Doesn't get me juices following like the episode 7 trailer did, but liking the look & tone going forward.

Re: Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2017)

Yeah comparing the Force Awakens first trailer to this one different feeling. I was very happy for that trailer, this one makes me sad. The time of the Jedi is going to end, tells me Luke could go bye bye if not is it Luke/Rey vs Kylo Ren/Snoke in the last Episode to end it all? So many questions I want answered, but loved the shots with Rey learning her Force Powers. Cue to the No Easy Way Out Song while they train. You guys Luke had to learn on the fly to become a Jedi due to Yoda being sick, and his life getting in the way. Rey is going to get some mental and physical training like no other, so she has the potential to be stronger than Luke. I wonder if Rey is going to have to go through a Cave and fighting Kylo Ren similar to Luke facing his fear in Vader during his training. I have a image of Luke in a future trailer of Luke holding his Lightsaber about to confront Kylo and them fading to black. Great first trailer can we see it already please??!

To be fair, this is the third taste of Star Wars we've had in as many years. That was the first in over a decade. Longer if you thought the prequels were a poor excuse for Star Wars. We're more familiar with this being a thing again than I think they've anticipated. Doubt it'll have a heavy effect on the opening box office though and I'm definitely not feeling Force fatigue just yet.

Yeah I would agree with that, personally I liked the Prequels as a whole. I was a little saddened at Episode 2 could of been something great and the TV show adaptation>Movie version by far. Anyone who loves the films would love the Clone Wars and Rebels show just throwing out that recommendation there fellas. I think we might get another new show too after Rebels Season 4 is done, so SW is here to stay for a long time woo!

Re: Star Wars: The Last Jedi (2017)

I've probably seen the trailer like 6 times today. So many ways this flick could go. I think Luke will not be willing early on to train Rey because of what happened to Kylo. I think she shows some of power through her anger and see's woah maybe I should help her and guide her like I couldn't in Kylo. I'm sure he'll tell her what happened to Kylo, but I think theirs going to be a moment where Luke is going to fight Kylo if not Snoke. That last scene of him coming out the Cave, it almost feels like way or another it's going to end with a battle. I can easily see Luke using his powers stopping her from coming to the fight, and he goes on is own. He fights Kylo and maybe Snoke as well and Rey gets there in time, but during their double fight Luke gets in the way and gets Saber'd in the chest and dies in Rey's arms.

Maybe we get a Force Ghost of Luke after that, whether or not we find out who are her Parents needs to be fixed out like now. The death of Carrie Fisher to me, might effect that direction of Luke dying, but like I said this movie could go in many paths. Hell I saw in people reactions of Luke going to the dark side maybe letting his anger control him and he goes overboard to destroy the First Order. Imagine Kylo turns good, Finn gets healthy and now Rey needs to defeat Luke who is Snoke's new Apprentice. Crazy time and crazy ideas, but that's what we get with a Star Wars trailer today.

I am thinking Rey turns into a gray Jedi which combines both the dark and light side of the force which is a true balance of the force. It could be Luke but I doubt it and if this is the case. Luke would truly be the last Jedi in standard sense.

Haven't we already established that Luke is the last Jedi? I mean, that's what Yoda says before he dies.

I would say right now yeah Rey or Luke could both be Gray Jedi. The Poster they released has Rey with the Red and Blue embedded into her Saber. Mace Windu was a user of the Light and the Darkness and it made him a better Duelist and it could make her a dangerous foe to deal with. I think Lukei found old Jedi Relics on the Jedi Order and I think he thinks it's time to change everything. I mean Luke did use his passion, his inner hate and darkness to cut off Vader's hand in the Return of the Jedi. Right now her emotions are out of whack I bet with what happened to her friends anything can happen.

I'm three seasons into Clone Wars and I've found it a little hit and miss to be honest. I like some of the characters and there's some excellent episodes but there's just as many that do very little for me. I plan on finishing it and moving on to Rebels (which I've heard is a much better show) but I stalled near the end of Clone Wars season three about six months ago, if not more, and just haven't been able to get back into it yet.

Yeah I love the Clone Wars Series, but Rebels is my Jam. I think you'll love it when you start watching it for sure. I think theirs a character everyone will love and get behind, which is why in Season 4 I'm very interested how all their arcs end with it being their last Season leading to the events of Rogue One.

Behind the scenes trailer that was shown at D23. Shocking and honest that's what Ryan Johnson wants to give us, I have faith he'll do just that. I'm wondering are they still trying to have a December release, or are they going to May like I heard they are going?

When did they ever mention that? The movie is set to release the second week of December and if they were planning on moving it I'm pretty sure it would have already been announced.
