I could get behind that. It would be awesome if they scrapped the celebrity game and held some kind of mini tournament for the first two days of the All-Star weekend by having one player from each division as a captain, then each captain would pick two teammates for their 3v3 team. You could just have the divisions play each other to 21, I'd watch the fuck out of that. You'd be able to see something like LeBron James, Jimmy Butler, and Giannis Antetokounmpo vs. John Wall, Hassan Whiteside, and Nicolas Batum.

What's weird is I care about getting the ASG rosters "right", but I actually don't care for the game itself. Like, I'd care more if it was competitive and a guy like Lowry (who should have been a starter) worked and tried to give Curry or Harden hell on defense. Most of the guys you see who thrown down breakaway dunks or hit deep 3s in the ASG are usually the same guys who do that stuff fairly regularly in games anyway, The things I only really tune in for are the 3Pt contest and dunk contest.

I don't know why Miami plays so well against Golden State, but I love it. Fuck D Wade when you got D Wait. 4 game win streak and a championship now confirmed.

It's like how the Bulls play so well against Cleveland and Toronto but plays like shit against everyone else. It's makes no fucking sense. Hoiberg is 9-1 all time against the Cavs and Raptors.

How does a Team come back from 19 down and beat the Clippers, especially a young Team the Sixers tonight. Embiid didn't even play tonight and Noel torn it up out there versus anyone who wanted to play him cough cough Jordan. Lolz Rivers saying the Sixers don't have the talent we have no shit. You have Chris Paul and Blake Griffin, but give the team you just loss to some respect you fool. Man even in losses I'm enjoying match this team. Last season they didn't have this fight or energy, they looked lost last season and with some better talent this year and a direction feeling from the players, we just might if not this Season next Season make the Playoffs.

Normally by scoring more points than the amount they were down. Also one game doesn't earn you respect, what kind of garbage talk is that.

Sixers fans are on a high -- and rightfully so. A lot of promise there.

They still need to figure out what to do with Okafor and Noel. Can one play a good chunk of the game with Embiid on the court, too, or is either OK as a backup? If not, ship them off.

Yeah that is the problem what to do with Okafor and Noel. Noel I thought was going to be shipped off, and he was talking like before coming back like he was. I think even before the season he giving off the body language that he wanted to leave. I mean I like Noel and Okafor and I want to both keep them before they can be very dangerous on the court whatever match-up Coach Brown wants to throw out there. I rather keep Noel thought he seems to fit what Brown wants to do on both side of the court, but what could the Sixers get for either guy that could really help them now, not later? Also SS, I'm saying don't crown them champs, but if we have a huge lead and give it up a team that shouldn't of beaten us, they played better down the stretch then we did congrats, but were a better team blah blah could of easily been said by Rivers. High hopes for this team, and Phila fans like myself are itching for a winner again in any of the major sports.

I'm on a bigger high from this D-Wait streak. I'm really looking forward to when his jersey is retired and a statue of him and placed in front of the arena. Somebody stop me before I buy 3 Waiters jerseys and and an Okar(5-)o White jersey.

lol. Y'all gonna play yourselves out of a top-five pick. Here's a question. If you could be a "free agent fan," meaning you are on the market looking for a new team to become a fan of, which team would you pick? Obviously none of us are doing this but it's an interesting subject. Do you focus on current success and talent like GSW or go with a team with a lot of potential and foundation pieces in place, like Philly? Or a mixture?

Bucks or Minnesota are great choices. Lakers & Philly secondary since they have huge fanbases already. I think I'd like to be with a smaller team.

I'd go for a smaller team too and the Bucks and Wolves are great choices, Jon. I'd probably go for the Wolves.

Milwaukee is a popular pick. I wouldn't go with Minnesota because it's a little too cliché. I would enjoy being an OKC fan right now. Denver is another.

Westbrook has always come across as a dick imo, hard to really buy into OKC as a new fan, I think you'd just be put off by him. I imagine if you just wanted to bandwagon then you might but, eh.

What do you guys think of Rondo's post? Obviously talking about Wade and Butler. I dug it, but of all people Rondo should be the last to be making that.

And where do you think Melo ends up? I seriously hope the Celtics don't make a run for him. They certainly need help, but please not Melo.

He'd be interesting on the Clippers, but then like the Cavs you run into insane issues with your bench with all that cap used up.

and here we go with a heated exchange

Shaquille O'neal And Charles Barkley Argue About Lebron James' Comments

Man Shaq going after Barkley. I can actually see both guy's points of view. Maybe Lebron has gone to management, and they haven't done anything. Maybe he had to go to the media to put their backs against the wall. Just goes to show you when you want all these big time players on your team, it's going to be hard to build a bench. Especially when guys are wanting max contracts.

The Atlanta Hawks (28-20) defeat the New York Knicks (21-28) in a quadruple overtime affair, 142-139. Paul Millsap leads six Hawks in double figures with 37 points, 19 rebounds and 7 assists.

Millsap also ended up playing 60 minutes. My God.

Atlanta better trade his ass or they'll risk losing him for nothing just like Horford.
