FWA.com Exclusive: Future of the X Division

FWA.com had been contacted by Lord Vincent Takaab Blackbird, whom had the following to say:

As I was being operated on by the doctors following my career threatening match against Jethro Warren, the GM of Fight Night, G-Rich, had contacted my manager, Jack Serevino with an offer that was way too good for me to pass up. However, it did come with a major condition, that I end the blood feud between Jethro and everyone connected to him. Meaning, no third party ambushes, no backstage attacks, no stalking via social media, no nothin. Just a swift and immediate end to what would be a very bloodied war between Jethro and myself.

So, I took a couple hours to talk it over with Jack, Anna and River. We discussed and debated the pros and cons, but ultimately choose to accept the very interesting offer from G-Rich. So with my lawyers, we drafted and sent the Warren's lawyers a full blown; iron-clad; no holes, looped or otherwise; no stick and or carrot; no strings attacked; 100% legit truce agreement, signed by Anna Kendrick, River, Jack Severino and myself, and witnessed by Doctor Marsh Thurgood. It was roughly two more hours until we received signed papers back from the Warrens, which we immediately faxed to G-Rich. So endeth the feud, and begun the X Divisional Wars has.

For those that don't understand Old English or how Yoda from Star Wars speaks, translation. I am in charge of the entire X Division. My first order of business, The Mist, well, he's been forced into an early retirement. Which brings me to Marcus Thane, the NEW X Champion of the FWA, and whom his first title defense will be against. No, not me, I've not yet been cleared to wrestle, operative word "YET". No Thane, I saw the Ultimate X Match, I saw how you won, and let me tell you that I know all too well what it is like being sent crashing down from the top of the Ultimate X Structure. What with this being my second or third time being forced to take a swan dive off of that structure. I know what does to a person's mind.

So your title defense, at the Mile High PPV, will be against the very man you kicked off of the Structure to win the X Championship. Marcus Thane, X Champion, you will face the 'Savant' KAIZEN at the Mile High PPV, with the stipulations to be decided by the winner of his respective Beat The Clock Challenge on the "Go-Home Show" before the PPV, or whichever one of you gets the sole victory against your respective opponents that night.

Now, onto the rest of the X Division. This coming Smash and Fight Night, there will be three important matches where the winners of those three matches will face each other in a Triple Threat Clockwork Orange House of Fun Match to determine the #1 Contender. The Matches, in no particular order, will be Humanity versus Meth-Head Matt in a First Blood Street Fight Match. Next, will feature "The Devil's Reject" Darryl Digby facing "Rockstar" Randy Ramon in a Barbed-Wire Singapore Cane Match. Lastly, The mysterious Ghost will take on Danny Toner in a "Fans Bring the Weapons" Match. Again, the three winners of those Matches will compete in that Triple Threat Match.

Don't worry you losers of those three matches, as you three will join the two that failed to become the #1 Contender and compete at the Mile High PPV in a X Division Extreme Rules Elimination Match. Hold on, I know what you are all thinking, "But, if Marcus is facing KAIZEN at the PPV, where does that leave the #1 Contender?" Well, everyone, I'm glad you all thought that, because, at the Mile High PPV. The #1 Contender will take on the returning "Monster" Michael Garcia. Don't worry, you'll still be the #1 Contender after that match against Garcia, womever you end up being. Speaking of Garcia, in regards to your match at the Mile High PPV, I haven't decided the stipulations for it, other then you won't become the new #1 Contender if you win the Match. However, I might make it a "Monster's Choice" but I might not. Either way, as always

    ANARCHY REIGNS SUPREME

    Have fun X Division.

Now, FWA.com did reach out to the sole GM of Fight Night for comment, and G-Rich simply said:

The FWA Board of Directors and myself, have the absolute confidence in the Vincent and what all he will bring to the X Division as he takes control of it.

So, there you have it FWA Universe, Lord Vincent Takaab Blackbird, former X Champion and Apprentice to the "Anarchist" Jack Serevino, will take charge of the FWA's X Division. May God have mercy on all of our souls.

Ah shit. The X-Division's going extreme. Toner won't like that at all.

    So basically the matches are;

    Fight Night/Smash
Humanity v Meth-Head Matt | First Blood Streetfight
Daryl Digby v Randy Ramon | Barbed Wire Singapore Cane Match
    Danny Toner v Ghost | Fans-bring-the-Weapons Match
Winners of the Three Qualifers | Clockwork House of Fun Number One Contender Match
Marcus Thane v ? | Beat the Clock
    KAIZEN v ? | Beat the Clock

    Mile High PPV
Michael Garcia v Number One Contender | Possible Monster's Match
The 5 Losers of the Number One Contender Series | X Division Extreme Rules Elimination Match
KAIZEN v Marcus Thane | Stipulation Chosen By Beat The Clock Winner

    That sound right?

First three Matches - this coming smash/fight night
Triple threat & btcc - following smash/fight night

And you have the Mile High correct.

    Excellent.

Really exciting development having Blackbird basically become the General Manager of the X-Division. What constitutes the X-Division? Is it a certain weight limit? Or more a certain part of the roster?

Wow a lot of action for the X-Division, I like it. And Tig I think it's just part of the roster. The Mist was supposed to be pretty big so I don't think it's any weight class.

The X-Division is just the name of the division. It's basically the division for the lower card people who aren't involved in the main event scene or the mid card scene really. I think the X may stand for Xtreme or something as I recall that all X-Division matches used to have a stipulation/extreme rules.

That's essentially what Vincent built his early career and is bringing back to the Division.

The title was a creation of Hifo and it was created by merging a High-flying belt with Hardcore belt and thus the X-championship was born. Every title match was meant to have an xtreme stipulation until it was dropped and then brought back. I have no idea when people started calling it X-division title I believe it was when TNA was still good and they were confusing it with their X-division title. It is the best division FWA has imo Iit is the place were you make your name. I see it as WCWs Crusierweight division

Almost from the get go it was call the X-Division championship cause the original stock was the TNA X Division belt... I tried like hell to change it to the X-Championship, but it never stuck

Yeah X Division Championship has always kind of been its second name, people see "X" and automatically go X Division. It was/has always just been the X Championship though.
