Ah ok, then I will stay in the CC and just use it to further the Vincent/Jethro Feud and with getting with Jethro and whomever is writing the CC Match on how we would like our feud to go down with the CC Match especially after our F4W Match.

    Re: Ace's High promo discussion

Wolfy: I’ll start out by saying I’m not a big fan of breaking the fourth wall wether in pro wrestling or in E-fedding but that said this was a fantastic promo. I really enjoyed the discussion between you and Wolf, the outrage at what you’ve done to him to make him an interesting character was the highpoint of that.

    The Good:
Definitely the way you pulled this promo off, 99 times out of 100 I probably wouldn’t like a promo that tears down the walls completely and removes that sense of the character genuinely wanting to win. But you made this work so well, too well.
It was written fantastically, a purposeful and expansive writing style. You did a great job of creating this scene for us of you and Wolf. You did an even better job creating the awkwardness of the scene. Wolfs rage at you for what you’ve done to his life for entertainments sake was the highlight for me.
I also loved when Tom and Wolf went through the match participants, you offering them up as challenges, pointing out any redeeming qualities and Wolf sniping back about why they don’t deserve it and why he should win yet having to leave it in your hands.

    The Bad:
The idea to the promo could have been, but damn it you made it work. Excellent work.

Thomas Jones: This was a good intro to the FWA for your character.

    The Good:
I liked the reasoning as to why he’s signed with the FWA, making his intentions known from the get go.

    The Bad:
Was too short to ever really accomplish anything.
Didn’t even mention your opponent’s name.

Vodka and Venom: Another great promo from the greatest tag team in FWA history. Cool to see a joint promo and I feel this was handled in the right way for the characters. Despite the fact they’re 1000 time Tag Team Champs they are very different characters for the most part and there’s a different style there. Stu is of course dark and brooding, while Ashley has a lot more happiness in his life. This promo conveyed both those things and mixed them together at times as well.

    The Good:
What always stands out to me about the Stu St.Clair character is the history, he has so much with so many characters and he never forgets and never simply drop things. Stu’s a character that could easily do a wrestling promo without a match. There’s so much to draw on and write about with the character that it could easily fill a promo (or ten) just about his dislike for others. On second thoughts that general principle goes for Ashley as well, another character with a boat of load of history that’s readily available.
I think honestly (if it’s possible) Stu’s half of this promo kept a sense of fury and rage going on more consistently than most. He never seemed to relent, never backed off, from Gabrielle, to Ayla, to Divine and everyone in between he never held back on how much he dislikes them and how destructive he can be.
I think the transition was handled very well, it went from the rage of Stu to a sombre opening from Ashley. It wouldn’t make sense to go from Stu’s darkness to Ash doing an Irish jig, so it was the perfect lead in from part A to B.
One of my favourite passages from the promos so far is when Ash details the strength in the differences between him and Stu, then uses that to point out how less than truly unified Ayla and Divine are.

    The Bad:
I really can’t find any faults after all this is Vodka and Venom we’re talking about, Stu and Ash: the two most decorated guys in FWA history. I’d have to make something up, so it has a funny smell!

Shake has asked for, and will receive, an extension. He needs one for his CC promo. Because of the way he is posting his two promos (NA and CC matches), he wants technical extensions for both. He will PM me the NA title match promo before deadline and then post the exact same promo after deadline when he posts CC.

Because of this, Shane McLean and Thomas Princeton also receive extensions for the NA title match only. 24 hours. Just so everyone knows, Shake's reason was that once-in-a-blue-moon scenario and extensions are very rarely given.

    Re: Ace's High promo discussion

Thanks but i have managed to get shit together and do it. Shit is all good man. Thanks though, much love. I don't mind the extension staying though as it's unfair to fuck about like that and not let Matt and Hifo have the extensions after all.

Clear to see that my promo is two parter but I wanted it to read as one so I wanted it all to flow hence why I wanted one to be posted after the other. My first promo was written before I got this response. But I did the second one just incase I wasn't getting one.

My circumstance: A co-worker covering tomorrow's shift was sick today and i got buttraped into picking the shift up. So I really needed to go to bed, still do, as I don't like working having little sleep. So that was why. It's all good though.

Also I just checked the shift and it was afternoon, i need to stop getting high.

Feedback is appreciated, will review some tomorrow.

Hadnt read this, as I've had literally no time to check in on FWA this week, so when I got a spare hour I forced it into two and got a promo up covering both matches, hopefully my rush hasn't let me down on spelling and grammar which usually I go over with a fine toothed comb.

    Re: Ace's High promo discussion

I'm back from work, high as shit and reviewing y'all up in this shit:

Wolfensteiner:- Damn son. Way to think outside the box. The thing is, I felt that a lot of it was filler and a bit unneeded. Alot of people will skip the dialogue explaining what a RP is and the significance will be missed out on. I think you can see Wolf change from someone who is uneasy about what they're talking about to full on fucking rambo mode in the end. That's classic Wolf and this is definitely a classic Wolf promo with a little bit more creativity. You upped the ante there for sure. What a way to start the promos off. He seems conflicted to begin with but it's replaced with some sort of hope. I liked it. Deep shit man, Wolf is out to crush skulls and shit. Solid work, enjoyed it.

Cucumber Addict: COLOURS. so many. it's distracting a bit in all honesty but I understand that they're there to convey the scene and help visualisation. But I feel like you already do that through your long list of descriptive adjectives though. I see that like my Rondo promo, this is like an inner monologue with consciousness. Pretty sweet creative way to promo, I think. You pretty much used Gabrielle's many 'forms' and her history to attack opponents, speak about herself and the FWA and so on. It really worked out and read like a dream in all honesty. It was thoroughly enjoyable and The Slut was a funny touch. Nice job.

Tom Jones: It was a good introduction promo. But it needs more padding and more scene setting and whatnot. You need to convey more emotion and anger. You did mention Jimmy King and CWA alot and that was a pretty good touch. But you didn't mention your opponent or attack them in any form and that lets you down a bit. Good start though!

Vodka and Venom: Fuck these guys! I kid. This promo is a good example of why Sunrise-Sunset met their match in Vodka and Venom. What I didn't like was that Stu and Ash never spoke together and stuff like that. It took away from feeling like a tag team promo. I think they should have bounced off of each other more. They both clearly have different speaking styles but we never got to see it mesh together. Your scene setting was dope though, and the dialogue from each character was fitting and definitely representative of that individual. Great work guyses.

    Re: Ace's High promo discussion

Gryphon: You've really started to shine recently, your descriptions and scene setting skills are spot on. I think some of your dialogue honestly does let you down at times though with some things said that just don't make sense. Or maybe I just can't follow the whole real mythology properly, it fucks my brain at times. The creatures thing is something I dig, it's Jeff Hardy-esque but you work it incredibly well into building your character up. The whole comparison of your opponents to Gods etc was really good but it did become a tad tiresome but nonetheless it was still a good read. I enjoyed this promo, it was a strong showing, great job.

More to be edited in later.
