Mississippi State is beating the holy hell out of #12 LSU 37-7. I'm kinda nervous because Bama's gotta play them at Starkville, MS. That's insane!

UGA will whip that ass next week. UGA is finally starting to come together. Their Quarterback is awesome too. I watch him play a few games in high school and knew he was going to be good on the next level. Just sucks he got stuck on such a shitty high school team.

It's good to see Georgia find their rhythm. It's gonna be a grudge match when your team plays Mississippi State. It's a big test for both teams.

I'm happy Bama once again win their game, but I'm not at all impressed with our second string. The defense overall, there's no excuse giving up three touchdowns against Colorado State. Then again, at our backup players got some experience in that game. Next week's game maybe a trap game for Bama as they play at Nashville against Vanderbilt. It won't be an easy one. Look how Vandy's handing Kansas State right now defensively.

Man, Texas put up a fight against USC, going into two overtimes. I was really hoping Texas pull off the upset, but the turnovers killed them.

Good game for both teams regardless.

Great game for the Texas D no doubt. Was a hell of a thriller towards the end and I'm not even that upset about the Longhorns losing. Darnold looks like the real deal too, I imagine he'll be going super high in next years draft if not first overall.

What an outstanding game between Texas A&M and Arkansas 50-43 in overtime. Sumlin can keep his job for another day . Anyways, congrats on the win Texas A&M.

Bama's really punishing Vanderbilt right now. It's only 21-0 at the end of the first quarter. Vandy's no challenge.

Man, our team was very impressive against Vanderbilt, annihilating them 59-0! Alabama's still tough to beat.

Also, It's funny that our fifth-string running back scored a touchdown. We are very, very deep on running backs. Our backup quarterback Tua was also outstanding too.

Saquon Barkley 358 Purpose Yards for PSU today over Iowa damn I watched the game and it's amazing how good he is. My Eagles need a franchise RB and it's sucks the only way he could get him is we stink up the joint the whole year and that ain't happening.

With the AD fired at Nebraska, it makes you wonder if Mike Riley, even if Nebraska wins 9 or 10 games, will be fired by the new AD?

If they can hire Scott Frost, then yes.

But they won't win 9 games. 7 would be a positive.

Re: 2017 College Football Discussion Thread

Tennessee's getting shutout 24-0. I honestly don't see the coach keep his job by the end of the season. Awful coaching.

One team in the Top 5 went down last night (#5 USC) losing to Washington State. WSU's quarterback Falk's been playing very well so far this season. WSU also maybe the best team in the PAC-12 right now after beating USC.

It sucks that the Ole Miss-Bama game's on late (8:00 CT). Last time we played an 8:00 night game was against Ole Miss two seasons ago, and lost. Man I hope the result is different.

Bama has definitely got this game against Ole Miss. Both sides of the ball has been good lately. The second straight game Bama scored 59+ pts. It's gonna be hard to beat Bama at this point.

Feels like it's Bama, Georgia, Clemson, and then everyone else (Penn State pending).

Clemson's a damn good team this season. Georgia, they are the best team in the SEC East imo. Penn State, in my eyes, they seem like one of the top teams with the talent they got. It's still too early to tell who's good or who's not good. There's still a lot of games to go until it's all said and done.

I'm happy that Bama really took care of Ole Miss 66-3. Bama's easily one of the best teams in the country. Everything's good, somewhat the kicking. That's the thing that needs to improve to imo.
