    WWE United Kingdom Brand ~ Episode 088 ~ Cold Hearted Man
    11/7/19
    Dandenong, Victoria
    Australia

    Dark Match I: Sean Kustom and Valkyrie defeated Omari and Zoe Lucas

    Dark Match II: Steve Xavier defeated Cara Noir

    Monsters by Shinedown plays as this week's edition of the UK Brand begins with a video package highlighting the previous show. The package starts with Timothy Thatcher's latest Commonwealth defense over the Road Dogg before shifting to the British Bulldogs Classic as both Sanity and Aussie Open advanced to the semi finals. With that this week's show officially begins from Victoria, Australia. Before a stacked crowd in attendance our commentary trio of John Gooden, Doug Williams and James R.Kennedy hype up tonight's event before sending us to the ring for the first match of the evening.

    Match One: Timothy Thatcher w/Malcolm Bivens vs Adam Rose - Commonwealth Championship

    The opening bout of the night was for the Commonwealth Championship and while Adam Rose hoped to restart the party for his return to the WWE. He'd soon find that Timothy Thatcher was not a willing dance partner. This bout was thoroughly dominated by Timothy Thatcher who seemed disgusted with the antics of Rose before the bell. With a microphone in hand at ringside Malcolm Bivens continued to voice his disgust as well for the lack of respect his client is getting. After only a few minutes of action Thatcher forced a submission following a STF submission.

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Timothy Thatcher!

    The crowd in attendance boos as the announcement is made and yet again Timothy Thatcher is not in a rush to release the hold on his opponent. Malcolm Bivens soon climbs onto the ring apron with the commonwealth championship and as he gets into the ring we see Thatcher release his grasp. Bivens then wraps the title around Thatcher's waist before he raises Thatcher's arm in the air.

    A recap then airs of Emma's interview from the previous week. Once this comes to an end the cameras direct us to the locker room area where Frankie B is standing by with Toni Storm. Having seen again what Emma had to say about her Toni Storm doesn't seem impressed at all with Emma's attempts to justify what she has done. Commenting that until the past UK Showcase she had honestly only ever had positive encounters with Emma. Toni counters that she sees the truth here about Emma and that is she is nothing more than a shark in an ocean who has stopped moving forward and is struggling to breathe. Remarking that she is panicking and lashing out Toni promises Emma that she has had enough of her crap and that she will get hers when they next meet.

    More footage from the past week's show then plays as focus turns to Kasey Owens and her victory. From here we see Kasey Owens making her arrival to the building tonight before she comes face to face with Madison Eagles. This is a tense stand off between the two as Kasey Owens questions Eagles about whether she has to jump through anymore hoops to get a match against her. With a cocky smirk on her face Eagles responds that Owens impressed her last week so she can get that match next week!

    Continuing her ritual before her coven Isla Dawn continues her chanting as she resumes adding ingredients into her cauldron. With Jack Gallagher still bound to a chair Isla's chants grow louder as Jack begins to write in pain. After Isla throws a bunch of ingredients into a cauldron there is a large gust of smoke through the room while Jack's cries of pain grow silent. As the smoke clears Jack's chair is empty while Isla begins to smirk. Standing before her in the gentleman's place is a new more sinister mad hatter like Jack Gallagher as the scene comes to a close.

    Match Two: Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan vs Minoru Suzuki and Taka Michinoku - British Bulldogs Classic

    With the tournament now winding down as we reached the final night of it's quarter finals. Two teams stepped in the ring here for what was a spectacular bout. Since their arrival to the UK Brand for this tournament Suzuki Gun had very much stolen the show and this was no different here thanks to Minoru Suzuki having no trouble in mixing it up with his foes. This included him traded open hand strikes with Oney Lorcan as well as forearms with Danny Burch. All the while of course he with the aid of Taka Michinoku played their fair share of mind games. This paid off for the pair in the end as Suzuki was able to trap Danny Burch in a Manji Gatame at ringside forcing him to watch as in the ring as Taka Michinoku had Oney Lorcan trapped in a nasty crossface submission. Despite Oney's best efforts he was unable to make it to the ropes and would eventually pass out to the pain leading to the referee calling for the bell.

    Shepherd: And the winners of the match Suzuki Gun!

    The crowd in attendance give a mixed reaction as the announcement is made and Minoru Suzuki tosses Danny Burch into the barricade. Taka Michinoku has his arm raised in the air in the ring and he is soon joined by Suzuki while the referee tends to Oney Lorcan.

    Following his confrontation with the Foreign Legion last week it appears that
    Zack Gibson has a point to prove as he confronts Travis Banks in the hallway of the building. During this confrontation Zack Gibson is quick to remark to Banks that they didn't need his help a few weeks ago to beat the Foreign Legion. In return Banks comments that he didn't do what he did to Barthel and Petoit to help them he did it to get even. This clearly doesn't satisfy Gibson however who walks away with a veiled threat warning Banks to stay out of Grizzled Young Veterans business or else.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    As she attempts to do some work inside her office
    Katarina Leigh soon finds herself interupted by the arrival of Shane Thorne. Katarina is clearly not happy with Shane Thorne and his arrival into her office as she is working. Thorne immediately begins to protest about last week and his team's elimination from the tag team tournament. Katarina however cuts him short before making it clear that Thorne is not to get involved in Aussie Open's tournament matches.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Match Three: The Coffey Brothers vs The Foreign Legion

    With everything to prove The Coffey Brothers found themselves against some old foes as they battled Marcel Barthel and Clement Petoit. Despite their troubles and lack of confidence as of late the Coffey Brothers looked better than ever in the early goings of this bout. Hitting their opponents with some hard strikes and throwing them across the ring it seemed that the team had finally turned the clock back. Sadly however tragedy eventually struck as a missed black coffey lariat at ringside saw Joe Coffey wrap his own arm around the ring post. With Joe incapacitated Petoit made it back into the ring where he and Barthel put Mark down following a double cross arm neck breaker.

    Shepherd: And the winners of the match The Foreign Legion!

    The crowd in attendance erupts into boos as the announcement is made and Marcel Barthel climbs to his feet. Barthel and Petoit then have their hands raised by the referee in victory while we see a disappointed Joe Coffey climbing to his feet outside the ring.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Returning to the GM's office this time it is
    Wade Barrett who is in the office as he prepares to make an announcement for the crowd in attendance. Remarking that he has been watching the shows over the past month and he has been very impressed with many talents and what they have accomplished lately. This is why he has elected to make a fatal four way match for 2 weeks time between Dakota Kai, Piper Niven, Kay Lee Ray and Millie McKenzie with the winner getting a future title opportunity.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Match Four: Tegan Nox and Xia Brookside vs Nina Samuels and Lana Austin

    On a night filled with tag team action this next bout would be no different as the House of Couture battled an interesting pairing of Tegan Nox and Xia Brookside. To say Tegan had some uncertainty of her partner would be an understatement. However Xia Brookside in this match wrestled like a woman possessed as she took the fight to both Nina and Lana while she looked to establish just who she was now out from Jinny's thumb. Towards the end of the match it appeared the House of Couture had things won when Nina readied Tegan for a gory bomb while Lana climbed the turnbuckle. Before Lana could dive off however she was shoved off the ropes by Brookside. This allowed Tegan to break free and plant Nina with a chokeslam for the win!

    Shepherd: And the winners of the match Tegan Nox and Xia Brookside!

    Having won the match it appears that Xia Brookside has also fully won herself the approval of the fans and her partner Tegan Nox who raises her arm in the air. Sadly any celebration is soon cut short when Nox is smashed across the back with a chair by Jinny. From here Jinny connects with a chair to the midsection of Brookside as the crowd boos. Standing in the ring Jinny snaps her fingers as both Lana and Nina join her.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    After his confrontation with Jordan Devlin last week an irate
    Fabian Aichner is shown storming into the office of Katarina Leigh earlier this evening. Aichner demands Devlin be punished for his cheapshot last week but again it appears that Katarina is taking pleasure from Fabian being given a taste of his own medicine. Instead of punishing Devlin, Katarina decides to book a match next week telling Fabian to find two partners and she'll have Jordan do the same as they compete in a 6 man tag.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Match Five: Ridge Holland vs James Mason

    To the surprise of noone it seemed Spike Trivet had a trick up his sleeve here as instead of wrestling another match with James Mason, he had his heavy Ridge Holland take his place. This substitution was down to an 'injury'. Unlike last week where Mason was able to out wrestle Trivet this time he was forced to fight from underneath as Holland out powered him. Despite Mason's best attempts to mount some offense he was mostly dominated in this bout before a distraction by Trivet allowed Holland to mow down Mason with a spear for the win.

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Ridge Holland!

    As the crowd in attendance boos Spike Trivet joins Ridge Holland in the ring before he starts putting the boots to James Mason. The crowd in attendance voice their disgust as Trivet's injury is clearly a ruse. Continuing his attack on James Mason, Spike begins to punch away at him when Kassius Ohno runs down to the ring. Both Trivet and Holland make a swift exit as the fired up Ohno crouches down besides Mason to check on him.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Although he was victorious again earlier this evening it appears that
    Timothy Thatcher as well as Malcolm Bivens are getting quite frustrated with his competition thus far. Bivens showing his disgust for this remarks that competitors like Timothy Thatcher are a special breed and deserve so much more than what he has been given. Bivens' rant is soon cut off however by the arrival of Heath Slater. Heath is looking to prove himself and in his words get a job with the UK Brand as he has kids he needs to provide for. So if this means he has to fight Timothy Thatcher than so be it. Unfortunately for Heath he is knocked out instantly by a headbutt by the unimpressed Thatcher. Before Bivens and Thatcher can walk away from the scene however Thatcher finds himself confronted by Matt Hardy! Also aware of Thatcher's challenge it appears Hardy might be the challenge that Thatcher and Bivens are seeking as they tell Matt they will see him next week!
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Match Six: Kenny Williams and Michael OKU vs Grizzled Young Veterans

    Wanting redemption for his past actions Kenny Williams united with Michael OKU once more as they battled the Grizzled Young Veterans pair of Kip Sabian and Zack Gibson. Michael OKU again entered in another impressive performance here as he was able to take the fight to both members of the opposing team. Kenny meanwhile looked set to achieve this redemption as he took to the skies to wipe out James Drake. Yet one thing soon become noted and that was Kenny's annoyance as OKU being cut off when it come time to tag out. After several failed attempts OKU finally had his chance as a disinterested Kenny shockingly stood stoically on the apron. With the grounded OKU reaching out for the tag Kenny just stared at him before Kip Sabian dove on OKU and trapped him in a rings of saturn like submission for the victory.

    Shepherd: And the winners of the match the Grizzled Young Veterans!

    While the Grizzled Young Veterans begin their celebration outside of the ring. It appears that Kenny Williams has finally decided to enter the ring and check on his partner. But Kenny soon shows his real motivations as he pounces on OKU and begins to inflict a vicious beatdown on his partner. The crowd in attendance are in shock as the enraged Kenny fires off punch after punch on OKU until the referee pulls him off. Having snapped Kenny lays out referee Chris Roberts before he then storms backstage.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    A promo package then airs before the main event. In between clips of Rampage Brown's promo last week we also see clips of him at the performance center. This includes shots of him hitting a heavy bag as well as beating down some sparring partners. A voice over follows as Rampage Brown again promises that you will see a very different side to him. With that the promo fades out with the reveal that Rampage Brown will be competing next week!
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    Main Event: South Wales Subculture vs Massive Product

    Finally it was time for the main event and the second quarter final match of the night. As one might expect from him before the bout had begun David Starr again had some things he felt the need to get off his chest. During his promo Starr again spoke of the so called conspiracy against him which was designed to hold him back as opposed to jobbers such as Mark Andrews and Morgan Webster. Not willing to hear this anymore both Andrews and Webster soon cut off Starr's promo as this match soon got underway. A back and forth contest both teams pulled out all the stops to get their hands raised. As the match wore on however it seemed that the power of Jurn Simmons was the true difference maker. Following Simmons hitting a big double chokeslam on their opponents David Starr hopped off the apron and again grabbed the microphone before he cut a promo on his designs for the UK Brand once he had won this tournament. With the crowd booing him Starr seemed so wrapped up in berating them for buying into the machine he took his eye off of what was happening in the ring as Morgan Webster countered a Simmons powerbomb attempt with a single knee face buster. With Simmons staggered a sliced bread followed by Webster which was followed with a shooting star press by Andrews. As Andrews made the cover Starr turned to the ring only to be wiped out with a suicide dive by Webster as the referee counted 3.

    Shepherd: And the winners of the match South Wales Subculture!

    The crowd cheers as the announcement is made and an elated Morgan Webster rolls into the ring. Webster and Andrews embrace before they get their hands raised in the air. While they begin to celebrate the cameras cut to the crowd where it appears that SANITY is watching the pair unimpressed. The show then comes to a close with South Wales Subculture standing tall.

    Re: WWE United Kingdom Brand

    UK Brand News

    ~ With the quarterfinals of the tournament complete the tournament semi finals have now been unveiled. They are as followed..

    SANITY vs South Wales Subculture
    Suzuki Gun vs Aussie Open

    ~ While we know that the additions to the brand from the main roster have at least for now been announced. Two more names have been added to the brand which may not surprise many. Having made numerous appearances as part of the brand in the past. We now know that both Oney Lorcan and Danny Burch will be competing as part of the UK Brand.

    ~ There has been some questions following this coming week's show just how the UK Brand perceives David Starr. A surpsingly inclusion to the British Bulldogs Tag Team Classic thanks to his anti establishment views and tempestuos relationship with the WWE. We know now that the deal was personally brokered between Starr and the WWE by Triple H who was believed to see money in the outspoken talent. This deal brokered very much gave Starr a lot of freedom to continue his character albeit with in more family friendly guidelines and also allowed him to select just who would be coming in with him as a tag partner. While we know that for now this is it for David Starr and the UK Brand. The belief is that the brand sees him very much in the same light as WALTER, Shanna, Ilja Dragunov and Marty Scurll all of who were very impressive in their performances with the brand but for various reasons have not yet joined. The door is said to be open permenantly for Starr just like it is for those mentioned with the belief that when the time is right it will happen.

    (Just wanted to give a shout out to my man Looking Glass once again for his help and also the work he did on my front page.)

    EPISODE #089
    "REVERANCE"

    18/07/2019

    Albury, New South Wales, Australia

    DARK MATCH:
    Danny Burch & Oney Lorcan def. Sean Kustom & T.K. Cooper

    "Monsters" by Shinedown plays as this week's edition of the UK Brand begins with a video package highlighting the previous show. The package starts with Timothy Thatcher's latest Commonwealth defense over Adam Rose. From here we'd see how both Suzuki Gun and South Wales Subculture advanced to the semi finals of the British Bulldogs Tag Team Classic before finally the recap closed with Kenny Williams' shock assault on Michael OKU. Once the recap ended this week's show officially opened up from Albury, New South Wales before a packed crowd in attendance. The crowd pop huge on seeing our commentary team of Doug Williams, John Gooden and James R Kennedy who hype up the event before sending us to ringside.

    Before his latest Commonwealth Championship defense takes place it appears that the champion Timothy Thatcher and his manager Malcolm Bivens have something that they want to say. Branding himself a business manager who recruits for himself the cream of the crop when it comes to talent. Malcolm Bivens praises Timothy Thatcher as not just one of the baddest men on the roster but also as hands down one of the greatest wrestlers of all time.

    Praising his work as the Commonwealth Champion and how Thatcher is a fighting champion who has taken on all comers that opt to step in the ring with him. Bivens' tone soon changes as he remarks that this only makes it all the more disgusting that Timothy Thatcher rather than being treated as the high caliber competitor that he is. Instead these challenges he is doing are being used to keep Timothy Thatcher down on the mid card.

    Demanding respect for Mr.Thatcher, Malcolm Bivens comments that this is why since the past UK Showcase Mr.Thatcher has gone out of his way not to just defeat his opponents but also hurt them. Because he is sick of this disrespect at having to bring people up to his level. Commenting that you get what you pay for Malcolm Bivens remarks that Mr.Thatcher will continue to hurt anyone who steps in the ring with him until management give him the quality of opponent he truly deserves.

    Before Bivans can continue his ranting he is interrupted by the arrival of ...

    Matt Hardy!

    Having confronted Timothy Thatcher last week Matt Hardy asks if he is more like the competition that Thatcher and Bivens are demanding. Retaliating Malcolm Bivens says that in his day Matt Hardy was a great wrestler but those days are long gone. Calling Matt a shell of his old self Malcolm Bivens says that it is only out of respect for what he used to be that Mr.Thatcher is asking Matt to reconsider their match because he will truly be a broken Matt Hardy if he goes through with it. With the crowd behind him a smiling Matt Hardy however declares that he will not back down and he will not die. So instead of cancelling the match why don't they do it right now!

    MATCH #1:Timothy Thatcher (c) w/ Malcolm Bivens vs. Matt Hardy for the Commonwealth Championship

    Following their confrontation it was finally time for Timothy Thatcher to defend his Commonwealth Championship against Matt Hardy. Just as everyone might have expected this was Thatcher's toughest match to date as he battled the game Matt Hardy. Looking better than ever Hardy seemed to give Malcolm Bivens some cause for concern at ringside as he picked up near falls on Thatcher following both a side effect and a diving leg drop. Surprisingly this eventually led to Bivens resorting to distract Matt Hardy while he climbed the turnbuckles yet again and this allowed Thatcher to pull Hardy by the leg causing him to lose balance and take a bad fall on the turnbuckle before hitting the canvas. Wasting no time after this Thatcher followed up with a double underhook suplex before he kept hold of the underhook for a double underhook submission with a body scissors. Trapped and with no means for escape Hardy was forced to submit much to the crowd's displeasure.

    Spoiler:

    "Here is your winner and still the self-proclaimed Commonwealth Champion....Timothy Thatcher"

    As the crowd in attendance erupts into boos it appears that yet again Timothy Thatcher has little interest in releasing the submission right away. Malcolm Bivens then climbs in the ring as finally Thatcher releases the hold. With his client standing tall Malcolm then begins to wrap his title around the waist of Thatcher. While Thatcher and Bivens stand tall in the center of the ring we see in the background the referee tending to the downed Matt Hardy.

    "THE ROSE GARDEN"

    What followed would be the latest installment of the walk through the rose garden as Joanna Rose found herself joined this time by Xia Brookside. This exclusive interview grants us more insight into Xia Brookside and her evolution as part of the UK Brand. Admitting she made her mistakes and that her inexperience meant she was easily manipulated. Calling her time with Jinny hell as she was promised the moon but in reality was nothing more than a body for the Fashionista to hide behind. Xia says deep down she can sympathise with what Lana Austin and Nina Samuels are going through right now. But that doesn't change the fact that she will go through them to get to Jinny if she has to. At the close of this interview Xia Brookside throws out the challenge to Jinny for a match next week!

    A commotion is then heard in the hallway of the building with lots of yelling. As the cameras arrive on the scene we catch sight of medics tending to a beaten down Kyle Fletcher. With Medics around him Kyle is also being check on by both Mark Davis and Adam Brooks. In the distance and surrounded by security is a livid Shane Thorne who is currently being questioned by Wade Barrett. Despite immediate suspicion being on him Shane Thorne has witnesses attest to the fact that while they do not like him they have only just seen him make his arrival to the building. From here a few workers reveal that not long ago they had seen Suzuki Gun around the scene and knowing the reputation of Minoru Suzuki. This is something that he would do. Not wanting to risk Kyle's health by forcing him to compete tonight Wade instead makes a declaration that for tonight Mark Davis will team with Adam Brooks to battle Suzuki Gun!

    MATCH #2: Rampage Brown vs. Sam Gradwell

    Having finally earned himself an opportunity to compete as part of the UK Brand Sam Gradwell who some fans might remember from the UK Championship tournament years ago. Unfortunately for Sam he had the unenviable task of battling Rampage Brown. Looking to firmly establish himself as a competitor on his own Rampage Brown was a house of fire in this bout. Dominating Sam Gradwell from the off it didn't take long for Brown to nearly decapitate Sam with a lariat. From here Brown would proceed to finish things with a brainbuster on Gradwell.

    Spoiler:

    "Here is your winner via pinfall....Rampage Brown!"

    Standing over Gradwell, Brown is fired up as he lets out a loud roar for all to here. On commentary we begin to hear the team put over Brown's dominant performance while the referee begins to tend to Gradwell.

    Post show footage from last week airs and it details a confrontation between Kassius Ohno and Spike Trivet. Ohno is clearly looking for answers about Spike's actions towards James Mason while he also does his best to keep his eye on Ridge Holland who is staring him down. Promising that he will make Spike Trivet pay and beat the respect into him. Kassius Ohno shows no fear of Ridge Holland who steps between them. With a smirk Trivet however informs Kassius that he won't even come close to touching him. Because Trivet is putting the word out now to anyone who can take Ohno down so that neither he or Ridge Holland have to 'muck in' with the commoner.

    Following her earlier interview Joanna Rose prepares to leave the building but as she walks through the parking lot she soon finds herself cornered by the frenzied Nikki Cross. Here tonight for SANITY's bout in the British Bulldogs Classic. It appears that Cross has something she wants to get off her chest as she begins ranting to Joanna. During the rant Cross talks about her past in the UK Women's title tournament and how she knows that there is a match next week before declaring that she will also be involved in the bout!

    Before returning to ringside more post show footage from last week plays and it details Frankie B attempting to get word with the Coffey Brothers. The brothers look devastated following their defeat at the hands of the Foreign Legion to the point that Joe Coffey doesn't even let Frankie B get a word out as he walks away. Mark Coffey meanwhile is able to be a little calmer as he remarks that tonight didn't go to plan and that they have a lot to talk about in regards to where they go from here.

    MATCH #3: Damian Slater vs. "Corrupted" Jack Gallagher w/ Isla Dawn

    Now with his 'reincarnation' complete the new Jack Gallagher stepped in the ring with Cruiserweight Classic alumni Damian Slater. With Isla Dawn in his corner it must be said that Gallagher was very remiscent of the Mad Hatter from the Arkham Games. Unlike his early UK Brand matches where Gallagher wrestled with respect for his opponents and mainly looked to score a submission. Here we saw a complete shift in Gallagher and his ring work. Shown to be vicious and sadistic as he clobbered Slater with strikes it didn't take long for Gallagher to put Slater away eventually with a nasty running dropkick to the cornered Slater.

    Spoiler:

    "Here is your winner via pinfall....'Corrupted' Jack Gallgher!"

    Despite the match being over Jack Gallagher continued his assault on Damian Slater. Punishing him with strikes it doesn't take long for Gallagher to prepare to stomp on Slater's head. The referee attempts to pull Gallagher away only for Jack to lay out the official with a headbutt. Managing to get her 'client' under control "The Spellcaster" Isla Dawn has an eerie smile on her face as she and her client then leave the ring.

    Gathered in their private dressing room along with the UK Champion Fabian Aichner are the Foreign Legion pairing of Marcel Barthel and Clement Pétiot. Fired up ahead of their match later on in the evening Aichner very much is looking at this bout as a chance for him to finally put in his words that inferior competitor Jordan Devlin in his place. Petoit and Barthel question who if anyone would even team with Devlin but this is soon cast aside by Aichner who comments that it doesn't matter who teams with him as the result will be no different!

    Clearly with a point to prove despite their confrontation last week it seems Zack Gibson has a point to prove as on his arrival to the locker room he makes a direct beeline for Travis Banks. Despite Banks again making it clear that the Grizzled Young Veterans are not in his crosshairs, Gibson remains adamant that he better know to stay out of their business. With neither man able to agree or willing to listen to one another eventually Banks throws out a challenge for a match tonight. Not hesitating in the slightest Gibson storms off informing Banks he'll see him in the ring.

    MATCH #4: South Wales Subculture (Mark Andrews & Morgan Webster) vs. sAnitY (Alexander Wolfe & Killian Dain) w/ Eric Young
    British Bulldogs Tag Team Classic - Semi Finals

    With the tournament now down to it's semi finals it was time to determine who the first finalists for the tag team classic would be. On one side you had the popular pairing of Morgan Webster and Mark Andrews who have wowed fans with their energetic performances and at times plucky underdog status. This was very much the case here as they battled the former NXT Tag Team Champions SANITY who similar to the Grizzled Young Veterans have exploited the Freebird rule as part of this tournament. For this match it was the monstrous Killian Dain and the unpredictable Alexander Wolfe who represented the team while Eric Young was in their corner. Despite giving up a lot of size against their opponents Webster and Andrews refused to back down and even come close to taking the match for themselves. Towards the end of the bout Andrews and Webster shockingly managed to floor Killian with a double superkick before Webster dove over the top rope onto both Wolfe and Young. Scaling the turnbuckle Andrews leapt off for a shooting star press when in a stunning moment Killian seemed to catch him on the landing before rolling through and keeping hold of Andrews, With Andrews in his clutches Killian proceeded to spike Andrews into the canvas with a michinoku driver near the corner. A vader bomb then followed for Dain to take the victory for his team.

    Spoiler:

    "Your winners via pinfall and advancing to the final round of the British Bulldogs Tag Team Classic...Alexander Wolfe & Killian Dain.....SANITY!"

    here is a mixed reaction from the crowd as the announcement is made. Killian Dain climbs to his feet in the ring and he is soon joined by both Wolfe and Eric Young. While this trio stands tall knowing they have advanced to the finals at ringside we see a disappointed Morgan Webster start to check on and help his partner Mark Andrews to his feet.

    Ahead of his main event match tonight Jordan Devlin is joined in the hallway of the building by Frankie B as she looks to learn who will be his partners for the match in question. Commenting that he knows tonight Fabian Aichner is going to be gunning for him. Jordan follows by stating that is why he is more than prepared to have a fist fight tonight. This is why he has brought with him two men that he knows are more than prepared to fight. As the cameras then pan back we see Jordan Devlin joined by both Wolfgang and Tyson T-Bone.

    Quickly the cameras then rush to the women's locker room where it seems a fight has broken out between Emma and Toni Storm. This is a heated brawl between the two rivals and it would go on through the building with both Emma and Toni Storm laying it in heavily on one another. A spear tackle by Toni Storm sends both her and Emma tumbling over a catering table before Storm begins to fire off punches on her. Before the brawl can continue however both women are pulled away from one another by security and officials.

    MATCH #5: Kasey Owens vs. Madison Eagles

    Having been built up for several weeks it was time for Kasey Owens to battle the women's wrestling veteran Madison Eagles. These two having had a past with one another each had a point to prove here with Owens wanting to show she was no longer a naive rookie while Eagles wanted to firmly establish her place over her in the food chain. A very physical bout with some echoing shots traded throughout it seemed that Madison Eagles for her part delighted in torturing and stretching Kasey Owens as much as she could. Unfortunately for Eagles the tables soon turned and she got a taste of her own medicine as Kasey countered a roll up and trapped Eagles in a crossface chickenwing for a emphatic submission victory.

    Spoiler:

    "Here is your winner as the result of a submission....Kasey Owens!"

    While the crowd in attendance cheers loudly an emotional Kasey Owens rises to her feet having picked up her biggest win as part of the brand. Following having her hand raised Owens sees an equally emotional Madison Eagles beginning to get to her feet. Looking to show some respect for her foe Kasey tries to help Madison to her feet but she is pushed away by Eagles who rolls out to the floor. This earns the veteran some jeers as she in turn grabs a microphone before climbing back on the apron. In between tears Madison Eagles praises Kasey for the woman and wrestler she has become over the years before revealing that the real reason she has been testing Kasey over these past few weeks was to see if she truly was the one. Now with Kasey having proved that Madison joins Kasey in the ring as she reveals that this was in fact her last ever match and she was honored to share the ring with Kasey Owens. Before a respectful audience both women embrace before Owens leaves the ring so that Eagles can bask in one last ovation.

    After his shocking actions as of late Kenny Williams is joined by Frankie B who looks to hear his reasoning for his vicious attack on Michael OKU. This promo shows a new side to Kenny Williams that we haven't seen before as he comes off very self absorbed and abbraisive. During this interview Kenny blames everything he did on Michael OKU on what is a true self righteous turn for his character. Remarking that OKU is no different from every young punk trying to steal the spotlight for himself. Kenny comments that he finally woke up and smelt the coffee. Commenting that now the spotlight will remain firmly on him Kenny says that from this point onwards he is a man on his own and whose priority from this point onward is to keep the spotlight firmly on himself!

    Not long after her emotional win against Madison Eagles, Kasey Owens is walking backstage to the locker room area when she is approached by Wade Barrett. Wade is quick to applaud Kasey Owens not just on her victory tonight but also her consistent performances as part of the UK Brand. Remarking that individuals like her are the back bone of the UK Brand, Wade rewards her by giving her a spot in the women's match next week!

    MATCH #6: Travis Banks vs. Zack Gibson

    After their confrontation last week not too mention earlier on tonight. Now it was time for Travis Banks and Zack Gibson to settle any unresolved issues they might have. Surprisingly for what some were billing as a battle for respect Zack Gibson looked to be going it alone with neither James Drake or Kip Sabian in his corner. This match very much was a standout performance by Zack Gibson as he held his own against the former champion Travis Banks. Hanging in there until the very end it appeared that some mutual respect was forming from the battle with Gibson slowly reducing the trash talk until Banks countered a helter skelter attempt and caught Zack with the slice of heaven for the win.

    Spoiler:

    "Here is your winner via pinfall...."The Kiwi Buzzsaw" Travis Banks!"

    The crowd in attendance explodes into cheers with the announcement as an exhausted Travis Banks takes a knee. With this hard fought victory in the bag Travis Banks climbs to his feet and has his arm raised by the referee. From here Banks surprisingly begins to check on Zack Gibson as it appears that the scouser has earned his respect. Uncharacteristically Zack Gibson once he is up offers Banks a handshake yet once Banks accepts Gibson's true colors come to light as he kicks Banks to the balls. Travis falls to his knees as both Kip Sabian and James Drake hop the guard rail and enter the ring. Once they are in the ring they join Zack Gibson in putting the boots to Travis Banks while the crowd erupts into boos.

    With Spike Trivet's earlier threats of hiring mercenaries looming. It seems here we learn one person who is willing to go after Kassius Ohno as a promo plays filmed on a cellphone. After a few seconds The Brian Kendrick appears on screen. The cruiserweight veteran talks openly about how he has been on borrowed time since his return to the WWE. Commenting how with only a few years left in him he needs to make as much money as possible. Brian Kendrick promises that he will defeat Kassius Ohno for Spike Trivet. Calling this nothing personal Kendrick closes out by making it clear that it's only business!

    MATCH #7: Aussie Open (Adam Brooks & Mark Davis) vs. Suzuki-Gun (Minoru Suzuki & TAKA Michinoku)
    British Bulldogs Tag Team Classic - Semi Finals

    The second semi final in the British Bulldogs Tag Team Classic then took place and it saw Suzuki Gun battle the rather makeshift Aussie Open pairing of Adam Brooks and Mark Davis. This of course was following an earlier prematch assault carried out by Suzuki Gun on Kyle Fletcher. Through the course of this bout it appeared that there was 6 stories to keep an eye on throughout with the two main arching ones being the overconfidence of Suzuki Gun as well as Davis and Brooks being forced to mesh together on the quick against an established team. Along with this depending on the two men in the ring you saw four different kind of matches. As if it was Adam Brooks against Taka Michinoku you saw the rising highflyer have to battle the crafty veteran. Unfortunately for Adam he was then on the defensive when he found himself in the ring with the sadistic Minoru Suzuki who delighted in torturing Brooks. Taka Michinoku found himself in a similar role against Mark Davis who looked for revenge for what the team did to Kyle Fletcher all the while Taka tried to survive and use his craftiness to get ahead. The most anticipated part however was Davis vs Suzuki which was just a slug fest between two heavy hitters. Towards the end of the bout it appeared Davis was the first man to begin getting the better of Suzuki at ringside before he'd counter a sleeper attempt and plant Minoru with a ringside side walk slam. This allowed Brooks in the ring to plant Taka with a tornado DDT Before ending things with a Swanton Bomb for the victory!

    Spoiler:

    "Your winners via pinfall and advancing to the final round of the British Bulldogs Tag Team Classic...representing Aussie Open....Mark Davis and Adam Brooks!"

    The crowd in attendance become unglued as the announcement is made and Adam Brooks takes a knee. Adam is soon joined in the ring by Mark Davis who snatches him in a big hug. As the two begin their celebration we see backstage in the trainers room a jubilant Kyle Fletcher cheering loudly at his team's success.

    Having been the recpient of a few attacks of late at the hands of the House of Couture. It is no surprise that the Women's Champion Tegan Nox is not in the best of moods. Fired up and looking for a fight Tegan Nox promises that she will get her revenge soon than later on the House of Couture. Closing out this segment Tegan not only promises to destroy the House of Couture but she also openly dares Jinny to step up and cash in her title shot against her.

    MAIN EVENT: Jordan Devlin, Tyson T-Bone & Wolfgang vs. Fabian Aichner (c) & The Foreign Legion (Clement Pétiot & Marcel Barthel)

    Finally it was time for the main event of the evening and this was a preview of sorts for the UK Showcase as Jordan Devlin and Fabian Aichner found themselves across from one another in the ring as part of this 6 man tag team match. On Fabian's side he had his running buddies Marcel Barthel and Clement Petoit while Jordan had selected in his words two fighters Wolfgang and Tyson T-Bone. With the crowd fully behind him Jordan again entered in a top performance here as he had the champion reeling on several occasions. Unfortunately for Jordan's team it was the familiarity the opponents had as a group which was the difference maker because while Jordan landed a beautiful moonsault on the outside we'd see Marcel Barthel managed to avoid it while Jordan wiped out both Wolfgang and Clement Petiot. This allowed Barthel to hot shot Tyson T-Bone across the ropes sending him staggering back into one of Fabian Aichner's vicious dropkicks. The kick connects right to the back of T-Bone's head and he falls to the canvas in a heap before Fabian makes the cover for the win.

    Spoiler:

    "Here are your winners as the result of a pinfall: Clement Pétiot and Marcel Barthel - The Foreign Legion - and the WWE United Kingdom Champion...Fabian Aichner!"

    The crowd boos as the announcement is made and Fabian Aichner climbs to his feet in the ring. Once he is passed his championship Fabian Aichner begins to celebrate his victory when out of nowehere he is met with a superkick by Jordan Devlin! Aichner falls to his knees and Devlin takes the title from him before levelling Aichner with the gold. Marcel Barthel enters the ring but he is also laid out with a belt shot as the crowd erupts into cheers. The show then comes to a close with Jordan Devlin standing over the UK Champion holding the title high in the air.

    EPISODE #90
    Perspectives

    25/07/19
    Launceston, Tasmania

    DARK MATCH: Danny Burch & Oney Lorcan defeated Ever-Rise (Chase Parker & Matt Martel)

    As always it is the tune of "Monsters" by Shinedown which opens this latest edition of the WWE's United Kingdom Brand. True to form the show begins with a video package which profiles many of the key events from the past show. This begins with Timothy Thatcher being victorious in another Commonwealth Championship defense as he submitted Matt Hardy before the video turns to the British Bulldog Tag Team Classic. Through the highlights we'd see how both Aussie Open and Sanity advanced to the finals of the classic with wins over Suzuki Gun and South Wales Subculture respectively. The video then ends with Jordan Devlin standing over the UK Champion Fabian Aichner. Once the video package is complete the cameras cut to the arena for tonight's show. After panning round the crowd we are taken to the commentary booth where as always Doug Williams, John Gooden and James R.Kennedy are assembled to hype up tonights show before sending us to the ring for the opening bout.

    MATCH #1: Kassius Ohno vs. The Brian Kendrick

    Kicking off the night was a clash between two veterans as Kassius Ohno found himself matched up with the veteran Brian Kendrick. Shown to be a desperate man looking to collect big on the bounty left in place by Spike Trivet, Brian Kendrick in this bout seemed focused on hurting Kassius Ohno. The larger man in the bout Kassius Ohno is able to keep Kendrick reeling throughout the bout and was close to putting him away with a cravate suplex. However the wily Kendrick was able to get in some offense and mount a comeback. This was until Ohno blocked a sliced bread attempt and shoved him off into the ropes. On the rebound from the ropes Ohno connects with a discus Elbow to Kendrick's jaw before making the winner cover.

    Spoiler:

    "Here is your winner....Kassius Ohno!"

    The crowd in attendance cheers as the announcement is made. Slowly rising to his feet Kassius Ohno takes a deep breath before getting his arm raised in the air. Before the crowd in attendance Ohno climbs the turnbuckle to begin his celebration yet this is soon cut off by...

    Arturo Ruas!
    Appearing on the titantron Arturo is quick to applaud Ohno on his win albeit with some incincerity. Branding Kendrick nothing more than the pawn on the chess board Arturo Ruas warns Ohno that next time round he won't be as fortunate. Because Arturo Ruas has come to collect that bounty and he has come to break Kassius Ohno!

    Ahead of their upcoming match with SANITY as part of the British Bulldogs Tag Team Classic. Aussie Open are joined by Frankie B for an exclusive interview. With Kyle Fletcher now seemingly recovered the first question of course is just how is he feeling before tonight's bout. Kyle is quick to admit that he may not be 100% but same time he is not one to hide from a fight. Mark Davis nods his head in agreement before the pair admit that tonight they know they are in for fight against SANITY but ever since they have got to the UK Brand it has been one fight after another for them. Bringing a close to the interview the pair promise that tonight they will win the British Bulldogs Tag Team Classic!

    "All eyes on you" by Smash into Pieces plays as a video package plays highlighting Rampage Brown. Over the course of this video package Rampage Brown talks about how last week was only just the beginning of what the UK Brand can expect from him. Calling his last match a mere morsel of what he can do. He says that while last week may have been a mere appetiser this time round everyone will see the main course. Because tonight he isn't going to just win, he's going to destroy his opponent!

    MATCH #2: "Corrupted" Jack Gallgher w/ Isla Dawn vs. Mecha Wolf 450

    In a way you had to feel for Mecha Wolf 450 here as for his tryout with the UK Brand he found himself matched up with Jack Gallagher. While the Jack Gallagher of old might have given Mecha Wolf some respect. Isla Dawn's "Corrupted" Jack Gallagher was no welcoming committee as he handed Mecha Wolf a nasty beating before ending things quickly with a running dropkick to the side of the head in the corner.

    Spoiler:

    "Here is your winner via pinfall....Jack Gallagher!"

    With the crowd in attendance booing loudly Jack Gallagher again continued to punish his opponent after the boos with some grounded elbow strikes. Despite the ref's best attempts to stop him it seems the only person capable of controlling the manic Jack is "The Spellcaster" Isla Dawn. Once she is up on the ring apron Isla calls for Jack to come to her. Slowly and eerily Jack comes to a complete stop in his attack before he walks over to Isla following her every command. From here the pair make their exit as the referee starts to check on Mecha Wolf.

    ~ Not your basic bitch ~

    "I'm Dangerous" by The Everlove plays as Bea Priestley walks out onto the stage to join Frankie B for a live interview. The pychopathic Bea Priestley doesn't make any friends during this interview as she talks about how unlike all the other little girls here who dreamed about being a wrestler or dreamed about having their name written in the stars. Sentimentality not a thing in her wheelhouse. Bea claims that she had forfeit her humanity a long time ago and that seperates her from everyone else. Branding herself a dog chasing cars Bea Priesley comments that she does what she feels like doing in that moment. She has no remorse for what she does and if in the process she ends up hurting someone then so be it!

    ~ I Am your Consequence ~

    From here the cameras direct us to a darkened section of the arena. Sitting on the back of a pick up truck with a cigarette in his mouth is Steve Xavier. Revealing that the reason he hadn't been seen since the UK Showcase was because he'd suffered an injury during the triple threat match but being the hardcore wrestler that he is pain was an old friend and he was able to overcome it and get the win. Having sat out and watched everything that has transpired lately. Steve Xavier now he has returned feels the need to prove a point. Not being one to ever back down from a fight or a challenge Steve Xavier looks at Timothy Thatcher and his challenges not as something to be scared of or impressed by. But more a chance to prove to everyone what he already knows which is Steve Xavier doesn't back down from anyone. Promising to see Thatcher in the ring tonight Xavier warns him he isn't here to out wrestle him for some title instead he is here for a fight!

    MATCH #3: Emma vs. Santana Garrett

    For what is her first match back with the WWE since her shocking return at the last UK Showcase. Against an old foe of hers - Santana Garrett. We'd see Emma very much show a vicious streak throughout this bout as she dominated her experienced foe before forcing her to submit to the Emma Lock.

    Spoiler:

    "Here is your winner, as the result of a submission......Emma!"

    There are boos from the crowd as the announcement is made yet Emma doesn't release her submission. Looking to deal out more damage as she cranks on the hold, Emma finds herself snatched to her feet by Toni Storm! As the crowd begins to erupt into cheers Toni Storm begins to wail away on Emma with punches. A big clothesline by Storm then follows sending Emma tumbling over the top rope and out to the floor. Fired up Toni Storm waves for Emma to step back in the ring but Emma instead backs her way up the ramp while Storm starts to check on Santana.

    As the cameras cut backstage now focus turns to Kay Lee Ray who is making a beeline towards the women's Locker Room. Once she is there Kay Lee Ray makes a beeline for Piper Niven. Revealed to be former friends it seems that Kay Lee Ray is looking to mend fences with Piper Niven as she promises to let bygones be bygones if they can work together tonight and clear the field. Not trusting Kay Lee Ray in the slightest Piper Niven tells her that tonight's match is a clear case of survival of the fittest and that they are on their own. As Niven walks away a seething Kay Lee Ray kicks a chair over as the cameras cut away.

    ~ Walk through the Rose Garden ~

    Looking for the answers that have been promised for a few weeks now. Joanna Rose stands by in the ring with the Coffey Brothers for what is a special live edition of the Rose Garden. The packed crowd in attendance are very respectful to the former champions who seem overcome with the reaction they have been given here. Speaking for the team Joe Coffey admits that as everyone has seen the Coffey Brothers have been through the ringer as of late and a lot of questions have been raised about whether their best days are behind them. While the crowd begins to voice their support of the team Mark Coffey remarks they themselves have been talking lately about bringing an end to the Coffey Brothers team now so as not to tarnish what they accomplished. Looking for a definitive answer from the team Joanna Rose appears to be taken aback as neither Brother confirms or denies that the team is done. Seemingly unsure of what to say the brothers reveal that next week they will be meeting with Katarina Leigh and a decision will be made then about what the future for the Coffey Brothers will be as part of the UK Brand.

    ~ The Fashionista Files ~

    Following a video package highlighting both Xia Brookside and Tegan Nox calling her out last week. It seems that Jinny has something to get off her chest. Beginning with her words an ungrateful brat who has thrown her toys out of the pram now she realises how hard it is to be on her own. Jinny laughs off Xia Brookside's weak attempt to get her to give her more of her time tonight. However quite in her words charitably Jinny has decided next week she will step in the ring with Xia Brookside for no other reason than to give this stupid, bratty little girl the correction she greatly needs!

    The Fashionista then turned her attention to the UK Women's champion. Recognizing the champion as someone who is desperate to be noticed. Saying through her career she has encountered numerous wannabes who want to make their name off of her success. Jinny tells Tegan Nox that despite what she might believe, it is Jinny who calls the shots and she'll take her title shot when it suits her.

    MATCH #4: Timothy Thatcher (c) w/ Malcom Bivens vs. Steve Xavier for the Commonwealth Championsip

    For his latest defense of the Commonwealth Championship Timothy Thatcher found himself matched up against Steve Xavier. Xavier despite his earlier warnings would seem to be trying to frustrate Thatcher first by sticking and moving and then by leaving the ring multiple times. It also seems Xavier was attempting to bait Malcolm Bivens as he spat in his direction at one stage which only further antagonised Thatcher. Just as it seemed the match would finally get underway Timothy Thatcher looked to ground Xavier with a takedown only for Xavier to deliberatly fire off a mule kick to low blow Thatcher before the referee.

    Spoiler:

    "The winner of the match as a result of a disqualification and still the self-proclaimed Commonwealth Champion - Timothy Thatcher!"

    Before a stunned crowd as well as Malcolm Bivens, Steve Xavier quickly followed by hitting the ropes before running off and connecting with a curb stomp on Thatcher driving him into the canvas. Despite Bivens' best efforts Xavier then snatches the Commonwealth Championship and he stands over Thatcher as the crowd starts to cheer.
    Despite their disappointment following their loss last week as part of the British Bulldogs Tag Team Classic both Mark Andrews and Morgan Webster are present tonight as they stand by in the locker room. Any light hearted chat is soon cut show however by the arrival of Kenny Williams. Despite Kenny's attempts to talk to the pair as normal there is some tension as neither Morgan or Mark know how to take this new side we've seen of Kenny Williams. Any conversation however is soon intercepted by the arrival of Michael OKU. OKU attempts to attack Kenny as Morgan and Mark try to stop a fight breaking out. With a seething OKU looking on Kenny makes his escape from the locker room as Mark and Morgan try and calm down their friend.

    Standing by before her match tonight in the women's 6 way is a fired up Dakota Kai. Kai is open and honest as she admits that she has had her fair share of ups and downs as part of the UK Brand. Confidently however Kai states that she feels things are turning in her favor now and that tonight she will be leaving victorious as she gets one step closer to becoming UK Women's champion.

    Post Show footage from last week is then played and it highlights an irate and disgusted Zack Gibson backstage following his defeat to Travis Banks. Gibson during this promo blasts Banks for his arrogance and belief that he can impact their run in the British Bulldogs Tag Team Classic without consequence. Promising that last week was only the beginning Gibson threatens Banks that he doesn't only have to worry about the Grizzled Young Veterans coming for him either!

    MATCH #5: Amir Jordan vs. Rampage Brown

    With his earlier promise foreboding Rampage Brown very much lived up to his promise here as he battered poor Amir Jordan over the course of this short match. Throwing him across the ring thanks to his explosive power it eventually didn't take Brown long until he got Jordan up in a powerbomb position before he'd drive Jordan down into the canvas for powerbomb after powerbomb. This would be until eventually the referee was forced to call a stop to the bout.

    Spoiler:

    "Amir Jordan is unable to continue with the match, therefore your winner as a result of referee stoppage....Rampage Brown!"

    Fired up following the bout Rampage Brown stands over his downed and broken opponent before he looks round at the crowd in attendance. Holding his arms out stretched Brown belows to the audience are you not entertained? before he then proceeds to storm backstage.

    ~ It'll mean everything to me as well ~

    Having heard what their opponents have had to say it looks like both Kasey Owens and Millie McKenzie have their own thoughts on tonight's 6 women's match. Both women clearly have a lot of respect for one another as they wish each other luck tonight. However they also make it clear to each other that while they maybe friends at the same time they both want to win tonight and won't let friendship get in the way of victory!

    Before returning to the ring for the next bout a pretaped promo is then played which features "The Kiwi Buzzsaw" Travis Banks. Banks is aggravated as he talks about the assault last week he took from the Grizzled Young Veterans. Remarking that he should have known better than to offer a man like Gibson his respect. Travis reveals that from now the gloves are off and he is looking for a fight. Knowing that the Foreign Legion and the Grizzled Young Veterans who are coming for him. Travis Banks says that he will not stand back and let them come for him. Instead he will take the fight to them. Banks' promo is soon intercepted by Wolfgang and Tyson T-Bone. The pair stare at Banks before stating that he looks like a man about to do something stupid and reckless. It is T-Bone who then follows up by saying stupid and reckless is their speciality so if Banks is looking to start a fight they've got his back!

    CO-MAIN EVENT: Dakota Kai vs. Kay Lee Ray vs. Kasey Owens vs. Millie McKenzie vs. Nikki Cross vs. Piper Niven

    The Co-Main event of the bout was the 6 woman's match which very much saw 6 of the world's most talented women's wrestlers doing battle. This star studded match was packed full of action throughout with finishes being hit left right and center. Towards the end of the bout Millie McKenzie went on an impressive run as she drove several of her opponents into the canvas with suplexes before she hit a big german suplex on Piper Niven. Millie's run however was cut short when Nikki Cross launched herself at her with a body press which sent both women taking a nasty spill over the top rope and to the floor. From here we'd see Kay Lee Ray lay out Dakota Kai with a gory bomb across the top rope but before she can make a cover she herself is laid out by a spear by Kasey Owens. Owens' cover however is cut off by a senton by Niven. Wasting no time Piper Niven followed by driving Owens into the canvas with a Michinoku Driver before making the cover for the win.

    Spoiler:

    "The winner of the match via pinfall....'The Viper'.....Piper Niven!"

    The crowd in attendance cheers as the announcement is made and Piper Niven rises to her feet. While Niven gets her arm raised the cameras pan to ringside where Millie McKenzie and Nikki Cross are having to be separated as their fight continued on after the bell. Kay Lee Ray meanwhile storms to the back livid about the match as Piper stands tall. Niven's celebration however is soon cut short when she is hit across the back with a chair by Bea Priestley! Niven falls to her knees and Priestley hits the ropes before she runs off and dropkicks the chair into the face of Niven. As the crowd erupts into boos Bea Priestley stood over the downed Niven with a smug smirk on her face.

    Training Footage is shown of Jordan Devlin as he prepares for his UK Showcase clash with Fabian Aichner. Set to the tune of "Go To War" by Nothing More. Talking about Aichner and his reign as champion. Jordan Devlin gives Aichner credit as he took the UK Brand by storm in a short time period. However while he respects Fabian for doing what he's done that is where the line is drawn. Stating that people forget because of Fabian that he was the original bad boy of the UK Brand. Jordan remarks that these past few weeks have been him proving to everyone especially Aichner that if it comes to getting that title around his waist. Then he will go back to being the UK Brand's original bad boy. As the promo closes Devlin warns Aichner to grow eyes in the back of his head as he will be coming for him.

    To the tune of "Carnival of Rust" by the Poets of the Fall. A video package then plays highlighting "The Virtuosa" Deonna Purrazzo. Having taken some time to reflect following her defeat at the hands of Dakota Kai. Deonna states that this isn't the first time she has had her back against the wall in her career. Commenting that she had been told for years that she wasn't good enough to make it to the WWE, Deonna counters that she has always been good enough and now she will prove it. Calling herself the best wrestler of the UK Brand, Deonna says that when she returns everyone will finally recognize her greatness.

    CO-MAIN EVENT:
    Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher & Mark Davis)
    vs. sAnitY (Eric Young & Killian Dain) w/ Alexander Wolfe)
    British Bulldogs Tag Team Classic - The Finals

    Finally we got to our main event of the night and this was the finals in the British Bulldogs Tag Team Classic. The two teams in the final were the ever popular Aussie Open and Sanity. Representing Sanity in this match was Eric Young and Killian Dain. While Dain has been a difference maker with his size in previous bouts. This time around he was nullified by the size and strength of Mark Davis with the two men having a hoss battle when they face off. This match was very back and forth throughout the battle. Unfortunately towards the end of the bout on the titantron clips would play of Adam Brooks being assaulted backstage by Shane Thorne. This footage provided a distraction for Aussie Open which followed by Killian laying out Davis with a crossbody on the floor. Fletcher soon after would be driven into the canvas with a wheel barrow neckbreaker by Young who made the cover for the win.

    Spoiler:

    "The winners of the first-ever British Bulldogs Tag Team Classic.....Killian Dain.....Eric Young.....SANITY!"

    There is a mixed response from the audience as the announcement is made and SANITY begin to celebrate their big victory. As Sanity stand tall in the ring the cameras cut backstage once more where Shane Thorne continues putting the boos to Adam Brooks. In the ring a groggy Kyle Fletcher begins to recover as we see Sanity standing at the top of the ramp with the show coming to a close.

    Re: WWE United Kingdom Brand

    THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS
    EPISODE #90 - "PERSPECTIVES"

    • I thought I would drop a review and show this project some love in public rather than through private message. First of all, I won't refer to the layout too much because I've put suggestions forward for it but I will say it does make a difference for your show overall. I think with fantasy brands or feds, it's important to have some visuals so that the reader can invest and and get to know the feel of the place and the roster. I also think you balance pretty well between having a show that is jam-packed full of action but it isn't a laborious read, the matches are simplistic and easy to follow without it feeling like the wrestling is secondary to the storylines.

    • I've noticed that you used Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan twice in dark matches now, I think this a good way to introduce them to the audience before an official television debut (I appreciate they have appeared before). Burch and Lorcan are workhorses but they're not massive names, so I think they've got a 'semi-established' vibe which will stand out on WWE UK because it'll feel like they are perhaps more prominent than some of the homegrown talent just because of their association to NXT and 205 Live. I would like to see how the develop when they come onto television and more important what storylines they have, I think in real-life, these two were thrown together and it's just been that way since. We've never got anything more from them, so there's definitely a lot of potential for you to play around with.

    • I really enjoy Kassius Ohno, I think he never quite rebounded after he was released from the company the first time. However, you've done a really good job with the way you introduced him and now with this mini-angle to further the feud with Spike Trivet. TBK is also another talent that is getting lost in the shuffle in real life, so I love that WWE UK has become a sanctuary for the mid-carders who have more to offer as well as the UK/European talent. Of course, Ohno wins but I love the post-match segment with Arturo Ruas - he's literally someone I would never think to use! Ruas always baffles me as I've seen reports before about how he's viewed as a legitimate athlete but he's never had the trigger pulled for whatever reason. I think it's like Ruas won't collect Trivet's bounty but I appreciate the guest-star slots for character building, I also like that Ruas slated both Ohno and Kendrick, it wasn't the typical WWE logic of 'faces like faces and heels like heels'.

    • Good use of interview space to separate the match and build your main event early on in the evening, I think Aussie Open have been built tremendously well throughout this project and the Bulldogs Classic has really helped shine a spotlight on your tag team division. I think you've always built the singles competition well and your split between male and female focus is always on-point, so it's nice to see this balance out with the tag team division. My only gripe is that you've acknowledge that Kyle Fletcher has recovered following the mystery attack last week but there's no reference to Adam Brooks, who helped carry Aussie Open to victory. It may just be that Brooks is a chilled guy and is happy to step in and back out but I would've perhaps liked to have seen a continuation of that.

    • Rampage Brown is a legend on the UK circuit, he's one of the first guys that renewed my interest on the scene in NGW and later WCPW/Defiant. I think he could've done something with The Marauders before Ashton Smith was released but I'm extremely happy to see him have a solo build now.

    • I love it when wrestling escapes reality for a bit so I'm loving that you brought Gallagher over and he could've slotted in as the comical babyface he was from the Cruiserweight Classic but instead you've paired him with Isla Dawn and given them something a bit meatier. Dawn's witch character is referred to but never explored and I like that you've been more explicit with it, it reminds me of Winter/Angeline Love back in TNA but the problem with that storyline is that it never went anywhere, so hopefully this doesn't suffer the same fate and I have every faith in you that it won't. I've never heard of Mecha Wolf 450 before, I assumed he would have some sort of weird robot gimmick but from Googling he was a potential back-up for the CWC also?

    • I like the renewed focus in Bea Priestley, you've built a dominant UK Women's Champion with Tegan Nox and despite her reign spanning over a year, it doesn't feel like the rest of the women are disrecited because of the opportunities you give them to stand-out. However, as a newer name I don't think Bea has had the chance and I know she's been experimented with on the live shows and pairing with Jamie Hayter but I prefer her as a soloist. I think AEW has dropped the ball on her tremendously in real life and if there's anyone I could see taking the title from Tegan, it would be Priestley.

    • Interesting, if my memory serves me correctly, Xavier won the hardcore match against Wolfgang and Tyson T-Bone (before they paired up). As much as I've enjoyed the guest spots for the Commonwealth title matches, it would be good to see it defended in legitimate matches with legitimate opponents. Xavier still feels quite new to me within the project, so I think this is a good way to establish him, especially using the interview spot to state that he is challenging Thatcher later.

    • A nice win for Emma, I do love Santana Garrett though! I know she's not on the roster and I like the realism of using NXT/WWE PC guys on the brand. I could realistically see Emma on WWE UK and the feud with Toni Storm really stands out - perfect example of a feud that isn't relying on a championship to have a sense of importance.

    • I think your women's division is always built so well on opportunity, sometimes that rankings do get blurred - it's almost like you need an AEW rankings system. I don't think it's a negative thing but I would say Kay Lee Ray came out over Toni Storm in their feud and technically she could be Nox's number one contender but then Millie McKenzie defied the odds and beat Jazzy Gabert. You've also got Piper Niven who has bested the House of Couture but at the same time Jinny is the current contender. I like that this is used to give the women a shot to contend for but also it leaves you with a lot of women waiting at the gates from a hot feud, to only damped with a loss. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the KLR promo and the mention of Niven just took me back to their Queen of ICW Deathmatch.

    • The Coffey Brothers were your inaugural UK Tag Team Champions and I'm surprised to see them have this crisis of conscience, however I also think that it's important to let other tag teams shine through. There's a lot of tease that the team might be done but does this mean a potential singles run for the brothers?

    • I love Jinny, she's probably one of my favourite characters overall and the Fashionista Files is a great segment (of course I'm sure Fandango and Breeze have a lot to answer for). It's interesting that you've used these segments for each woman to pair off and Jinny is focusing on Xia despite not being in the match. However, I'm looking forward to Jinny's opportunity after the ladder match win.

    • Is Steve Xavier as chaotic neutral or a face? I get that his attach on Thatcher may be a typical heel move that got a response from the crowd because they hate Thatcher? I guess there doesn't need to be clear cut divisions anymore, I was just surprised at the result. However, Xavier has now laid a claim and this allows the Commonwealth Championship storyline to evolve and for Thatcher to get some variety in his promos. I know that Bivens came in a couple of shows ago but I also really enjoy that you are making characters out of managers and valets rather than just having them 'there'.

    • I get the feeling that Michael OKU isn't going to come out of the feud with Kenny Williams as the better man but I also appreciate that he's not being jobbed out the week after Williams screwed him over. Williams is a star in the making in this project and OKU is still relatively new, there's plenty of time for him to grow.

    • It's odd to see babyface Dakota Kai after seeing how she's doing so well as a heel but I think she's a solid face for the division - is she potentially going to be the next champion? I'm not sure, she could be a lady in waiting and never reach the pinnacle, especially with your up and comers like Xia Brookside, Millie McKenzie. I think there's so many women that are standing out that Kai may get lost in the shuffle in terms of character, she currently is just the dependable, solid woker....which let's face it was her character in real life up until the turn.

    • Zack Gibson, much like Rampage Brown is another guy that stood out on the UK scene, I like him as part of the Grizzled Young Veterans but I'm really glad you've expanded the team into a stable by adding Kip Sabian. Drake doesn't get the Marty Jannetty treatment, Sabian is exposed as a new star and Gibson is allowed to show us what he as a singles star. I'm really excited for what you could do with him.

    • A dominant win for Rampage Brown, of course it was to be expected but I think that it's important when re-establishing him given his loss ratio when he was tag teaming. This version makes more sense given his size and power.

    • The Millie and Kasey interviewa felt a little generic to me, especially as Kasey has literally just beaten her mentor and Millie McKenzie slayed a giant. I was saying earlier that every girl felt paired up and these two came across a bit like afterthoughts, which is a shame as I think Millie McKenzie is one to watch (in general and in this project). In terms of narrative it feels like - will Niven trust Kay Lee Ray? Will KLR turn on Piper? Will Xia prove Jinny wrong? Oh and here's Dakota, Millie and Kasey and it's not like the three haven't done anything noteworthy either. Nikki I can understand because she is a guest star or that's the vibe I'm getting from her, so it's more of a spectacle for her, she's here with her stable in the tournament and they're booking her because she's a big name.

    • Travis Banks has always been booked much better here than I feel that he has in real life and having lost the title, it can be easy to get lost in the shuffle again. However here he's amounting these enemies in the Foreign Legion, The Grizzled Young Veterans and it puts him over as a dominant and successful character in this project. It feels too early to put Banks back in the title picture but it's nice that he's not being forgotten about. I also enjoyed Wolfgang and Tyson T-Bone showing up, they've only formed recently and they have had the best win-loss ratiom so it's nice to establish them as a pair of brutish faces and they get the rub of backing the former champion, it definitely puts their name on the map for.

    • Really enjoyed the six-pack challenge or the Fatale Six Way, I especially enjoyed the post-match action. Niven winning makes sense, she's had a steady ascension since joining at the Rumble (or maybe just before). I do think there's a number of women that could've won it but I like Niven getting the focus. I wonder how Jinny would react given that she seems to be next in line and the two have history? For now though, Bea looks like a complete badass, leap-frogging the others and I loved the chair spot.

    • Nice segment for Devlin, continues to build him even if he's not in the arena. I think that given that Devlin was a heel until Bate turned on him, you've done a really good job in establishing him as a face.

    • A good segment for the Virtuosa, again you seem to have far more plans for her than they did in real life. I love Deonna Purazzo as a heel and even though she's not had a hot streak here, I do think that the character work helps build her in spite of that.

    • I'm surprised that Sanity didn't say or do more earlier in the evening, however again, it feels like they are guests on the brand rather than fully-fledged roster members. That being said, I was surprised they picked up the win given that Aussie Open are the faces who have overcome the odds and the next Showcase is in Sydney, facing the heel British Strong Style. However this piques my interest and maybe that's why the reaction was mixed when Sanity did win. Again, enjoy seeing guys who aren't given the opportunity in real life, shine here, and you did that with Eric Young. I think you've got a nice balance on your roster and having the bigger names win the tournament does legitimise it. Surprised that British Strong Style have also been quiet in recent weeks throughout the tournament, so looking to see how you build the feud beyond 'tournament winner vs champions'. I really liked that the mystery attacker was revisted - I know I had my doubts earlier and I would have still preferred Brooks to have been referenced - however I think the storyline doesn't hurt Aussie Open when they lose this match. Also, I love Shane Thorne and while it may be predictable given The Mighty and Aussie Open's history, this feels like a big and natural match for Showcase: Sydney and thus you create two exciting match opportunities.

Wanted to say first off thanks again mate for all the help you've given both with the layout as well as creatively. It's been a big help and I appreciate it a lot! I'm totally with you on the new layout for the show as honestly just working on it and posting it I felt a lot happier with how it looked like it had added greatly to something I was missing out on before. Honestly it was something that I didn't know how to even get started on, so I appreciated having someone open my eyes with the suggestions about how to make things look better! Burch and Lorcan very much are rocking the dark matches atm and honestly for the reasons you mentioned it is a perfect role for them. I'm genuinely a fan of both guys and I know I've had them for periods of time in the past but I'm looking forward to having long term roles and plans for the pair. In which one of my first missions and goals will be to establish more about who they are and what they bring to the table as well as why they have stuck together.

    Kassius Ohno is someone I'm excited to have on my roster and I have some fun plans in the pipeline for. He is someone very much who I can just flip from face to heel as well because he has such an established character and personality if that makes sense. Yeah I've got to be honest I'm quite excited about the new direction of the brand which will feature some familiar faces from the main brands and NXT. Kendrick if I'm honest has been someone on my short list to appear on the brand for a while so I'm glad that now I've had a chance to feature him even if it was for a short story like this. Ruas is someone I'm a big fan of which is why he's popped up on odd occasion a few times. I have no clue what is going on with him IRL and NXT. But he's someone I've enjoyed using and giving depth to overtime.

    Looking back I should have given more mention of Adam Brooks as part of the Aussie Open interview as it was weird him not being there. This is something I'm going to be very much going into more on the coming show as obviously we saw what become of him later on in the night. Glad we agree on Rampage Brown and what he contributes. I knew perhaps the Marauders had a longer shelf life but I just felt that as time went on the two were getting type cast as jobbers to the stars and that of the two Rampage Brown had the big star quality about him. This is why I kept him and now see it as my now or never chance to make something happen with Rampage on my brand.

    So Jack and Isla as we spoke about previously was something which is such a drastic shift from everything else I have attempted with the brand. Like I know it's kinda a risk bringing a supernatural element with a witch on my show. But so far I feel with her and Jack I've been able to pull it off which I think is helped by the recap style I've took with the brand. As I've been able to really highlight the changes he's made in the ring and what not. Yeah so Mecha Wolf was originally Mr.450 and he was a Cruiserweight Classic alternate. He's actually quite a fun cruiserweight wrestler so it was nice to get him on my show. My women's division is definitely something I am proud of because everyone so far has an established personality and their own relationships and dynamics with one another. Priestley makes for quite a fun addition to that as I feel with her psycho monster character she brings a loose cannon vibe which I haven't quite had yet.

    Santana Garrett is someone I'm a huge fan of as well so I can't lie to you this won't be her last appearance on the brand. As for Emma and Storm that has been something I've quite enjoyed writing for thus far and I'm excited for what I have to come with the pair. A rankings system does sound like a good idea but it would definitely be a tough one to figure out because so many people have claims to top spots haha. I think honestly in order it'd be Tegan, Jinny, Niven, Kay Lee Ray, Millie McKenzie, Dakota Kai, Toni Storm and then from there Deonna Purrazzo, Kasey Owens and so on. With the Coffeys I will admit part of me has been concerned I've dragged out the will they won't they a little too far but this coming week will begin the clarification on where they are going from here. Because that's the idea I've slowly had with this story they have been chipped away at they went from these unbeaten champions oozing with confidence and slowly have lost momentum following their loss and now are losing more and more. There's very much a sport element I guess with their crisis of confidence.

    So the way I've treated Xavier so far in my BTB is that opportunist Edge like character albeit with a lot more of a chaotic hardcore vibe. So technically this bout was heel vs heel with him and Thatcher. But at the same time of the two Thatcher has been very established as this massive heel while Xavier as you mentioned is still being established. Which is why the crowd would probably pop at such an unexpected move against someone they hate as much as Timothy. Kai definitely yeah it's weird to have her as a face knowing what she's capable with as a heel and truthfully there is part of me that is like switch her. Same time I have so many strong female characters especially villains. That I out of concern she would be lost in the shuffle have stuck true to her old character which surprisingly makes her stand out more here as opposed to IRL. Totally get your drift about Millie and Kasey. This was a mistake on my part as when I put the show together I realised I had featured everyone bar those two and it become a last put together segment.

    In hindsight I could have gone about it a tad better especially for Millie who I do have a lot of big things set up for while Kasey atm is just on the level below and can afford those segments atm if it makes sense. Just to keep her fresh in the eye as she's only really began to get some momentum on her side. Glad you picked up on Niven's win and her history with Jinny as this is something that is going to be referenced more in the future but for now Piper's got to contend with Bea which I think will provide quite a fun little storyline for the pair of them. So Sanity winning is definitely a surprise and part of the reason I gave them a mixed response wasn't just because of the whole local boys part. But also because in my mind Sanity are tweeners and they have played that role as part of the brand since their arrival in the tournament. This is what I think will make a fun dynamic going forwards with them and British Strong Style in that they are going to be battling a team just as ruthless as they are. Thank you once again for the review dude and also for the help you've given me so far!

    WWE United Kingdom Brand
    Show Preview
    Episode #91

    vs
    Kassius Ohno vs Arturo Ruas

    With a Bounty placed on his head by Spike Trivet over the past few weeks it has been hard to guess just who would be coming for Kassius Ohno next. Following an impressive victory over a game Brian Kendrick. This time around Ohno faces a much more dangerous opponent all around. His opponent is of course the Brazilian martial artist Arturo Ruas who has left little doubt that he is here to injure his opponent. Will he be successful in claiming the bounty?

    vs
    Xia Brookside vs Jinny

    Former allies will collide as Jinny takes on one of her former house of couture members Xia Brookside. Looking to prove something to the world Xia Brookside has recently turned her back on her villainous ways and has been looking for retribution against in her words the conniving, manipulative woman who used her as a sacrificial lamb. This however is a dangerous match for Xia as the last time Jinny battled one of her former House Members Chakara. Thanks to Jinny's methods Chakara hasn't been seen since. Will Xia suffer a similar fate?

    vs
    Toni Storm vs Taynara Conti

    While she has had her issues with Emma as of late. Toni Storm this week will need to put those issues aside as she battles a very talented young woman from NXT. Taynara Conti maybe recognizable to fans of the Mae Young Classic and she is here looking for her biggest win yet of her career. The question is will Toni Storm be fully focused on the task at hand?

    vs
    "Flash" Morgan Webster vs "Corrupted" Jack Gallagher

    Since his 'reincarnation' under the spell of Isla Dawn there has perhaps not been a more ruthless individual on the UK Brand than Jack Gallagher. Gone are the days of the Gentleman shaking people's hands and in his place is a twisted, erratic psychopath. Stepping up bravely to fight Jack this week will be Morgan Webster. Disappointed at how his team performed as part of the British Bulldog's Classic, Webster is looking to turn things around here. How will he fair though against Jack Gallagher?

    vs
    Deonna Purrazzo vs Rachel Ellering

    Making her return to the brand following her disappointing defeat at the hands of Dakota Kai. Deonna Purrazzo has made claims that things have changed and this time around she will be performing to her full potential. The reasons for these claims are unknown but what we do know is that Deonna will find herself with a tough return opponent as she takes on Rachel Ellering. Looking to pick up the biggest win of her WWE career, can Rachel upset the virtuosa?

    &

    vs

    &
    The Foreign Legion (Clement Petiot and Marcel Barthel) vs Jordan Devlin and Travis Banks

    A grudge match will main event the evening as the make shift pairing of Travis Banks and Jordan Devlin unite to take on The Foreign Legion. While Banks and Devlin might have contrasting personalities they do share some things in common. This mainly applies to enemies with both men having had run ins with Fabian Aichner and the Foreign Legion. So this is an opportunity for the pair to get one up on their foes. Can Banks and Devlin coexist against the well oiled machine that is the Foreign Legion?

    WWE United Kingdom Brand
    EPISODE #91

    "One Second of Insanity"

    2/8/19
    Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia

    Dark Match: Drew Gulak defeated Gabriel Kidd
    Dark Match II: Danny Burch and Oney Lorcan defeated Calum Black and Omari

    Monsters by Shinedown plays as this week's show begins with a video package detailing what had gone down on last week's edition of the UK Brand. Beginning with Kassius Ohno picking up a win over Brian Kendrick. From here we see a lot of the action from the women's match culminating with Piper Niven's win and the shocking post match assault by Bea Priestley. The final part focuses on Sanity winning the British Bulldogs Tag Team Classic. With that this week's show opens up from the Gold Coast. With a packed crowd in attendance Doug Williams, John Gooden and James R.Kennedy hype up the night's event before sending us to ringside for the first match.
    Match #1: Kassius Ohno vs Arturo Ruas

    Kicking off the show once again this week Kassius Ohno found himself matched with the martial artist Arturo Ruas. Unlike his match with Kendrick last week this time round Kassius found himself in a nasty fight filled with some vicious strikes traded back and forth. Towards the end of the bout Ruas had Ohno hurt following a wheel kick but it was a block of a round house kick followed by a dragon screw leg whip which turned the tide. Because once Ruas got back up to his feet he was blasted with a discus elbow strike by Ohno which put him down for the 3.

    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Kassius Ohno!

    The Audience in attendance cheers as the announcement is made and Kassius Ohno rises to his feet. Having got his hand raised in the air Ohno begins to catch his breath back when "Kill Us" by No Resolve plays from the titantron.

    Emerging from the back is a fired up Cezar Bononi who clearly doesn't have any intention on waiting to take his shot at the bounty. Hitting the ring Cezar goes right after Kassius and has him reeling with punches until Ohno is on the ropes. Cezar then fires Ohno off across the ring before he charges at him only for Ohno to duck under. Kassius hits the ropes on the adjacent side and he runs off before connecting with a cyclone kick directly on the jaw of Cezar. Cezar is hurt badly and falls out through the ring ropes and down to the floor. The crowd in attendance explodes into cheers as Ohno stands tall in the ring while a hurt Cezar is down at ringside.

    ~ About last week ~

    Filmed from earlier in the day we see Aussie Open making their arrival to the building and once there they find Adam Brooks waiting for them. Talking with the team Adam Brooks apologises to the pair for last week as he admits that he was getting set to watch their match on a monitor when he saw Shane Thorne hanging round the Gorilla position. Concerned he might have got involved Brooks confronted him and chased Shane down the hall only to find it was a set up and that is what set up the attack. Both Kyle and Mark totally sympathise with Adam as they also know how crafty he can be before reminding Adam that he has nothing to apologise for as he helped get them to the finals of the tournament. After nodding his head Adam reveals that while he is still quite banged up but he wants a favor from them next week. Remarking that he will be healed up by then, Adam Brooks reveals that he is looking for a fight and he wants them by his side as he looks for revenge!

    ~ Don't give up a good thing ~

    From here the cameras direct us towards the General Manager's office where Katarina Leigh has been joined by the Coffey Brothers. Having heard the Coffey Brothers conflicted views on their future and also seen their recent rough patch. Katarina Leigh seems for her part to be behind the pair sticking together as she reminds them of their earlier success as a team. Despite this both Mark and Joe remain insistent that this might be it for their team. Katarina however asks them to give it more thought before she also out of respect for the pair books them each in a singles match over the coming weeks to give them a tryout as singles talent.
    Match #2: "Corrupted" Jack Gallagher w/Isla Dawn vs "Flash" Morgan Webster

    Coming off his loss in the semi-Finals of the British Bulldogs Tag Team Classic Morgan Webster was done no favors here as he found himself matched up against Jack Gallagher. Gallagher of course has been a dangerous man since his allignment with Isla Dawn and this was shown from the off as Webster offered a handshake to his old friend only to be jumed from the off by his former friend. Similar to all his other matches Jack wrestled viciously as he looked to hurt his opponent. This time however he'd have a fight on his hands as Morgan Webster wouldn't back down from his rival. Towards the end of match Webster had Gallagher reeling following a flying forearm smash and he seemed to be setting up for a Figure Four Leg Lock. Unfortunately as he reached for Jack's knee Jack grabbed right for Webster's face and eyes. Using this blatant act to pull Webster to the ground Jack's illegal attack caused for the referee to call for the bell.
    Spoiler:

    Shepherd:
    And the winner of the match as a result of a disqualification Morgan Webster!

    There are boos from the crowd as again Jack Gallagher continues to attack his opponent after the bell. Hitting him with punches and elbows Jack's attack is eventually stopped by the referee and several officialls before he joins Isla Dawn at ringside and the two walk backstage.

    ~ Come for me, I dare you! ~

    A video package then plays highlighting all the destruction carried out by Rampage Brown the past few weeks. As the video comes to an end a pretaped interview than plays as Frankie B looks to catch word with the man himself. The always intense and always fired up Rampage Brown makes it abundantly clear that his past two wins mean nothing too him. Demanding real competition from this point onwards Brown practically dares someone to step up and fight him like a man!

    ~ I will finish what you started ~

    After her impressive win last week Piper Niven you might expect to be in a better mood if it wasn't for the assault she suffered post match at the hands of Bea Priestley. For her part Niven seems slightly confused in regards to why Bea Priestley attacked her as she remarks that until last week she had never even met her before. Assuming perhaps that Bea was looking to make a statement, Niven promises that the two will get to know each other quite a bit from this point onwards because Piper Niven is coming for her!
    Match #3: Xia Brookside vs Jinny

    Match three of the night was a grudge match for the evening as Xia Brookside sought redemption against Jinny. This was a hard hitting battle with Brookside continuing to win back the fans with her performances. As the bout waged on Jinny started to take over the match as a real turning point was a failed suicide dive attempt by Brookside which led to her taking a bad bump against the barricade. It wouldn't be long following this that Jinny put Xia Brookside away following the Touch of Couture.

    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Jinny!

    There are boos from the audience as Jinny continues to assault Xia Brookside. With a snap of her fingers Jinny is joined in her attack on Xia by the pair of Nina Samuels and Lana Austin. As the trio combine putting the boots to Brookside, The Women's Champion Tegan Nox runs down to the ring with a chair in hand. The crowd in attendance cheers as the House of Couture members bail leaving Nox to check on Brookside.

    ~ Walk away. Don't make me come for you again! ~

    "No Plan B" by Manafest plays over a video package hyping up "The OJMO" Michael OKU and his run so far in the UK Brand. Once the video comes to an end we see a taped interview from earlier in the evening as Michael OKU is joined by Joanna Rose. During this interview the humble OKU speaks of how he come to this brand wanting to do the right thing and do go about business the right way. This is why when he saw that tag team tournament announced he went about business the right way and asked a man he respected to be his partner. Unfortunately for him that man was clearly not who he expected him to be.

    Before the interview can continue OKU is surprisingly joined by Kenny Williams who offers him a handshake as a peace offering. With a threatening tone Kenny Williams tells OKU that his best course of action is to shake his hand now and let things lie because coming for him will be a big mistake. Shaking his head OKU remarks that he isn't afraid of Kenny but unfortunately his sentence is cut off midway as Williams headbutts him knocking him down to the ground. With OKU dazed Kenny crouches down beside him and tells him to reconsider that decision before he walks away.

    ~ Think of the money ~

    After watching another couple of his bounties fall. It seems a livid Spike Trivet has had enough as he rants and raves down the phone about how he's giving people the chance to turn their lives around yet they are clearly much more inferior than expected. As he continues his incessant ranting about how easy it should be for someone to put down that past his prime old dog. Spike soon finds himself cut off by a loud shout of HEY! Slowly lowering his phone Spike turns round to find himself coming face to face with...

    Heath Slater! Slater much to the bemusement of Trivet is looking to cash in on the bounty because he has got Kids to feed. Trivet tries to brush Slater off as he deems him worthless but Heath isn't taking no for an answer as he says that as a father it is his job to provide for his children and if that means hurting Kassius Ohno then so be it! Trivet again brushes Heath off by remarking that his time is valuable and he doesn't appreciate it being wasted like this. Before Slater can respond he is spun round and drilled with a clothesline by Ridge Holland! Trivet starts to laugh at Slater's misfortune while Ridge Holland declares to his employer that he will be the man to eliminate Kassius Ohno!

    ~ When one door closes ~

    "Lost Within" by Fivefold plays and the crowd in attendance starts to boo as Malcolm Bivens walks out onto the ramp with a microphone in hand. The self proclaimed talent agent extraordinaire very much is irritated at the beginning of this promo. The reason for this as Bivens reveals is because of the frequent disrespect that his client Timothy Thatcher receives as part of this brand. Calling his client a special one of a kind competitor who is worthy of being in the main events.

    Malcolm Bivens remarks that instead because he hasn't been given suitable competition, Timothy Thatcher has been reduced to practically stepping back into the fair ground days of wrestling taking on all comers. Referring to last week as the antics of a coward and an individual who knew he was out of his depth. Malcolm Bivens reveals that there will not be a Commonwealth challenge tonight because Steve Xavier awoke the beast in Timothy Thatcher and now his client has firm focus on punishing Steve Xavier once and for all.

    However in a shocking moment Bivens then goes on to reveal that he hasn't travelled all the way here on his own just to talk about Timothy Thatcher. Branding himself once again as a talent agent of the highest level, Malcolm Bivens states that he has been gifted with the ability to recognize greatness and help mold it all the way to superstardom. This is what he has done for Timothy Thatcher and this is what he will do for his newest client! A woman who in his words has all the tools to be an all time great but has been missing the guidance to get there until now. And this woman will be competing later on this very evening because Malcolm Bivens' newest client is Deonna Purrazzo!
    Match #4: Toni Storm vs Taynara Conti

    The next contest of the evening would see Toni Storm looking to pick up a much needed victory against NXT's Taynara Conti. Conti of course a highly reputable Judoka and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner was a tough rebound opponent for Storm. This was shown early on when the judo of Conti came into play as she was able to hit a high angled throw on Storm putting her on the canvas. As the match went on the experience of Storm came into play and she'd firmly be in control. This was until a distraction from Emma who appeared in the crowd allowed Conti to score a close near fall following a side walk slam. In the end however it was a Storm Zero by Toni which allowed her to pick up a much needed victory.
    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Toni Storm!

    Climbing to her feet after a hard fought victory Toni Storm after getting her hand raised in the air immediately turns her attention to Emma at ringisde.

    ~ A common cause ~

    Ahead of their upcoming match tonight Travis Banks and Jordan Devlin meet up in the locker room. There is clearly a lot of respect between the two as they are firmly focused on tonight's match with the foreign legion. Remarking that they have common enemies they put one another at ease by promising to have each other's backs tonight. From here the segment closes with Devlin promising to give Banks a title shot once he takes that title from Fabian Aichner.

    ~ It's always the crazy ones to watch out for ~

    "My Name is" by Once Monsters plays over a video package put together for the ever impressive youngster Millie McKenzie. In what is an unusual attitude for the usually humble Millie it appears that she has took exception last week to Nikki Cross and her antics during the women's match. Branding Cross as someone who lacks skill but makes up for it by being crazy. Millie says that last week what Cross did was prove she was smarter than she first thought. Because she realised that Millie was her biggest threat in that match and by using her own body as a weapon she took her out of the race. Remarking that it is not in her nature to let things like this go Millie throws out a challenge to Nikki Cross!
    Match #5: Deonna Purrazzo w/Malcolm Bivens vs Rachel Ellering

    Making her return to the brand following her defeat at the hands of Dakota Kai. This would be Deonna Purrazzo's first match under the guidance of Malcolm Bivens. Unlike when Thatcher is competing and Bivens' is running commentary. He seemed a lot more hands on here with Purrazzo as he was constantly reminding her of how good she was and telling her that her opponent wasn't worthy of being in the ring with her. Despite this however Rachel Ellering did give Deonna a fight but unfortunately for her it did seem that with Biven's by her side Deonna had stepped things up as eventually she trapped Ellering in the Fujiwara armbar for the submission.

    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Deonna Purrazzo!

    The crowd boos as the announcement is made and Deonna Purrazzo rises to her feet in the ring. Purrazzo is soon joined by Malcolm Bivens who pushes the referee Chris Roberts to the side so that he can raise his client's arm in the air himself. As the cameras begin to cut away it is Doug Williams on commentary who notes in the past he has felt that Deonna Purrazzo was perhaps missing something to get her to that next level and that with an individual with the mind like Malcolm Bivens behind her she looked better than ever.

    ~ If you stand with him then you will fall by his side ~

    Having seen both Wolfgang and Tyson T-Bone join up with Travis Banks it seems the Grizzled Young Veterans have a point to prove. Speaking for his team Zack Gibson tries to threaten the pair of Wolfgang and T-Bone but this is to no avail as despite the numbers game Wolfgang punches Gibson and this sets off a fight between both teams. With the numbers game the Grizzled Young Veterans soon begin to take over when all of a sudden Mark Andrews rushes onto the scene and tackles Kip Sabian! With this brawl escalating into a wild 3 on 3 battle throughout the building it is down to security and officials to get things under control splitting up the 6 men involved.

    ~ Every Story needs it's villain ~

    "Love the Way you Hate Me" by Like a Storm Plays as we get a hype video for Jamie Hayter. Shown to be very brash and entitled individual Jamie Hayter reveals that originally the plan was for her to wrestle a local independent wrestler. However as Jamie Hayter puts it that is a straight up waste of her valuable time. Calling herself our lord and savior, Jamie Hayter promises that she will not be here merely to take part in the women's division. Instead she will not stop until she is ruling the women's division with that title around her waist!
    Main Event: Travis Banks and Jordan Devlin vs The Foreign Legion (Clement Petiot & Marcel Barthel)
    Finally it was time for the main event of the night as Travis Banks and Jordan Devlin united to fight against The Foreign Legion. While Banks and Devlin seemed to work together well it had to be noted throughout the match thanks to their experience as a team Barthel and Petiot very much controlled a lot of the action. Isolating Devlin throughout it was only with the crowd rallying behind him that he and Banks were able to make a comeback thanks to a hot tag by Devlin onto Banks. The tide of the bout turning it didn't take long from here for Banks to connect with the slice of Heaven on Petiot while Devlin laid out Barthel with a superkick. It wouldn't take long from here for Banks to finish things with the Kiwi Crusher on Clement.

    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winners of the match Travis Banks and Jordan Devlin!

    There are cheers from the crowd as the announcement is made and Travis Banks rises to his feet in the ring. Banks is soon joined by Devlin as the two get their arms raised in the air. As the pair begin to shake hands in the ring the cameras cut backstage to the locker room area where a livid Fabian Aichner is trashing the dressing room.

    Before the show comes to a close the theme song for British Strong Style begins to play from the Titantron. The crowd in attendance boos as the trio of Tyler Bate, Trent Seven and Pete Dunne all head down to the ring. Once the trio reach the ring they all grab themselves a microphone before they begin to address the British Bulldogs Classic. Revealing that while the tournament had been happening the trio had been sent on tour with America where they had been truly treated like the stars they are.

    Calling themselves the most dominant force in all of wrestling. Pete Dunne states that it is not a lie when they say that they are simply levels above everyone else on the UK Brand. In fact he claims that their point has been further proven by the fact that the brand had to put together an entire tournament just to find someone to stand against them. These thoughts are echoed by Tyler Bate who makes it clear that it never mattered to them just who won the tournament because the match they have will end just like every British Strong Style match with the titles staying around their waists!

    Taking the reigns of the promo is the self proclaimed leader of the group Trent Seven. Turning the focus onto the winners of the tournament Sanity. Trent Seven is not all that respectful when he talks about the former NXT Tag Team Champions. Calling them nothing more than a group of crazies who think that insanity can make up for a lack of talent. Trent gives them some credit for getting this far against subpar competition. Yet now as he says they have gone from competing in shallow waters to being dropped into a shark tank!

    Before Seven can continue talking about them Sanity make their arrival to the ring having made their way through the crowd. The audience in attendance are buzzing as the trio hop the guard rail before walking around ringside with their eyes locked on British Strong Style. Both Killian Dain and Alexander Wolfe climb up onto the ring apron while Eric Young follows them soon after having grabbed himself a microphone.

    As Sanity stands on the apron they stare down the champions before slowly climbing into the ring. The leader of the group Eric Young takes a step forward coming face to face with Trent Seven. With a maniacal glint in his eye Young lifts the microphone up before he pauses. Seven seems a little taken aback when suddenly Young drops the microphone and begins throwing punches at Trent Seven! The crowd in attendance are on their feet as Wolfe attacks Bate and Dain attacks Dunne at the same time.

    Punches are flying back and forth until Wolfe ducks a shot from Bate and drives him down into the canvas with a german suplex. This sends Bate rolling out under the ropes and he is soon joined by Dunne who has been crushed with a crossbody block by Dain. With his team mates outside of the ring Seven attempts to flee but he finds himself flanked by Dain and Wolfe. Backing up Seven is hit from behind by Young who then drives him into the canvas with the wheel barrow neckbreaker.

    With the crowd in attendance on their feet SANITY stand tall in the ring while Tyler Bate drags Trent Seven under the bottom rope and out to the floor. Holding the back of his neck Tyler Bate is seething as he drags the groggy Trent Seven to his feet. Pete Dunne meanwhile is clutching his chest as he also helps Bate pull Seven up the ramp. The show then comes to a close with Sanity standing tall in the ring with the tag team titles while British Strong Style back up the ramp.

    Re: WWE United Kingdom Brand

    WWE United Kingdom Brand
    Show Preview
    Episode #92

    vs
    Deonna Purrazzo vs Xia Li

    Following the stunning reveal that Deonna Purrazzo was the newest charge of Malcolm Bivens last week. We saw just what the guidance of Bivens did for her as she dissected Rachel Ellering before forcing her to submit to her fujiwara armbar. This week Deonna will find herself battling an old foe from the Mae Young Classic as she takes on Xia Li. Having grown as a combatant since that match Li is confident she can turn things around this time against the Virtuosa. Will history repeat itself? or can Xia Li even their series to 1 win apiece?

    vs
    Joe Coffey vs Jurn Simmons

    There has been a lot of debate lately in regards to just what will happen to the tag team of the Coffey Brothers. The pair who were formerly dominant champions have endured countless setbacks with some thinking their best days are behind them. With the potential end of the team drawing near GM Katarina Leigh has elected to book both brothers in singles competition for them to get a taste of what it'd be like on their own. Starting things out will be "The Iron Man" Joe Coffey as he finds himself matched up with the ever impressive Jurn Simmons. How will Joe Coffey fair in singles competition?

    vs
    Jamie Hayter vs Piper Niven

    After making some boastful statements this past week the time has now come for Jamie Hayter to make her in ring debut. Not being done any favors for this match Hayter will find herself matched up against Piper Niven. Niven is coming off some big wins but despite this she is not in the best mood having recently been assaulted by Bea Priestley. The question is will she be focused on the task at hand?

    vs
    Heath Slater vs Spike Trivet

    Heath Slater has kids ladies and gentleman. Don't you dare forget that as he will do whatever he has to in order to provide for them. This has put him at odds with Spike Trivet because while Heath Slater was willing to put his morals aside and collect on the Ohno bounty. He would not stand for the disrespect Spike threw his way or the assault he endured at the hands of Ridge Holland. Heath now has his chance to get some retribution here against the snake in the grass. Will he be able to do so?

    vs
    Eric Young vs Trent Seven

    After their respective groups clashed at the end of last week's show. We now know that the main event for this week's show will be a battle between the leaders of Sanity and British Strong Style. With their respective teams set to do battle at the UK Showcase, who will get some momentum for their team ahead of that collision?

    Tegan Nox - The UK Women's Champion will also be appearing this week. Having again clashed with the house of couture. Nox is growing restless as she is desperate to get her hands on Jinny.
    Michael OKU - A special edition of a Walk through the rose garden will feature and it will see Joanna Rose joined by Michael OKU. OKU will talk about his time as part of the UK Brand as well as his issues with Kenny Williams for this exclusive interview.

    WWE United Kingdom Brand
    Episode #92
    "RETURN OF THE TYRANT"

    9/8/19
    Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia
    Dark Match: Mike Kanellis w/Maria Kanellis defeated Danny Burch
    Dark Match: Oney Lorcan defeated Drew Gulak
    Monsters by Shinedown begins to play as the latest edition of the WWE UK Brand show opens up. The video begins with Kassius Ohno picking up an impressive win of Arturo Ruas in a hard hitting collision. From here we'd see Jack Gallagher's vicious assault on Morgan Webster. As the video continues we see Jinny defeat Xia Brookside and also Deonna Purrazzo aligning with Malcolm Bivens. The video then comes to a close with the confrontation between British Strong Style and Sanity. With that this latest show opens up from Newcastle, New South Wales. With a packed crowd in attendance Doug Williams, John Gooden and James R.Kennedy promote the show in front of them until they are cut off by the opening beats of Fabian Aichner's theme.
    ~ Meet the new boss ~

    There are loud boos from the audience in attendance as Fabian Aichner walks out from the back and it is clear that the UK Champion is not in a good mood what so ever. Marching down to the ring Aichner's mood looks to be only further exacerbated by the crowd's reaction to him with loud boos as well as chants for Jordan Devlin.

    With a microphone in hand the UK Champion cuts right to the chase as he demands silence from the audience which only gains him more boos. Branding the fans in attendance sheep who have misunderstood him from the day he walked into this company. Fabian Aichner refuses to accept that he is the villain of this story because he simply chose to take the fast track. Refusing to be happy to just be here. He instead opted to take the brand over and he did so by taking what he felt he deserved.

    Holding his UK Championship proudly in the air Fabian remarks that despite him continually proving himself to be the face of the UK Brand that people don't think he deserves to be where he is right now. Reminding everyone that he didn't just beat Travis Banks he destroyed him and that was without any real negative thoughts or feelings towards the former champion. Citing him as someone who simply had what he wanted. Aichner called everything he did to get the title just a case of doing what he had to in order to get what he wanted.

    However while he may not have had anything personally against Travis Banks. The same cannot be said for the man he is set to defend his championship against at the coming UK Showcase Jordan Devlin! Branding Jordan Devlin a cockroach who scurries back under the fridge when the lights get turned back on. Fabian Aichner makes it clear that he is sick and tired of Jordan's feeble attempts at mind games because he knows come the UK Showcase that he is going to be dismantled at the hands of the next level!

    Aichner's diatribe is soon cut short however by the opening beats of Devlin's theme song. The crowd in attendance begins to cheer as Devlin's theme blasts out while Aichner drops his microphone waving him on for a fight. As Aichner looks to the ramp however we see the camera panning away revealing that Jordan Devlin has snuck through the crowd! With the audience on it's feet Devlin connects with a low blow on Fabian Aichner! The champion falls to his knees and Jordan shockingly follows up by planting him into the canvas with a package piledriver! Rising to his feet Devlin then picks up the UK Championship and stands over the fallen champion as the rabid crowd continue to cheer for the King of the North.
    ~ I have never asked for anything but I am asking for this ~

    Before the first match of the night can begin the cameras direct us to the General Manager's office. Here we see the GM herself Katarina Leigh standing by with the UK Women's Champion Tegan Nox. Nox appears to be pleading her case to the General Manager as she remarks that she has fought everyone they have put in front of her nor has she ever asked for anything until now. Nodding her head Katarina agrees with Nox's assertion before she reveals that at the UK Showcase it will be Tegan Nox vs Jinny!
    Match One: Joe Coffey vs Jurn Simmons

    The opening bout of the night would be Joe Coffey's attempt at showing what he was capable of in singles competition. His opponent would be the tough, hard hitting bruiser Jurn Simmons who very much himself with a man with a similar mentality in Coffey. This was a hard hitting opening contest with both men rocking one another with some heavy strikes. The end however saw Coffey pick up an impressive victory with the Black Coffey discus Lariat.
    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Joe Coffey!
    Spoiler:

    There are cheers from the crowd as the announcement is made and Joe Coffey climbs to his feet. After getting his hand raised Joe Coffey stands tall in the ring while the crowd continue to cheer for him. Backstage we are then shown an impressed Mark Coffey who is applauding his brother for his win.
    ~ What I did to you wasn't personal ~

    "The Devil Inside" by Extreme Music plays as we see a video package highlighting the assault carried out by Bea Priestley on Piper Niven. Once the video package comes to an end we get clips of Bea Priestley talking about her actions and Piper Niven. Claiming that she has nothing against Piper Niven whatsoever. Bea Priestley remarked that what she did was simply something which felt right to her. Likening to an alcoholic who needed a drink or a junkie who needed a fix. Bea claims that what she did was nothing personal it was just something she needed to do at that precise moment!
    ~ A friend in need ~

    Following his surprising antics on the previous show it seems that Mark Andrews wants to set things straight as he arrives at the building. Making a beeline towards the locker room Andrews walks in before he approaches Travis Banks. Clearly there is a lot of respect between the two as they shake hands with one another and begin talking. Revealing he has witnessed everything that has gone on over the past weeks. Andrews says that he respects Banks, Wolfgang and T-Bone for trying to fight the odds against both the Foreign Legion and the Grizzled Young Veterans but that under no circumstances is 5 on 3 ever a fair fight. This is why if Banks is looking to fight then Andrews will also have his back against the numbers game!
    ~ A tough negotiation ~

    Filmed on a camera phone by a nearby fan from earlier in the evening. The footage focuses on the arrival of Kassius Ohno to the building. As Kassius walks to the back door he catches sight of Spike Trivet standing with his back against a wall vape pen in hand. As Ohno comes close to Trivet, he finds Ridge Holland is quick to stand between the two men. The ever smug Trivet doesn't seem impressed at the fact that Ohno doesn't know his place in society and how his kind doesn't get to just walk up to someone like Trivet.

    In response Ohno counters that he's sick of knocking off Trivet's thugs and he wants to know if Spike has the balls to face him like a real man. Blowing the smoke from his vape towards Ohno. Trivet claims he'd love to humiliate him but his time is very valuable and he is wasting enough of it by talking to Ohno now and wrestling that undesirable Heath Slater later on. However ever the businessman Spike Trivet offers Kassius Ohno a deal. If Kassius Ohno can defeat Ridge Holland next week then he will face Spike Trivet at the UK Showcase!
    Match Two: Jamie Hayter vs Piper Niven

    Making her in ring debut Jamie Hayter was done no favors as she found herself faced off with Piper Niven. Niven of course has been on a hot streak lately but here she found an opponent who was capable of throwing just as heavy blows as she was. This bout very much was a battle but it appeared that Hayter being as arrogant as she was slowly began trying to humiliate and embarrass her opponent as opposed to defeating her. This eventually cost her as Niven was able to make a comeback before pinning Hayter following a running crossbody block.
    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Piper Niven!

    There are cheers from the audience in attendance as Piper Niven climbs to her feet and gets her arm raised in the air. As she finishes her celebration Niven turns to see Jamie Hayter pulling herself to her feet in the corner. Looking to show her opponent some respect Niven offers Hayter a handshake which Hayter looks hesitant to accept. Surprisingly Hayter accepts the offer but this is soon proved to be a ruse as Bea Priestley attacks Piper Niven from behind. Niven hits the canvas as both Priestley and Hayter unite putting the boots to her as the crowd erupts into boos. Dragging Niven to her feet Jamie Hayter in a display of power lifts Niven onto her shoulders in a fireman's carry position while Priestley hits the ropes. Running off from the ropes Priestley hits Niven with a neckbreaker at the same time as a Samoan Drop by Hayter. Once they are to their feet Hayter and Priestley stare down with one another tensely before leaving the ring.
    ~ An unfriendly face ~

    The cameras then direct us to the hallway of the building where it appears that a heated exchange is taking place between Dakota Kai and Kay Lee Ray. Kay Lee Ray for her part as normal seems to be the instigator here as she blames Kai for her not winning the 6 woman match the other week. Dakota for her part brushes Kay Lee Ray off by reminding she didn't win either but nothing she says clearly makes a difference as Kay Lee Ray shoves her. The two women then begin to face off with one another when officials quickly arrive on the scene to part both women before it can kick off.
    ~ Explain yourself ~

    Post Show footage then airs focusing on Morgan Webster leaving the trainers room after his match with Jack Gallagher. Beaten and bruised Webster seems surprised to find Isla Dawn standing by waiting for him. Dawn has an eerie smile on her face as she questions if Webster has learned a lesson that Jack Gallagher is not his friend. Webster responds that the man he fought last week was not the Jack Gallagher he knew. Demanding answers Morgan wants to know what Isla did to Jack but all she does is continue to smile before telling Morgan that she awoke the real Jack Gallagher!
    Match Three: Deonna Purrazzo w/Malcolm Bivens vs Xia Li

    A rematch from the Mae Young Classic then took place as Deonna Purrazzo battled Xia Li. Since that time while Xia Li has gained more ring time and experience. It would seem Deonna Purrazzo might have made the bigger changes as she was now accompanied by Malcolm Bivens. This match would again be a showcase match for the cerebral style of Deonna as she continually worked over Li's arm. Li would make a slight comeback and have Deonna reeling with some kicks including a wheel kick which sent her out onto the apron. Yet this led to a turning point in the bout as Li tried to pull Deonna back in the ring only for Purrazzo to yank her arm down across the top rope. Screaming out in pain as she dropped to a knee Li soon fell prey to the fujiwara submission as Purrazzo picked up her second straight victory.

    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Deonna Purrazzo!

    The crowd in attendance boos as the announcement is made and Deonna Purrazzo releases the hold. On the outside of the ring a smug Malcolm Bivens is clapping his hands applauding his client while Purrazzo stands over her fallen opponent. After having her hand raised Purrazzo bows over her opponent while the crowd continues booing the virtuosa.

    ~ Monster, Monster under your bed ~

    "Wolves in the Dark" by Throw the Fight plays as we see a silhouette of a woman in the darkness. With a maniacal laugh the woman slowly comes into view and is revealed to be AIVIL. Deranged and maniacal AIVIL doesn't say a word as she stares down the camera menacingly after a couple of moments AIVIL lunges towards the cameraman sending the camera flying. Following a couple of screams in the background the camera is picked up and pulled close to the face of AIVIL as the screen fades out with the words.. AIVIL is coming soon!
    ~ Everything has a return ~

    Much to the annoyance of the audience in attendance "Lost within" by Fivefold plays as Malcolm Bivens walks out onto the ramp with a microphone in his hand. Bivens seems to be quite in high spirits following his client Deonna Purrazzo's earlier victory. Yet soon Malcolm Bivens appears to be down to business as he calls for his other client The Commonwealth Champion Timothy Thatcher to join him.

    The pair begin to walk down to the ring and it is noticeable that Thatcher is dressed to compete as Bivens again begins to blast the fans and the UK Brand for the disrespect that his client Timothy Thatcher has received. Calling him not just the best wrestler in the world today but also the greatest champion in wrestling history since Lou Thesz. Malcolm Bivens says that tonight is not about building the Thatcher legacy. Instead tonight is about reclaiming honor.

    As the two reach the ring Bivens claims that what happened to Timothy Thatcher two weeks ago at the hands of Steve Xavier was testament exactly to the treatment that Mr.Thatcher has thus far received as part of this brand but that it was now about to be brought to a halt once and for all. Again calling his client one of the best wrestlers in the world Malcolm Bivens reminds everyone of how easy Timothy Thatcher found it to hurt his opponents and right now if Steve Xavier has the balls to step in this ring with him.. Mr.Thatcher won't just hurt him.. He will Cripple him!
    Match Four: Timothy Thatcher w/Malcolm Bivens vs Steve Xavier - Commonwealth Championship

    A commonwealth Championship rematch would then take place as Timothy Thatcher defended both his title and reputation against Steve Xavier. Similar to their first bout Timothy Thatcher looked to be the overall better wrestler as he very much out wrestled Steve Xavier throughout the bout. However Xavier was able to throw off Thatcher at points by throwing the rule book out of the window. This would include biting his opponent and attacking his eyes. Xavier's disregard for the rules only further incited Bivens at ringside who fired up his client by yelling that he was trying to embarrass him. Not long after Thatcher would connect with one of his renownedly vicious headbutts onto Xavier which sent him tumbling out to the floor. Yet as Thatcher went out the ring in the hopes to follow up he'd be laid out with a steel chair shot by Xavier!
    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match as a result of a disqualification Timothy Thatcher!

    The audience are in shock as Thatcher falls to the ground following the chair shot and Steve Xavier stands over him. The referee is quick to leave the ring and get between the two so he can check on Thatcher who appears to be bleeding following the blow. The fired up Xavier meanwhile climbs onto the barricade and holds the chair in the air to a pop from the crowd before he makes a swift exit through the audience.

    ~ Don't mess with the crazy ones ~

    While her allies in SANITY are all calm and collected ahead of Eric Young's match tonight with Trent Seven. The group are currently taking refuge in the dark and dank boiler room of the building. Nikki Cross is her usual erratic self until surprisingly the door to the boiler room opens up and in walks Millie McKenzie. In a surprising move Millie McKenzie basically squares up to Nikki Cross and the pair go nose to nose. Fired up Millie then makes it clear that she wants a match with Nikki Cross. With a smirk on her face Nikki Cross nods her head excitedly accepting the challenge.
    ~ The Rose Garden ~

    A special edition of a Walk through the Rose Garden then plays as Joanna Rose is joined by Michael OKU. Over the course of this interview Joanna Rose asks OKU questions about his UK Brand run so far as well everything that has gone on about Kenny Williams. OKU admits that so far he has had more downs than ups and has struggled more than he had expected. However he saw the Tag Team Classic as an opportunity to turn things around and reestablish himself.

    Saying that he had a great amount of respect for Kenny Williams from what he'd seen of him as part of the Brand before he got here. Michael OKU says that he asked Kenny to be his partner out of respect but clearly that respect was only a one way street because Kenny doesn't respect him. OKU also says that clearly Kenny wasn't the man he thought him to be and this is why OKU now wants to fight Kenny Williams. Not just to show Kenny that he can't get away with what he has done to him but also to make sure that he beats the respect into him!
    ~ Karma is a bitch ~

    In a scene reminiscent of the ending of Silence of the Lambs. We see an anxious Shane Thorne rushing through the hallway constantly checking back as he clearly is paranoid about being followed. Soon we'd see the reason for this paranoia as it is clear that he is being pursued by Mark Davis and Kyle Fletcher. Backing up to the locker room door Shane Thorne attempts to talk down both men when the door to the room opens up and Adam Brooks attacks Shane Thorne! Looking for revenge Adam Brooks batters Shane Thorne with punches and elbows on the ground until he is pulled off by security. As Brooks backs up he is patted on the back by a celebratory Aussie Open having gotten some revenge here.
    Match Five: Heath Slater vs Spike Trivet w/Ridge Holland

    Looking to prove himself both to the UK Fans and to Spike Trivet for that matter. Former WWE Tag Team Champion Heath Slater very much took the fight to his smug opponent. However if there is one thing we know about Spike Trivet is that while he might be a conniving individual who has no trouble taking an easy way out. He is also a talented competitor who in the words of James R.Kennedy might be one of the best tacticians on the roster. This was shown here as he worked over the knee of Slater and this proved vital towards the end of the bout as he was able to pick out Slater's leg countering a DDT attempt. With Slater grounded Trivet then clamped on a submission he called the Fox Trap (Single Leg Boston Crab) for the victory.

    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Spike Trivet!

    The crowd in attendance boos as the announcement is made and it appears that Spike is in no rush to release the hold. When he finally does so we then see Ridge Holland hoist Slater up in the air before tossing him out the ring. Trivet meanwhile shoves referee Chris Roberts out of the ring as he can be heard stating that he is clearing it of the riff raff. Once the ring is clear Ridge Holland raises Trivet's arm in the air to jeers.

    ~ I'll go wherever you will go ~

    Before the main event of tonight's show can begin. We are played an interview from earlier in the evening as Frankie B caught word with Toni Storm. Toni Storm is fired up during this interview as she wants to make a point directly for Emma. Remarking that until now Emma has avoided fighting her face to face and straight up. Toni Storm uses this interview to promise that Emma can't keep hiding from her and that she will not be able to avoid this ass kicking for much longer!
    Main Event: Trent Seven vs Eric Young

    Finally it was time for the main event of the evening as Trent Seven battled Eric Young. A battle between two experienced veterans and noted rule breakers it seemed that both men in the early going were wise to one another's tactics no matter how questionable. As the match went on we'd see both men continue to bend the rules in order to get ahead while the crowd in attendance made dueling chants for both men's respective groups. Once the bout left the ring both men started brawling at ringside and we saw British Strong Style walking down to the ring.

    Unsurprisingly was that it didn't take long for SANITY to then come down as well and chaos soon commenced as both groups completely through the rule books out the window and the match was totally forgotten in place of a wild skirmish. The crowd in attendance were buzzing as the brawl went off and while last week we saw Sanity take the upperhand. This time around we'd see British Strong Style begin to get the better of the action.

    This was down to Trent Seven again proving himself to be quite the conniving individual as he baited Killian Dain into charging at him wildly before side stepping sending Dain tumbling over the commentary table and taking out James R.Kennedy much to the amusement of his broadcast colleagues. With the numbers game now in their favor we'd see Tyler Bate and Trent Seven unite to beat up Alexander Wolfe while Eric Young battled Pete Dunne in the ring.

    Together the pair of Seven and Bate sent Wolfe head first into the ring post before they'd climb up onto the apron while Dunne started to smirk. The numbers game against him Eric Young looked round at all three men before he'd surprisingly begin to break out in maniacal laughter. We'd soon see why as Nikki Cross made her presence felt by hitting Tyler Bate across the back with a steel chair. Bate would fall off the apron and Nikki threw Eric a chair before she joined him in the ring.

    Going back to back with Eric Young it appears that Nikki Cross is willing to fight off British Strong Style with a chair herself. Both Dunne and Seven seem a tad hesitant to jump in when Killian Dain snatches Seven off the apron and lamps him with a big shot sending him over the guard rail. Dunne and Bate then quickly hop the rail on the overside before Wolfe can attack them with a kendo stick he had got from under the ring. While British Strong Style regroup in the crowd we see Sanity again standing tall in the ring as the show comes to a close!

    Re: WWE United Kingdom Brand

    WWE United Kingdom Brand
    Show Preview
    Episode #93

    vs
    Rampage Brown vs Travis Banks

    He's asked for competition and now he has it as this week's main event will see Rampage Brown battle against "The Kiwi Buzzsaw" Travis Banks. This without a doubt will be Brown's toughest match too date as he battles the former UK Champion. How will he fare with a big step up in competition?

    vs
    Mark Coffey vs Caveman Ugg

    With Brother Joe picking up his first singles win this past week. It's now time for Joe Coffey to see if he can follow suit. Mark will not have an easy task in front of him as he takes on the unpredictable, unorthodox Caveman Ugg. Will Mark be able to replicate the success his brother had?

    vs
    Kasey Owens vs Bea Priestley

    Since her arrival to the UK Brand Bea Priestley hasn't made many friends thanks to her attitude not to mention actions in regards to Piper Niven. The self proclaimed half monster will be making her in ring debut this week against the always tough and always game Kasey Owens. Owens for her part is said to have personally asked for this bout out of disgust for Priestley's actions. Will she able to spoil the debut of Priestley?

    vs
    Kip Sabian vs Mark Andrews

    The newest Member of the Grizzled Young Veterans "Superbad" Kip Sabian will make his singles debut as he battles against Mark Andrews. The Grizzled Young Veterans lately seem to have formed an alliance of sorts with the Foreign Legion as they have all combined to lash out against Travis Banks. Yet they have found Banks has a few allies of his own including popular high flyer Mark Andrews. Shown to perhaps be the most arrogant of the group Kip Sabian will have his handsfull here with Andrews. Is this perhaps too much too soon for his debut?

    vs
    Ridge Holland vs Kassius Ohno

    In what is a high stakes bout for Kassius Ohno he will battle the hulking Ridge Holland. An employee and mercenary of Spike Trivet. Ridge Holland has shown little trouble in carrying out the wishes of Trivet no matter how vile or horrible those commands are in regards to hurting people. Now Holland has the chance to collect on Trivet's bounty on Ohno knowing that if he loses Kassius Ohno will face Spike Trivet at the UK Showcase. Can Holland collect on the bounty? or will Ohno get his chance to get his hands on Trivet?

    Also set to appear
    Piper Niven - Having been the recipient of another attack at the hands of Bea Priestley. Piper Niven is set to appear this week as she will address Bea and her running buddy Jamie Hayter.
    Kay Lee Ray - It seems that Kay Lee Ray might be harboring some resentment towards Dakota Kai following their participation in the women's match a few weeks ago. After their confrontation this past week, we will hear more from KLR and just what her feelings are in regards to Kai.
    Steve Xavier - Two times now Steve Xavier has stepped in the ring with Timothy Thatcher and on both times he has gotten himself purposely disqualified. Now we know that Steve will be taking part in a walk through the rose garden as he explains what has caused him to take this approach.
    Kenny Williams - Having shown a new side to himself as of late. We know that this week Kenny Williams will be appearing to not only give his side of the story but also address the challenge laid out to him by Michael OKU.
    Jordan Devlin - Steadily ramping up the mind games every week to the UK Champion. Jordan Devlin is believed to be scheduled for an interview this week as he talks his upcoming match with Fabian Aichner.

    Re: WWE United Kingdom Brand

    WWE UK Brand Newswire
    New UK Brand Addition!

    As the WWE UK Brand enters it's new exciting chapter with several members of the main roster coming in for extended spells. We now know that despite earlier reports of all the additions being announced. That one more name will soon be joining the brand by personal request. This name will be "The Premier Athlete" Tony Nese. The former Cruiserweight Champion is believed to have personally requested this move to see how he fares against the best the UK has to offer.
    Former Tag Team Champions set for tryouts!
    With the brand's continued rise in prominence we now know that two former Tag Team Champions will be making their WWE returns as they undergo tryouts with the UK Brand.

    The first of which will be the talented South African Justin Gabriel who was best known for his time with the nexus and his tag team run with Heath Slater. The highflying superstar has spent his years leaving the WWE wrestling all across the globe dazzling audiences with his highflying abilities. A daredevil of the highest order Black has shown his willingness to put his body on the line night in and night out. Which is what fans can most definitely expect from his return to the brand.

    The second will be 2nd generation star Harry Smith. The son of the legendary British Bulldog. While the last time we saw Harry he was still a young fresh faced rookie. Things have now greatly changed for Harry since we have last seen him. Harry Smith has spent many years of his career since we last saw him dominating the competition in Japan. Shown to be a ruthless individual with a nasty mean streak. Smith has absolutely no remorse for what happens in that ring. Even if he has to break bones to win.

    WWE United Kingdom Brand
    Episode #93
    "An Absence of Faith"

    16/8/19
    Tamworth, New South Wales, Australia
    Dark Match: Shelton Benjamin defeated Mike Kanellis
    Dark Match: Billie Kay w/Peyton Royce defeated Xia Brookside
    Monsters by Shinedown plays as the latest edition of the UK Brand opens up. Starting things out per the norm is a video package highlighting what went on the past week. This begins with another confrontation between Jordan Devlin and Fabian Aichner before progressing to the assault on Piper Niven by both Bea Priestley and Jamie Hayter. The video then closes with the chaotic battle between Sanity and British Strong Style as this latest show opens up before a packed crowd in attendance. Before the audience in attendance Doug Williams, John Gooden and James R. Kennedy hype up the show ahead of the first match of the evening.
    Match #1: Ridge Holland vs Kassius Ohno

    Kicking off the night would be a high stakes singles contest as Ridge Holland battled Kassius Ohno. In what was a hard hitting clash of two heavy hitting bruisers it must be said that a majority of the bout was dominated by Holland. Shown to be backstage watching this clash is Spike Trivet and he seemed to be thrilled with the domination turned in. A big pounce by Ridge got him a near fall. Soon after however in a shocking reversal of fate Ohno was able to launch into a comeback ending with a cyclone boot to the jaw. This would put Holland down and allow Ohno to pick up a stunning upset!

    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Kassius Ohno!

    Following this stunning comeback the crowd in attendance are on their feet. Slowly pulling himself to his feet after this shock win is Kassius Ohno and has he has his arm raised the cameras cut backstage to where Frankie B has joined Spike Trivet. Revealing that later on tonight there will be an official contract signing. Frankie B tries to get Trivet's thoughts but he storms out of the room instead.

    ~ Consequences ~

    Footage then plays from earlier on in the evening as we see Emma making her arrival to the building. As she does so Emma is greeted by a crew who informs her that the general manager is looking for her. However Emma brushes the crew member off and instead chooses to head for the locker room area. On her way however Emma bumps into Wade Barrett. Barrett looks to be in quite a good mood as he is happy to have caught Emma. The reason for which is he has some news for her. This news is that at the UK Showcase it has been decided that Emma will wrestle Toni Storm! With that Wade Barrett walks off as a livid Emma looks on in disbelief.
    ~ Divide and Destroy ~

    Speaking of the locker room area we then see a meeting in the middle of taking place between the units of The Foreign Legion as well as the Grizzled Young Veterans. Speaking for his team Marcel Barthel calls tonight a pivotal moment for this union as they will break all those who oppose them! Speaking up Zack Gibson asks exactly what the plan is for tonight and it again is Barthel who responds as he states that tonight The Grizzled Young Veterans will put to rest any thoughts of people aligning with Travis Banks with what they do to Mark Andrews. While The Foreign Legion will make sure Travis Banks doesn't walk out of this building!
    ~ Convenient Allies ~

    Before returning to the ring footage is then played from after last week's show as in the women's locker room Bea Priestley and Jamie Hayter begin to talk. Now while the pair seem quite happy with themselves for what they did to Piper Niven it also soon become apparent that these two weren't quite friends as they first appeared. In fact the pair would each brag that they come up with the idea to take down Niven. Both women clearly have their egos but they agree that for now they will help one another.
    Match #2: Mark Coffey vs Caveman Ugg

    Looking to recreate his brother's success from the previous week Mark Coffey found himself in a tough bout tonight as he battled the maniac Caveman Ugg. Giving off major Bruiser Brody vibes Caveman Ugg in this match was all about brawling. Quickly becoming a crowd favorite because of his manic style Ugg took the fight to Coffey. The two men would spend a lot of the match fighting on the outside of the ring before finally the match returned inside and all it took was one mistake to end things. As Mark Coffey was able to duck a wild swing by Ugg before connecting with a leaping enzugiri kick to the back of the head. Wasting no time Mark then hit the ropes before running off with a vicious Red Forearm for the victory.

    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Mark Coffey!

    The crowd in attendance gives some respectful applause as Mark Coffey takes a knee following his hard fought battle. Looking over at his downed opponent Coffey takes a second to nod his head his opponent's way before he climbs to his feet with the support of the ropes. Once he's up Mark has his hand raised in the air while the cameras cut backstage and show a proud Joe Coffey applauding his brother.

    ~ We aren't supposed to talk about it ~

    Continuing on what we have seen from them previously it is no surprise that as the cameras take us backstage we see another wild brawl in process between British Strong Style and Sanity. As this chaos goes everywhere through the hallway we see Nikki Cross again get involved as she'd hop on the back of Pete Dunne putting herself in harms way as Killian Dain launched himself at Pete Dunne with a crossbody putting the three through a catering table. Alexander Wolfe and Trent Seven meanwhile would be battling it out at the concession stands while Tyler Bate and Eric Young were trading punches. A cavalcade of security and officials then would arrive onto the scene before things could escalate further and slowly they'd manage to part the warring factions.
    ~ Declarations ~

    Taking to the GM's office the cameras focus on the general manager of the UK Brand Katarina Leigh. The GM seems to be in high spirits as she reveals some big news for next week's show. Firstly Katarina announces that she had a meeting with Millie McKenzie earlier on in the evening and that next week Millie will get her wish granted as she will battle Nikki Cross! Following this Katarina announces that speaking of wishes being granted she is also granting Adam Brooks his wish as he will be given another match with Shane Thorne next week!
    ~ The Fashionista Files ~

    Ahead of the next bout of the night Frankie B stands by with "The Fashionista" Jinny for an interview. During this interview Jinny is highly condescending to Frankie before eventually she just demands she exits her shot. From here with the spotlight on her alone Jinny reveals that over the next 2 weeks Tegan Nox will be battling the members of her House of Couture.
    Match #3: Bea Priestley w/Jamie Hayter vs Kasey Owens

    Making her in ring debut the self proclaimed Half Monster Bea Priestley found herself taking on the always game Kasey Owens. As one might expect from Owens this was a hard fought battle for the sadistic Priestley. Unlike her running buddy Hayter we'd see that Priestley wouldn't take her eye off the ball to humiliate her opponent. Instead however Bea would be shown to get too carried away when trying to hurt her opponent and this left her open to counters as we'd see when Owens was able to counter a snap suplex attempt on the apron with a falcon arrow across the ring apron. As the match waged on it would be some interference by Jamie Hayter which paid dividends as Bea was able to finish things with an Ocean Cyclone Suplex to get the pin.

    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Bea Priestley!

    The Crowd erupts into boos as Bea Priestley climbs to her feet and has her arm raised in victory. Despite getting the win it seems that it isn't enough for Bea as she jumps right on Kasey and batters her with punches. Bea is soon joined by Hayter in this attack on Owens when suddenly Piper Niven charges down to the ring. As Niven hits the ring both Priestley and Hayter make their leave and dart over the guard rail. While the duo back their way up through the stands Niven starts to check on Owens.
    ~ A Walk through the Rose Garden ~

    The latest installment of a Walk through the Rose Garden then plays as Joanna Rose is joined by her guest for the evening Steve Xavier. During this interview Xavier spoke openly of how he's grown up a fighter not a wrestler. Commenting how he is the total opposite of someone like Timothy Thatcher. Steve Xavier says that people like Timothy Thatcher will forever look down their nose at people like Steve Xavier. Yet the thing that will always change that perspective is when Xavier breaks Thatcher's nose.

    Calling himself Thatcher's most dangerous foe, Xavier reminds everyone how he is the known king of insanity. Taking a moment to show his scars to the world Xavier remarks that while he isn't some technical maestro like Thatcher. He has proven something that Thatcher hasn't which is when the chips are down he will put everything on the line in order to win. He will break his own body to beat his opponent. So if Thatcher is as angry with Xavier as Malcolm Bivens claims. Then he will have to step in Xavier's world!
    ~ Cruel is a matter of perspective ~

    As we'd learn from this sit down interview between Jordan Devlin and John Gooden. For promotion for the UK Showcase Jordan Devlin is currently on a press tour going location to location. Although as Jordan is quick to assert the real reason he is having to do this is that the UK Brand is looking to protect it's champion from him. John Gooden is quick to call into question Jordan's tactics with Fabian Aichner. With a smirk Jordan Devlin reminds everyone that before the fans got behind the King of the North.

    He was the original bad boy and trouble maker of this brand. When asked about the champion Fabian Aichner and how he got to be champion Jordan Devlin admits that he respects how Aichner took no prisoners in an effort to get what he wanted. However while he respects what Fabian has accomplished. He does not respect the man in question. This is why for the past few months he has taken the fight to Aichner to show him that Fabian isn't the only one willing to do anything to get what he wants. Closing this interview Jordan ends things by saying while he isn't at the arena. He knows he has permanent residence in Aichner's head and it is because of that he will be taking that championship from Aichner come Showcase: Sydney.
    Match #4: Mark Andrews vs Kip Sabian

    Another debut for the night would be Kip Sabian as he battled against Mark Andrews. Sabian has often been billed as the vainest and most arrogant of the Grizzled Young Veterans which knowing the personalities of the group is saying something. Through out the bout Sabian would show boat and eye up girls at ringside as he took control of a majority of the bout. This would be until Andrews countered a powerbomb attempt with a sunset flip powerbomb. With Sabian stunned Mark wasted no time in following up with a shooting star press which was enough to earn the victory.

    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Mark Andrews!

    There are cheers from the audience until Mark Andrews is jumped from behind by both James Drake and Zack Gibson. Gibson and Drake begin to put the boots to Andrews while a groggy Kip Sabian pulls himself to his feet. Before Sabian can join in the attack both Wolfgang and Tyson T-Bone hit the ring. Wolfgang is armed with brass knuckles and T-Bone has a chain wrapped around his fist and on seeing this all three members of the Grizzled Young Veterans bail. While the GYV back their way up the ramp Tyson T-Bone helps Mark Andrews up to his feet.
    ~ A common cause ~

    Following her defeat earlier in the night Kasey Owens is being tended to by medics when she is visited by Piper Niven. After checking on her friend's well fare following her match with Bea Priestley. Niven asks Kasey if she is as pissed off and looking for another round as she is. Nodding her head with a smirk Kasey Owens agrees as she remarks that it's time they took the fight to Bea and Jamie!
    ~ This isn't a new me. It's who I've always been ~

    "Popular Monster" by Falling in Reverse plays as a video package plays in tribute to Kenny Williams. The video focuses on his time spent in the UK Brand so far leading up to his shocking assault on Michael OKU a few weeks ago. Over the course of the video we hear a voice over from Kenny Williams. During his voice over Kenny Williams talks about how being apart of the UK Brand molded him and shaped him into the man he is now. Remarking that he has been forced to make hard choices and fight people he liked. Kenny continues by stating that he doesn't hate Michael OKU. Instead he just sees him as an annoyance. Someone who keeps getting in his way and preventing his success. Reminding everyone of how at the past 4 UK Showcases he has left victorious Kenny Williams says in regards to OKU's Challenge for a match. He accepts knowing that come Showcase Sydney he will be leaving the exact same way!
    ~ Far from over ~

    "Leave it all Behind" by Cult to Follow plays in the background as highlights of last week's confrontation between Kay Lee Ray and Dakota Kai is played. Once the highlight video comes to an end the cameras cut to footage filmed from earlier in the night as Kay Lee Ray is joined by Frankie B. During this interview Kay Lee would be asked just what her issues were with Dakota Kai. Branding Kai a scalp she has wanted to claim for years. Remarking that for one reason or another Kai has managed to avoid her. Kay Lee Ray says that right now there is no more running and Kai cannot hide from her. From here the promo ends with Kay Lee Ray announcing that in two weeks she will be wrestling Dakota Kai in a match.
    Match #5: Travis Banks vs Rampage Brown

    For the final match of the night it would be Travis Banks against Rampage Brown in what was Brown's biggest match too date as part of the UK Brand. This would be a hard hitting contest and answered a lot of questions about whether Brown would be able to handle such a high level opponent. To his credit Brown performed great in this bout as he used his power to throw Banks across the ring at points.

    True to form Banks was unwilling to back down despite his imposing opponent. In fact quite surprisingly Banks seemed rather happy to stand and trade strikes with him in this physical battle. As the match waged on it seemed the kicks of Banks were playing into effect as he was able to counter a powerbomb attempt from Brown before hopping up on the ropes and leaping back with a Slice of Heaven Kick.

    Before Banks can make a cover however he is blindsided by Clement Petiot. The referee Chris Roberts looks to call for the bell but he is laid out by Marcel Barthel while the crowd boos. As the pair's beatdown begins on Banks we see in the background Rampage Brown beginning to recover. Once he is too his feet Brown watches what is going on before he starts to step out onto the apron. However before Petiot and Barthel can hit Banks with a double suplex they are each clubbed across the back by Rampage Brown.

    The crowd in attendance begins to cheer as Brown puts Barthel down on the canvas with a big clothesline. Clement Petiot tries to attack Brown but he is goozled by Brown instead. After doubling Petiot over Brown drives him into the canvas with a powerbomb to a huge pop. Before Brown can do more damage Barthel pulls Clement out of the ring while Brown stares them down. Soon after Brown comes face to face with Banks who offers him a handshake. Glaring at Banks, Brown shakes his head before leaving the ring and storming backstage.
    ~ If it's a fight you are looking for ~

    Following the chaos at ringside the cameras take us to the corridor of the building where Fabian Aichner is standing by. The UK Champion doesn't seem happy with some of his cohorts being thwarted in their attack attempt on Travis Banks when he surprisingly finds himself confronted by Justin Gabriel! As he stares down Aichner the former tag team champion remarks that Aichner looks like someone who wants a fight. Commenting that he knows Jordan Devlin isn't around to accept that proposal Justin instead puts his name forward as he challenges Aichner to a match! This challenge causes the stoic Aichner to break into a smirk before he accepts Gabriel's challenge for a match next week!
    ~ Through the looking glass ~

    Before we can return to the ring the cameras were taken to a commotion in the backstage area. Here we see towards concession stands a gathering circling round as a vicious assault was being carried out by Jack Gallagher on Morgan Webster. As Isla Dawn watched on proudly from the distance the frenzied Gallagher. During this attack Gallagher begins headbutting the downed Webster from a mounted position until he is pulled off by security. It's only under the command of Isla that Jack calms down and as the pair walk away from the scene officials begin to check on Webster.
    ~ Making it Official ~

    Finally it was time for a contract signing to take place. Following his impressive win earlier in the night Kassius Ohno would join GM Katarina Leigh in her office to make things official. Standing across the other side of the room is an angered Spike Trivet who looks to be in a salty mood with Ridge Holland having been defeated. A table between them with a contract on it Kassius Ohno is the first to sign it as he warns Trivet that he can't run from him any longer.

    Once he has signed the contract Ohno shoves it across the table to Trivet before he warns him that everything that will happen to him at the UK Showcase he has had coming to him for months. Having not said a word Trivet shockingly in disgust spits on the contract before he throws it across the table at Ohno. This causes a livid Ohno to push the table aside and drive Trivet into the wall behind him.

    As he does so however Trivet uses the fountain pen to gouge the face of Ohno. This vicious act slowly puts Kassius down on the floor while a horrified Katarina calls for security. Driving the pen into Ohno's face Trivet stands up from Ohno before he tosses it to the floor and adjusts his tie. His white shirt sleeves now having specs of blood on it from this attack. Trivet calmly picks up the contract and presses it at the top of Ohno's head effectively signing the contract in Ohno's blood. As the show begins to fade out a seething Trivet issues the threat to Ohno that now is the time for drastic measures and he will have no problem in getting his hands dirty!

    Re: WWE United Kingdom Brand

    WWE United Kingdom Brand
    Episode #94
    Preview

    vs

    &

    Bea Priestley and Jamie Hayter vs Kasey Owens and Piper Niven

    Since their respective arrivals to the UK Brand there have been a lot of eyes on the pair of Bea Priestley and Jamie Hayter. A union perhaps more of convenience than respect. The pair have set their sights on Piper Niven as of late which has in turn caused Niven to align with Kasey Owens to fight back against them. Owens of course has also been a recipient of a Hayter/Priestley beatdown was more than happy to agree to this match. Can Nivens and Owens get some revenge? And can Priestley and Hayter actually coexist?

    vs
    Adam Brooks vs Shane Thorne

    Former running buddies will collide as Adam Brooks battles Shane Thorne. A former member of Thorne's Mighty stable, Brooks has recently of course been opposing his old group as he joined forces with Aussie Open. Since that time Brooks has freqeuntly be targeted by Thorne and his group. With this match Brooks has a chance to gain some revenge on the man who has been orchestrating his pain as of late. Can Brooks gain some redemption?

    vs
    Nikki Cross vs Millie McKenzie

    Since she arrived in the UK Brand Millie McKenzie has been a stand out on the roster for her spirited performances despite her youth. Ever improving it isn't often that we see Millie lose her cool and out right demand a fight. Yet in the case of the psychotic Nikki Cross, Millie has thrown this challenge out. Now the match is confirmed just what will happen when these two step in the ring?

    vs
    Kenny Williams vs TK Cooper

    Formerly one of the UK Brand's most popular stars things have definitely changed now in the case of Kenny Williams. With many citing a new attitude and an embracing of the darkside Kenny of course is getting set for his match with Michael OKU at the UK Showcase. Yet before that bout he will be competing this week against upstart TK Cooper. Just what can we expect from this new Kenny Williams?

    vs
    Tegan Nox vs Lana Austin

    It was announced this past week that ahead of the UK Showcase that the UK Women's Champion Tegan Nox will be competing against Jinny's house of couture in singles action. The first match will take place this week and it will see Nox battle the high flying Lana Austin. In what is arguably the daredevil's biggest match yet with the UK Brand, how will she perform against the women's champion?

    vs
    James Drake vs Rampage Brown

    At the conclusion of Rampage Brown's bout with Travis Banks last week. It seemed to many that Brown was answering a lot of questions about just what he could do against a credible opponent. Yet he never got the chance to put a stamp on it thanks to the arrival of the Foreign Legion. Angered at their assault of his opponent Rampage Brown would uncharacteristically get involved and thwart their attack. This has put him in the group's crosshairs as their allies the Grizzled Young Veterans have sent James Drake this week to teach him a lesson. How will James Drake fair against Rampage Brown?

    vs
    Justin Gabriel vs Fabian Aicher (c) - WWE UK Championship Match

    What was originally only a challenge match is now set to be a UK Championship match for the main event this week. As we know that Justin Gabriel looking to make a return to the WWE will take on reigning champion Fabian Aichner. The decision to make this a championship match was one made by Wade Barrett with some citing perhaps a case of conflict of interest thanks to his nexus past with Justin Gabriel. How will Gabriel fare in his return to the brand? Will he be able to unseat the reigning champion Fabian Aichner?
    Also set to appear
    The Coffey Brothers - With doubts about their future still present. We have seen now both Mark Coffey and Joe Coffey step in the ring for singles competition to prove their worth. Now we know for a fact this week the pair will be meeting with Wade Barrett to talk further about their future with the UK Brand.
    "Flash" Morgan Webster - After suffering a nasty assault last week at the hands of Jack Gallagher. It is confirmed that this week Morgan Webster will be a guest on the Rose Garden. During this interview Webster will cover a variety of subjects including his thoughts on what his friend has become.
    "The snake in the grass" Spike Trivet - Now having to put his money where his mouth is Spike Trivet will appear this week to address his upcoming match with Kassius Ohno at Showcase: Sydney.
    Dakota Kai - The announcement has been made that in two weeks time Dakota Kai will battle Kay Lee Ray. This past week Kay Lee Ray made the bold proclamation that Dakota Kai has run from this fight for years. We now know that Kai will be appearing this week for an interview with Frankie B to address these claims.

    WWE United Kingdom Brand
    Episode #94
    "Massive Corporate Disease"

    23/8/19
    Ballarat, Victoria, Australia
    Dark Match: Peyton Royce and Billie Kay defeated Steph De Lander and Indi Hartwell
    Dark Match: Danny Burch defeated Chris Ridgeway
    Monsters by Shinedown plays as the latest edition of the UK Brand opens with a video package detailing highlights from the previous week's show. This would begin by the impressive comeback by Kassius Ohno to defeat Ridge Holland. From here clips would show Rampage Brown temporarily aligning with Travis Banks to fight off the Foreign Legion before the video culminates with the nasty attack by Spike Trivet on Kassius Ohno. With that this latest week's show would open up from Victoria, Australia. With a packed crowd in attendance James R. Kennedy, Doug Williams and John Gooden promote tonight's event before sending us to the GM's office for a big announcement.
    ~ An executive decision ~

    As our show opens up we are quickly transported backstage to the General Manager's office where Katarina Leigh is standing by to make an important announcement. Having witnessed the brawls as of late between both factions and with the knowledge that both Sanity and British Strong Style are proponents of the Freebird Rule. Katarina has elected that at Showcase: Sydney it will now be a 6 man tag team match for the UK Tag Team Championships!

    ~ A walk through the Rose Garden ~

    For her latest edition of a Walk through the Rose Garden our host Joanna Rose found herself joined by a true UK Brand original "Flash" Morgan Webster. Out of all her installments so far with the segment this might have been one of the most in depth interviews yet as it truly covered Morgan's time with the UK Brand as a whole. Beginning with his less than stellar win loss record especially in the beginning. Morgan is candid that he struggled as he was thrown right in the deepend and he panicked. He didn't get to show what he really could do and his losses to people like Aldis and Haskins really ate away at him.

    This turns the interview to Morgan's villainous turn on his friend Kenny Williams and his alignment with Wild Boar. Here Morgan again is open and honest as he reveals that during Kenny Williams' saga with Gideon Grey, Morgan himself was on the bubble to get fired. Admitting that to this day he regrets turning on his friend in the hopes of saving his job and livelyhood Morgan called his loss to Kenny and Matt Riddle at the UK Showcase a humbling experience which he has battled to redeem himself from since.

    Finally talk turns to what has been going on with Jack Gallagher as of late. Admitting that he has witnessed the change in Jack from the man he has known since they started in the business. Remarking how it maybe under different circumstances but he knows what it's like to be under someone's control. Believing that just like he did that Jack Gallagher needs that humbling experience. Morgan Webster closes out this interview by throwing out a challenge to Jack Gallagher for Showcase: Sydney!

    Match One: Adam Brooks vs Shane Thorne

    Kicking off the night would be quite the grudge match as Adam Brooks battled Shane Thorne. With news that all interference was banned this very much was a straightforward clash. The match for most part was dominated by the much larger Thorne but towards the end Brooks was able to mount a comeback which culminated with a sling blade followed by a swanton bomb for the victory.

    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Adam Brooks

    There are loud cheers from the audience in attendance as the announcement is made and Adam Brooks climbs to his feet in the ring. Adam Brooks then starts to celebrate what is his biggest win in the UK Brand yet as the cameras cut to ringside where a livid Shane Thorne is slumped against the guard rail.

    ~ Strike Back ~

    A commotion from earlier in the evening is then played as we see Timothy Thatcher attempt to attack Steve Xavier on his arrival to the building. Despite Malcolm Bivens' best efforts to talk his client down from fighting a street fighter in a street fight. It appears that frustration has gotten the better of the Commonwealth Champion. Aggressively attacking his rival as of late, Thatcher throws heavy strikes at Xaiver as this fight goes all through the arena and concession stands.

    Unfortunately for the Commonwealth Champion it soon appears that Malcolm Bivens' warnings were right as Xavier was in his element bringing weapons into the fray as well as using the environment to his advantage. Using a chair as a weapon Xavier doubles over Thatcher with a shot to the gut before he prepares to hit him again. Inserting himself into the fray Malcolm Bivens tries to pull the chair from Xavier who responds by shoving him over.

    This allows Thatcher back into the fight as he tackles Xavier and the two begin trading some shots until Thatcher connects with one of his vicious headbutts. This puts Xavier back against one of the merchandise tables and allows Thatcher a chance to check on Bivens. Again Bivens tells Thatcher to think things over but Thatcher's anger is getting the better of him as he charges at Xavier only to be laid out with a shot with a dustbin. Standing over Thatcher, Xavier then empties the contents of the bin onto the champion as security and officials finally arrive on scene. With a smirk on his face Steve Xavier backs away while Malcolm Bivens checks on his client.

    ~ I'm a mother first ~

    Before the biggest match of her UK Brand career later on this evening. Footage would play of an exclusive interview in which Lana Austin sat down with John Gooden. The house of couture member was noticeably on her own for this interview which served in many ways as not only an explanation for Lana's alignment with Jinny but also to show just how big an opportunity she sees this match as.

    Firmly believing that despite making some questionable choices and decisions that she is not a bad person. Lana Austin reveals that what a lot of people may not know is that she is a mother to two children. Remarking that everything she has done and everything she ever will do is for the benefit and best interests of her children. Lana Austin says there is nothing she won't do to give her children the best lives possible.

    Admitting that she knows to some people out there that she is perhaps on the dark side by being aligned with a woman like Jinny. Lana counters that when she looks as Jinny. She sees a successful brand, a proven commodity and someone destined for success. Calling Jinny as someone gracious enough to give her a chance to get on the bottom floor of this operation. Lana Austin is happy to be paid well in exchange for doing Jinny's dirty work. This is why tonight she will be beating Tegan Nox and she will be doing it not just for Jinny but to further provide for her children.

    ~ Your blood is on my hands ~

    "Unbecoming" by Starset plays as a promo package highlights Spike Trivet and his run with the UK Brand so far. Featured exclusively though this package has been his ongoing feud with Kassius Ohno ending with his assault on Ohno last week with a fountain pen drawing blood from his foe with which he used to sign a contract for their Showcase bout.

    In between these clips footage is played from a sit down interview conducted over the past week during which Trivet spoke about his upcoming match as well as his recent actions. With his associate Ridge Holland standing in the background looking menacing, Spike Trivet remarks that now is the time for action.

    Calling Kassius Ohno a monumental waste of his time and a blemish on the backside of society. Spike Trivet reminds Ohno that he truly had a chance to walk away and avoid what is about to happen to him. Yet as Trivet remarks this is what happens when an uneducated buffoon tries to climb up the social ladder.

    Remarking that a man like Kassius Ohno wouldn't even be allowed to take away his garbage. Spike Trivet makes it clear that while he didn't want to waste his time, sully his name and get his hands dirty against someone so far beneath him. He now sees an opportunity at Showcase Sydney because now the hunt is nearing it's completion. He has set the dogs on Ohno previously and now he is at his weakest it will be Trivet who delivers the final blow!

    Match Two: Kenny Williams vs TK Cooper

    His first match since this new change in attitude we'd begin to see just what the new Kenny Williams was about. Shown to be an aggressive individual who had little to no respect for his upstart opponent TK Cooper. Williams dominated this bout for the most part before he'd force a submission on Cooper with a nasty kimura submission.

    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Kenny Williams!

    There are loud boos from the audience as Kenny Williams keeps that kimura hold locked in on TK Cooper. With this hold on tight we can hear the screams of TK Cooper in agony when Michael OKU charges down to the ring. Quickly Kenny Williams releases the hold and he charges at OKU as he gets up onto the apron. However OKU is able to meet Kenny with a kick to the face staggering him backwards. Springing into the ring OKU connects with a clothesline onto Williams. This sends Kenny out to the floor where he starts to regroup. OKU meanwhile begins to check on TK Cooper along with the referee.

    ~ The Bulldog ~

    Filmed from earlier in the week focus then turns to Jordan Devlin on his promotional tour for Showcase Sydney. Standing in a training ring at the UK Performance Center Jordan Devlin is taking questions from various members of the media when all of a sudden there is a loud booming voice from the back of the room talking trash to Devlin. As the cameras shift to focus we see forcing his way through the media is Harry Smith.

    The son of the legendary British Bulldog, Harry Smith is full of bad attitude as he declares that there is no UK Showcase without what his father did in 1992. Stating that his bloodline made the UK Brand possible. He is sick of being overlooked and not being given the respect he deserves when he knows for a fact he is one of the most dangerous individuals in all of UK Wrestling.

    Not one to be intimidated or to back down Jordan Devlin fires back at Harry by reminding everyone of his less than stellar first WWE run, Jordan remarks that Harry has done well for himself since but that doesn't change the fact that while his father might have been the bulldog.. That Harry Smith is the bitch!

    Lashing out angrily Smith rushes the ring looking to attack Jordan when security is able to force it's way between both men. As they begin to escort Smith out the building Jordan can be heard yelling that in 2 weeks he'll be back with the UK Brand and that if Harry wants to prove himself to be a Bulldog, he'll see him in the ring then!

    ~ Bad News ~

    Joining Management executive Wade Barrett in the GM's office are the Coffey Brothers before the next match of the night. Despite both Mark Coffey and Joe Coffey being victorious in matches over the past couple of weeks. It seems that he isn't as impressed with the teams lack of decision making. Ignoring their results as of late Wade gives the pair an ultimatum which is if they don't give him an answer about their future by Showcase Sydney or else he will make that decision for them!

    Match Three: Rampage Brown vs James Drake

    Out for revenge this week following his match being interupted. Rampage Brown would find himself battling James Drake of the Grizzled Young Veterans. This was very much a dominant showcase for Brown who used his power to throw Drake all across the ring with Drake's offense usually being from cheap shots. In the end it was a powerbomb by Brown which would get him the victory.

    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Rampage Brown!

    The crowd cheers as the announcement is made but soon they are rendered silent when Rampage Brown is attacked from behind by both Kip Sabian and Zack Gibson. The pair are soon joined by James Drake to attack Rampage Brown. Brown for his part tries to fight the trio off when both Wolfgang and Tyson T-Bone rush down to the ring.

    Unfortunately for the pair they are also soon attacked from behind by Marcel Barthel and Clement Petiot. However soon the odds are further made even as Mark Andrews and Travis Banks rush down to the ring. Now with the odds evened The Grizzled Young Veterans and the Foreign Legion are quick to bail as Mark Andrews, Travis Banks, Wolfgang and Tyson T-Bone stand tall. Not wanting any part of this again Rampage Brown storms through the crowd as Banks and the others remain united.

    ~ The Storm Front ~

    An interview then plays as Franke B is standing by along with Toni Storm. During this interview Toni Storm begins to address her upcoming bout with Emma at Showcase Sydney. Still acknowledging that she does have a lot of respect for her opponent. Toni counters that just because she may still respect Emma it doesn't mean she won't do all she has to in order to beat her. Unfortunately the interview is cut short when Toni Storm is attacked from behind by Emma. Following this vicious blindside Emma drags Toni to her feet and throws her over a production crate before snatching the mic from Frankie B. Staring down the camera Emma promises that Toni Time is over because from now on it's all about me!

    ~ I haven't ducked anyone ~

    Match Four: Bea Priestley and Jamie Hayter vs Kasey Owens and Piper Niven

    Tag Team action was next for the night as Piper Niven and Kasey Owens united to battle the troublesome pairing of Bea Priestley and Jamie Hayter. As this match progressed it seemed that Kasey and Piper surprisingly were the team that worked together better. This was added to by a comment made by Doug Williams who stated that he has been very familiar with Bea and Jamie from their time in Japan and that while the two together are a formidable team. They could never truly coexist due to the fact that they were both egomaniacs and wanted to have all the success. This would cause frequent arguments and bickering between the pair and it caused the pair to clash towards the end of the bout when it came to who could make the pin. In the end this would backfire as Jamie would be caught in a cobra clutch by Kasey while Piper took out Bea with a crossbody block. Trapped with nowhere to go Hayter is left with no choice but to submit.

    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winners of the match Kasey Owens and Piper Niven!

    The crowd in attendance cheer as the announcement is made and Kasey Owens releases the hold. As Kasey Owens gets her arm raised in the air she is soon joined by Piper Niven and the pair begin to celebrate their win. As Niven and Owens continue their celebration we see Bea Priesley and Jamie Hayter arguing up the ramp.

    ~ A Civil Discourse ~

    Meeting in the general manager's office it appears that things are definitely tense between Katarina Leigh and Wade Barrett. With neither impressed with some of the decisions the other has made. It appears the real bone of contention at the moment between the two is Wade making tonight's main event for the championship. Not wanting to debate this further Wade storms out of the office as he remarks that Katarina should be happy as she doesn't like Aichner and tonight if he loses he won't be their champion anymore.

    ~ Never leave a man behind ~

    Despite them appearing to be on the same side earlier on the night it appears that things are not harmonious between Travis Banks and Rampage Brown. Looking to perhaps form an alliance between the two Travis says that at the moment they have a common enemy. Unfortunately this doesn't click with Brown who counters that everyone is his enemy. Banks tries to make Rampage see sense but Brown tells him that he should have just left him to take the beating before he storms off.

    Match Five: Millie McKenzie vs Nikki Cross

    Up next was a grudge match as Millie McKenzie battled Nikki Cross. This was quite the hard hitting collision between both women as Millie McKenzie really sought to prove herself in this bout. This would include her throwing Nikki Cross about with suplexes to the delight of the crowd. As Millie continued her run of offense it would be the arrival of Nikki's group Sanity which caused Nikki to begin to mount a comeback. As Cross planted Millie with a DDT in the center of the ring however we'd see Sanity blindsided at ringside by British Strong Style!

    The crowd in attendance boos as Pete Dunne drives Killian Dain into the ring post while Trent Seven tosses Alexander Wolfe into the steel steps. Tyler Bate follows up this elimination by sending Eric Young over the guard rail. The referee tries to get control of things as British Strong Style enters the ring but he is blasted with a punch by Tyler Bate knocking him down to the canvas. Undaunted as she begins to be flanked by the group Nikki Cross raises her hands ready to scrap.

    In a surprising display of guts Nikki Cross launches herself at Trent Seven and manages to get a few punches off on him before she is snatched by Tyler Bate who traps her in a full nelson. Before Dunne can move he is spun round and confronted by Millie McKenzie. Squaring up to Dunne, Millie demands the group leave the ring only to have Dunne respond with a nasty forearm smash to her jaw! The crowd are in shock as McKenzie takes a nasty bump on the canvas while British Strong Style now turn their attention to Nikki Cross. Before the group can deal any damage to Cross however Dain, Wolfe and Young rush the ring and British Strong Style quickly make their escape. As the cameras begin to pull away from ringside we see in the ring Nikki Cross in a sign of respect start to check on McKenzie.

    ~ The Phoenix ~

    With his big match coming up later a pre show interview is filmed as Justin Gabriel is joined by John Gooden. During this interview we hear about Justin Gabriel and what he has been up to in the 4 years since we have last seen him. Calling his WWE departure a heart breaking experience at the time, Justin reveals that it was in fact the best thing for him as it only made him hungrier.

    Remembering his time as part of the original NXT and then with the Nexus. Justin Gabriel says that back then he thought the world would be entirely at his feet. However because of their inexperience they'd be in for a rude awakening and their youth would cause a ton of conflict between them all. Yet despite this he has remained friends with many of his old Nexus combrades and one in particular he is still close with is Wade Barrett who put in the good word for him to get this opportunity.

    Stating that during his first tenure with the WWE he was just a boy. Justin Gabriel says that he has now returned as a man. Revealing that he's overcome so much to get to this moment. Justin Gabriel tells the story of his freak base jumping accident which caused him to lose his finger. Commenting on how he had to undergo surgery to reattach the limb.

    Not letting this stop him or hold him back Justin Gabriel states that to him it is perfect that he is coming in as such an underdog. Calling this bout with Aichner his big chance to rise against the odds. Justin Gabriel sees this match not as an obstacle but as an opportunity. Now knowing he is ready for such a thing, he knows that tonight nothing will stop him from becoming the UK Champion!

    ~ Fractured but Whole ~

    After their defeat earlier on in the night it appears neither Bea Priestley or Jamie Hayter is happy with one another as they attempt to project their losses onto one another. This again would further show that while the pair might be working with one another that there isn't really much of a friendship there. Eventually however cooler heads would prevail as both women would agree that they aren't done just yet.

    Match Six: Lana Austin vs Tegan Nox

    Non title action was next as Tegan Nox battled House of Couture member Lana Austin. The biggest match of her career Lana Austin seemed to have a fire lit under her here as she threw herself all across the ring with some death defying high risk moves. In the end however Austin went to the well one time too many as a head scissors attempt saw Nox shove Lana down to the canvas winding her and allowing Nox to put Austin down with a shining wizard.
    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match Tegan Nox!

    As the crowd in attendance cheers loudly a victorious Tegan Nox climbs to her feet. Getting her arm raised in the air, Nox begins to celebrate her win as the cameras pan to the top of the ramp where a fired up Nina Samuels is watching on knowing she'll face Tegan next week.

    ~ Mad as a Hatter ~

    Filmed from a dark location as she along with her coven chant an incantation. Isla Dawn proudly begins to look on as her rabid Mad Hatter Jack Gallagher paces back and forth frenetically. During this promo not only does Isla Dawn announce that Jack Gallagher accepts the challenge of Morgan Webster. But that she also notes that her coven has introduced another proud member. Joining the coven and it's wonderland will be The March Hare AIVIL!

    ~ Virtues of Youth ~

    Just before we can head to the ring for the main event of the evening, the cameras quickly direct us towards a confrontation taking place in the women's locker room area between Xia Brookside and Deonna Purrazzo. The Smug Virtuosa is clearly looking down her nose at the youngster as she remarks that she doesn't belong here apart of the UK Brand. In response Xia counters that while she's had her ups and downs she knows she belongs here and she will be more than happy to prove Deonna wrong. This is why Xia wants a match with her next week. With a smug smirk on her face Deonna Purrazzo agrees to this challenge before barging past Xia.

    Main Event: Fabian Aichner vs Justin Gabriel - WWE UK Championship

    Finally it was time for the main event of the evening and it would be for the UK Championship as Fabian Aichner battled the returning Justin Gabriel. Following the in ring introductions this bout would officially get under way with a surprisingly slow start as both men elected to do some counter wrestling. It would be here that we again would see the freak athleticism of Fabian Aichner as he was able to keep up with lightning quick Justin Gabriel. Eventually the chain wrestling came to an end however thanks to a leg sweep by Justin which took Aichner down to the canvas.

    Rolling to his feet the champion was soon put back down again as he was taken down with several arm drags by Justin. This allowed Gabriel to frustrate the champion who charged at him and was met with a hurricanrana for his troubles sending Fabian tumbling out to the floor. Clearly getting in the frustrated champion's head, Justin Gabriel would take a moment to taunt for the crowd until Aichner returned to the ring and the match would continue.

    As the match progressed Aichner would begin to rely more on his power as opposed to his speed and this allowed the champion to get more on offense. Despite being over matched physically against his opponent Justin Gabriel showed his grit and determination as he landed some stiff kicks on his opponent and on one particular occasion rocked Aichner with a kick before picking up a near fall with a spring board spinning heel kick.

    The audience in attendance fully behind him Gabriel continued on this roll as he planted Aichner with a tilt a whirl into a reverse DDT for another near fall. Looking to continue his offense Gabriel scaled the turnbuckle and attempted his 450 splash only to land directly across the knees of Aichner. This badly winded Gabriel and as he slowly climbed to his feet he'd be annihilated with one of Fabian's trademark dropkicks. Gabriel off this kick took a nasty high angled bump and we'd see Aichner make a cover looking to end things. 1...2... Gabriel kicks out!

    Again Aichner shows more signs of frustration as he mounts Gabriel and repeatedly slams his head into the canvas before landing some short elbows to his head. From here with the damage done Aichner deadlifted Gabriel in the air as he attempted a powerbomb. To his shock however Justin dropped down behind and went for a sunset flip. Aichner blocks it and snatches Gabriel by the throat before pulling him up in the air and driving Gabriel into the canvas with a powerbomb! Keeping hold of Gabriel, Aichner then follows up with the Hasta La Vista before making the match winning cover!

    Spoiler:

    Shepherd: And the winner of the match and still champion Fabian Aichner!

    The crowd in attendance boos as the announcement is made and Fabian Aichner climbs to his feet. Once he is up the champion is handed his championship by the referee and he raises it high in the air as the show comes to a close.
