be crushed with a spear by Rees. Taking the fight to Rees despite the size difference Spud would land several punches on him before Iestyn snatched him by the throat. Doubling him over Rees forced him up in the air and then down just as quick with a powerbomb before making the cover. One...Two... Spud kicks out! Everyone is in shock as no one yet has survived a Rees powerbomb. Climbing to his feet in absolute shock Iestyn doesn't look sure what to do for a moment. Turning shock into Anger Rees slowly pulls Spud to his feet before he again sets him up but this time as Rees gets him up Spud counters with a hurricanrana putting both men over the ropes and to the floor. Meanwhile in the ring Sterling staggers to his feet and is met with the Gun Shot by Gunn who then makes the cover for the win.
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match BT Gunn!
    The crowd cheers as the announcement is made and BT Gunn slowly rises to his feet in the ring. As Gunn gets his arm raised high in the air by the referee, On commentary Pete Dunne begins to slander his next contender. That is until Doug Williams mentions how Gunn laid him out a few weeks ago. This sets Dunne over the edge as he stands up from his chair and rushes to the ring while BT Gunn waves him on. Instead of getting in the ring however Dunne stands on the apron and holds his title in the air before jumping down and walking up the ramp as the show comes to a close.
    Re: WWE United Kingdom Brand
    WWE UK Brand ~ Episode 008 ~ Alt.End
    5/1/18
    Empress Ballroom, Blackpool, England
    Dark Match: Iestyn Rees defeated Nathan Cruz
    As Dusted by Astroid Boys begins to play in the background, a video rundown highlighting all of the key events from last week's show begins to play. Moments highlighted include Morgan Webster upsetting Josh Bodom before being attacked by Bodom and Haskins only for Mark Andrews to save him before the video moves to Tyler Bate and Trent Seven earning themselves a tag team title shot by beating the duo of the Grizzled Young Vets. The video then culminates with it's focus on the six pack challenge which ended the show and highlights some of the more exciting moments of the match before ending with a shot of a victorious BT Gunn. Once the video comes to an end the show opens up from inside the Empress Ballroom in Blackpool. After the cameras pan round the crowd several times we are taken to the commentary table where as always Doug Williams and John Gooden hype up tonight's show before the first match of the night begins.
    Match One: Adam Maxted vs Eddie Dennis
    In a match booked following Eddie Dennis bailing on him the previous week during a tag team match against the Coffey brothers. Adam Maxted demanded this opportunity for redemption as he battled Eddie Dennis here. Looking to pick up his first win in the UK Brand Maxted showed off some surprising aggression in the early going despite the crowd yet again showering him with boos and smarkish remarks. It has to be said though that Maxted did seem to have one fan as Doug Williams looked to be impressed with Maxted's willing to show up each week despite his constant failings. Unfortunately after a short match it would be another defeat for Maxted as Eddie Dennis put him down with the Severn Bridge.
    Shepherd: and the winner of the match Eddie Dennis!
    The crowd reaction is mixed as the announcement is made and Eddie Dennis climbs to his feet. Once he is up Dennis stomps down on Maxted several times before he tosses him out of the ring.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Footage filmed following the previous week's show is then on display as we catch an interview by Joanna Rose with a disappointed Rockstar Spud. Despite his disappointment in losing his debut in the main event of the show, Spud seems to be elated to be apart of the UK Brand. Mentioning how he had spent a lot of time wrestling in the states Spud calls the UK his home and goes on to further state that he has come to the UK Brand to not only return home but to also become champion. Unfortunately before Joanna can ask Spud anymore questions he is blindsided by a livid Iestyn Rees. Spud tries to fight back but a vicious knee strike to the head follows before Rees hurls him hard against a nearby wall. Spud falls to the floor in a heap and Rees adds several stomps for good measure before he storms off down the corridor.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Footage from last week's show is then highlighted with the focus on the debut of 'Flash' Morgan Webster. Once the video comes to an end the cameras cut to the dressing room where Webster is standing by with Mark Andrews. The duo after shaking hands both clearly have some mutual respect for one another as they calmly discuss what happened last week. Looking for revenge against the duo of Mark Haskins and Josh Bodom, the pair agree to watch one another's back against all odds as promise not to let the numbers game get to one another. As the two then shake hands one more the cameras take us back to ringside.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match Two: Rampage Brown vs Ashton Smith
    Former tag team partners would collide in the following contest of the evening as Ashton Smith battled Rampage Brown. Still selling some injuries from Brown's attack Ashton Smith had a lot to overcome in this contest especially with the noted size differential. Despite his best efforts the story of this match was Rampage Brown while reluctant at first to deal more damage to Ashton, slowly losing his cool and again administering a vicious beat down on his former friend and partner. After a series of brutal shots a sit out powerbomb by Brown picked him up the win.
    Shepherd: and the winner of the match Rampage Brown!
    The crowd boos as the announcement is made and Rampage Brown climbs to his feet. After raising Brown's arm in the air, the referee begins to tend to the hurt Smith all the while Brown simply leaves the ring without even a second glance towards the welfare of his former friend and partner.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Cutting away from ringside the cameras take us to the hallway of the arena for a special interview conducted by Joanna Rose. Joining Joanna for this interview are both the Tag Team Champions Mark Coffey and Joe Coffey as well as the number one contenders for their titles Tyler Bate and Trent Seven. Over the course of the interview things are incredibly respectful between the two teams as they talk about next week's match against one another. Despite the mutual respect both teams are very confident they will all be victorious next week with the closing words from Trent Seven as he stated that while he and Tyler may have had their difficulties before they are now firmly on the same page and that together they will be the men to dethrone the champions!
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    A video package then plays highlighting the recent series of attacks performed by the duo of Mark Haskins and Josh Bodom. Once the video comes to an end the cameras take us to the office of our general manager who is standing by with both aforementioned wrestlers. Visibly angered Katarina Leigh dresses down both Haskins and Bodom for their actions as of late calling it inexcusable before warning them both that Kenny Williams will soon be ready to return to action. However for now the two would have other problems to contend with as next week she is making them team up to face Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews.
    Main Event: Pete Dunne vs BT Gunn ~ UK Championship Match
    Finally it was time for the main event of the evening and it would be for the United Kingdom Championship as Pete Dunne defended his title against arch rival BT Gunn. It is safe to say as the introductions were made for this contest there was definitely a big fight feel with the crowd in attendance hyped up to see BT Gunn potentially dethrone the champion. With the bad blood between the two men more than apparent it wasn't surprising to note that this match was more a fight than a wrestling match with both men opting out of any feeling out process and instead choosing to fight it out. While he had impressed so far in his appearances in the UK Brand, this contest very much showed that BT Gunn was one of the elite of the elite in the UK Brand.
    As the contest went back and forth with several close near falls the crowd remained fully on the side of Gunn as they looked for him to dethrone the Bruiserweight. A true war of attrition between the two men it very much seemed to be a case of it needing to be something special to keep the other down. Adding to the intrigue of the contest was the seeming bad blood between Dunne and commentator Doug Williams with Dunne mouthing off to Williams at one stage outside of the ring before he planted Gunn with a suplex on the floor. As the match continued on and went over the twenty minute mark Pete Dunne grew frustrated at the resilience of Gunn and the fact he was still fighting. This would see Dunne go outside and snatch his title belt before he looks to return to the ring. Once in the ring however Dunne was met with a superkick by Gunn which caused him to drop the title. Gunn then looked for a Gun Shot but as he sprung off of the ropes it appeared that Dunne pulled the referee into Gunn's path instead.
    The ref went down and Dunne then hit BT with a low blow. However as he set Gunn up for a Bitter End he was stunned when BT countered and hit him with another superkick. Gunn then looked to revive the referee before he again motioned for the gun shot. Hitting the ropes BT looked for the Gun Shot once more but as he sprang off he was met with a title belt shot to the back by Pete Dunne. The crowd erupts into boos as Gunn collapsed on the canvas and Dunne tossed the belt to the floor before he made the match winning cover.
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match and still champion Pete Dunne!
    The crowd erupts into boos as the announcement is made and slowly the champion climbs to his feet in the ring. Once he is up Pete Dunne has a smirk etched on his face before he bails out of the ring and picks up his title and raises it in the air. Meanwhile on commentary a disgusted Doug Williams brands Pete Dunne's actions to retain the title shameful. As Dunne holds the title in the air he glances in the ring to see BT Gunn slowly beginning to take a knee. Looking back at his title Dunne slides under the bottom rope and shoves the referee out of the way before he nails Gunn with a forearm to the back. The force of this blow sends Gunn sliding under the rope and out to the floor as the crowd boos. Clearly having snapped Pete Dunne follows BT Gunn to the floor and clobbers him with several punches before hoisting Gunn up and dropping him with an X-Plex on the ring apron. Raining down with punches on Gunn, the champion then turns his attentions to the ring steps and after lifting the top off he drags BT over to them. It looks like Pete Dunne is about to drive BT onto the steps with the Bitter End when suddenly Dunne is thrown down to the floor. The crowd erupts into cheers as Doug Williams having seen enough is standing over Dunne. Slowly backing up as he climbs to his feet Pete Dunne grabs his title and backs up the ramp while Doug Williams begins to check on the fallen BT Gunn.
    Re: WWE United Kingdom Brand
    WWE UK Brand ~ Episode 009 ~ Let it Be
    12/1/18
    Empress Ballroom, Blackpool, England
    Dark Match: Chris Ridgeway defeated Ryan Smile
    As per the norm it is Dusted by Astroid Boys which opens up this week's edition of the UK Brand. Starting out the show is a video package dedicated to all the key events from last week's show. This includes Rampage Brown viciously beating down his former tag team partner Ashton Smith in their singles match before focus turns to the epic main event contest between Pete Dunne and BT Gunn. Multiple highlights from the contest are shown before prominent focus is given to the tainted method that Dunne used to retain his championship. After this we saw clips of Dunne's assault onto BT Gunn in the post match before shockingly being thrown to the ground by commentator Doug Williams. The video then comes to an end as we open up with this week's show and in an odd turn at the moment it is only John Gooden who is seen on commentary. As instead as Gooden directs us to the ring we see an anxious Doug Williams standing in the ring while the General Manager's theme begins to play.
    As Katarina Leigh's theme begins to play out from the titantron the crowd in attendance begins to respectfully clap for the general manager. Slowly emerging from the back it is clear by the GM's face she is not happy with the situation from last week. All the while in the ring Doug Williams is presented with a microphone by one of the ring crew. Once she reaches the ringside area Katarina is also handed a microphone before she climbs into the ring. Starting out by thanking Doug for coming out here, Katarina states that as promised before she makes any decisions she will allow Doug Williams the opportunity to explain his actions from last week.
    After thanking Katarina for giving him this opportunity, Doug then begins to cut an impassioned promo about British Wrestling. After mentioning how he started out his career in 1993 as part of UK Hammerlock, Doug talks passionately about how he has witnessed countless changes and evolutions over the years. As gone are the days when shows in the UK had to fly in some Americans to bolster the crowds for their shows. Because in this day and age in Doug's words the talent in the UK is the best the world has to offer and that is why they have opportunities such as their own show to prove that. This is why in Doug's words he did what he did last week.
    Before he goes on further Doug Williams is quick to state that in his mind Pete Dunne as a talent is fantastic. A young man who in his words is truly a lot better at such a young age than he ever was. However while Doug respects what Pete Dunne is capable of as a talent which is why to him it is such a shame what Pete Dunne does as a man. Looking directly at Katarina, Doug states that she like him did everything in her power to stand out back in the day at a wrestling including jumping off balconies. However neither of them would reduce themselves to the shameless actions that Pete Dunne has.
    Admitting he acted out last week, Doug apologizes to both the fans and Katarina before he states that while he may apologize for stepping out of bounds last week. He does not apologize at all to Pete Dunne for his actions. This earns him a pop from the crowd as Doug Williams goes on to brand Pete Dunne a poor representation of the UK Brand and what this promotion stands for. Williams goes on to further state that the stunts Dunne has thus far pulled as a champion have made him sick and that last week he had finally seen all he could stomach which is why he got up from behind his commentary table and laid his hands on a member of the roster.
    To jeers from the crowd the theme song of "The Bruiserweight" Pete Dunne then begins to play before the champion himself walks out from the back. Holding a microphone in hand Dunne in an unsubtle fashion cuts Katarina off as she is about to speak. In his usual brash fashion Dunne states that he had to come out here because he heard all of the lies that Doug was spouting. Branding Williams a past his prime relic who is looking to recapture his glory days. Dunne makes it clear that he doesn't care if Doug likes him or respects him as all that he cares about is keeping this title around his waist.
    Visibly angered by what she has heard as well as the interruption. Katarina is quick to state that she like Doug is not a fan of the way Pete Dunne does business. However be that as it may he is the champion and she has to support said champion. Which is why she cannot condone Doug Williams who is not signed as a wrestler under the UK Brand laying his hands on their champion and possibly injuring him just because he doesn't agree with the way he does things. Choosing to allow Doug one last chance based on his service Katarina issues him a warning as he returns to the commentary table that should there be anymore incidents she will not be as lenient. Turning to Dunne, Katarina than states that as the champion feels like coming on out here when he is not invited. Clearly he won't have a problem with competing in a match right now!
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match One: Pete Dunne vs Nathan Cruz
    Following his confrontation with Doug Williams, The Bruiserweight Pete Dunne found himself in non title action as he battled Nathan Cruz. Clearly from his commentary of this match Doug Williams still harbored some resentment to Dunne who pretty much controlled and dominated this contest against Nathan Cruz. Adding insult to injury Pete Dunne after dropping Cruz with a forearm smash followed up with Doug Williams' trademark move the Chaos Theory. Once done with that Dunne finally ended things with a Bitter End.
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Pete Dunne!
    The crowd boos as the announcement is made and Pete Dunne climbs to his feet. Dunne then has his arm raised in the air by the referee before he snatches his title from ringside and takes a moment to hold it up in front of Doug Williams before he storms to the back.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    After a replay of Iestyn Rees' brutal attack on Rockstar Spud from last week is shown. We are then taken to the locker room area where Joanna Rose is standing by with Rockstar Spud. Asking about his condition following the attack, Joanna listens in intently as the angered Spud reveals that he may not be a hundred percent but that is not going to stop him from going out to that ring next week and kicking Iestyn Rees' ass. Branding Rees a bully who has thrived on people being scared and intimidated by him, Spud makes it clear that he is not afraid and that is what is driving Rees crazy. Which is why Iestyn attacked him last week and it is because of that lack of fear that Spud will be the first person to beat Rees in that ring.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    CCK are coming!
    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match Two: Mark Haskins and Josh Bodom vs Mark Andrews and Morgan Webster
    Having had their cheap shots at the duo both Mark Haskins and Josh Bodom as announced last week would finally have to step in the ring and face Mark Andrews and Morgan Webster. With Vicky Haskins banned from ringside to make this a fair match meaning that in the words of Doug Williams both Haskins and Bodom would have to face the consequences of their actions. To their credit even without their usual shenanigans both Haskins and Bodom made for a solid team against the duo of Andrews and Webster. In what was a back and forth match Haskins and Bodom slowly reverted to their cheating ways as it went on in order to get an edge. That would be until Webster took both himself and Haskins out of the equation following a hurricanrana off the apron. Meanwhile in the ring a well times poke of the eyes by Bodom gave him an edge on Andrews until he was hit across the back with a chair by Kenny Williams!
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match as a result of a disqualification Mark Haskins and Josh Bodom!
    Despite the result the crowd in attendance cheers loudly as Kenny Williams swings the chair wildly and hits Bodom once more with a chair. Bodom falls out to the floor and Kenny is in quick pursuit as Haskins pulls Bodom up the ramp. Security hits the stage and steps between Williams and the others as Haskins and Bodom escape backstage.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    As she stands behind her desk inside her office, Katarina Leigh sighs heavily as standing across from her is Adam Maxted. Despite being win less thus far as part of the UK Brand, Maxted remains full of his usual bravado as he brands himself both a star and a future legend. That is until Leigh cuts him off with the reminder that he has yet to even win a match as part of the UK Brand. This clearly lights a fire under Maxted who loudly and brashly proclaims that he can defeat anyone who stands in his way. However these words look to come back to bite him as Katarina responds by putting him in a match tonight against her associate Luke Menzies.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    The cameras then rush to the locker room where a heated confrontation between Kenny Williams and Mark Andrews are facing off. Angered over Williams getting involved in his match earlier in the show, it is clear that Andrews is demanding answers as to why Williams cost him the match and his shot at vengeance against Haskins and Bodom. Williams is equally livid and he makes it clear that all he wants is Haskins and Bodom's heads on a silver platter and that if anyone gets in his way including Andrews, their heads will join them. With that Williams storms out of the locker room while Andrews looks on in disgust.
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Match Three: Adam Maxted vs Luke Menzies
    Having run his mouth earlier to the General Manager, Adam Maxted found himself in the unenviable position here as he was matched up against Katarina's bodyguard Luke Menzies. The former rugby player making his in ring debut here was highly touted by the commentary team who called him the epitome of a blue chip prospect. Unfortunately for Maxted this touting was proven true as Menzies threw Maxted all around the ring in what would effectively be a elongated squash match. After several displays of power Menzies finally put Maxted away following a crushing spear.
    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Luke Menzies!
    The crowd cheers as the announcement is made and Luke Menzies gets his arm raised in the air. Meanwhile a disappointed Adam Maxted rolls out of the ring and falls to the floor as he is visibly dismayed about another loss.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    After a replay of last week's match between Ashton Smith and Rampage Brown is aired. The cameras take us to the locker room area where a focused Ashton Smith is standing by. Surprisingly candid about his loss last week. Ashton Smith calls that match a bitter pill to swallow but one that instead of beating him has only caused him to dig down deeper. Expressing his anger about the result and Brown's actions, Smith promises that he will prove Brown entirely wrong about him and that he is fully ready for whatever Brown has to throw at him. In closing Smith warns Brown that last week won't be the last time these two men have to face off.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Main Event: The Coffey Brothers vs Tyler Bate and Trent Seven - UK Tag Team Championships
    It was now time for the main event of the evening and it would be for the United Kingdom Tag Team Championships as The Coffey Brothers defended their titles against Tyler Bate and Trent Seven. With the crowd split between both teams this contest may very well be the best match to have featured on the UK Brand. This was a fast paced and hard hitting match as both teams despite their respect for one another went all out in order to get the victory. Going over twenty minutes the contest was packed full of back and forth near falls and high impact moves as it led into a fantastic ending spate of false finishes. In the end however it would be the champions who would retain as Joe Coffey was able to duck under a seven stars lariat attempt by Seven before connecting with Black Coffey for the victory.
    Shepherd: And the winners of the match and still champions The Coffey Brothers!
    The crowd cheers as the announcement is made and Joe Coffey takes a knee in the ring. Quickly Joe is joined by brother Mark who hugs him tightly before they are presented with their titles by the referee. As the duo celebrate their win they soon come face to face with both Seven and Bate. The duo look to be disappointed with the result but nonetheless shake hands with the champions before they walk backstage. Meanwhile the champs continue their celebration until they attacked from behind by Chris Brookes and Kid Lykos! After a low blow from either man the champs both fall to their knees while Brookes hits the ropes and blasts Mark with a running Yakuza kick to the jaw. Meanwhile Lykos connects with a vicious tornado DDT spiking Joe onto his head. With the champions both down the duo of CCK then hold the tag team titles in the air as the show comes to a close.
