Thought Embeed was going to break his leg dunking. He seems so fragile for some reason.

He's looking really jacked to me. Happy and scared to see him do that right off the bat, but it shows he has no negative thoughts going on in his head with his injuries.

As an upcoming Tennessee mountain man, I hereby pledge my allegiance to the Memphis Grizzlies and am excited for them to start their 2017-18 championship season with a win.

Stopped watching the 76ers/Wizards. Cant say either team looked all that good. 76ers aren't making the playoffs. No way.

You based that off one Quarter lolz? They are down 1 right now and the Wizards are a veteran and more experience team vs the Sixers.

I know one thing Fultz better get better with his Jump Shot and Free Throws woof. He might as well throw them in Grandma style.

Shit. I just flipped it to the game before the half, it's been real fun. Sixers are definitely making the playoffs, it is the east after all.

Man for 20 mins for Embiid who played around 13 mins he has 7 mins left Jesus. Who is keeping the stop watch to make sure he does play 20 mins they better break this cap thing especially if this game is still close.

We'll get back to this in March (by which time they'll be eliminated from contention )

Assuming they have a healthy Simmons and Embiid most of the season, I don't see how they don't make the top 8. The only teams I see as locks are Cleveland, Boston, Milwaukee, Toronto, and Washington. After that I feel like the last 3 spots up for grabs. Who else could really be a lock besides maybe Miami and Charlotte? I still don't believe in Detroit.

Simmons won't even be a ROTY contender, dawg. Embiid is gonna get his extra minutes then get injured sadly.

I mean were making predictions on rookies and predictions for playoff spots, don't like to do that personally till at least the All-Star break then you see how good a team is and who is looking good on the floor when it comes to the rookies. He has the potential to be a Rookie of the Year Nominee the Sixers had Saric and Embiid in there and if Embiid wasn't hurt he wins it easy last Season. Bayless is going to make me lose all my hair before this Season is over.

I'd like to officially advocate for Dillon Brooks to be my pick for MVP now, thank you.

Man Brent Brown better get with it when it comes to his use of Embiid. You can't have a guy like that out for 2/3rd of a quarter mins wise then let him play when he's ice cold. You can see when he's in the lineup the team's confidence is different and if the guy doesn't get that fixed he's going to be walking and looking for a new job after this season.

Re: 2017-18 NBA Regular Season Discussion

I don't really have a problem with how he used Embiid in that game. Embiid was good during the late stretch when he came in. They only lost because of the last few really good defensive plays the Wiz had to end the game. It's also not Brown's fault Amir Johnson was picking up a foul every other minute.

    #RIP Boston

Unlucky facing the two best teams in the East to start but I think they'll do real well in the long run. Tatum and Brown are playing really great. If Horford can be in Hawks mode and Irving can be an MVP caliber player, they can legit compete.
