Age of Ultron sounds like a cool title. See how things pan out when we see the plot.

I said it earlier but I thought it bore repeating....I will not be surprised if this movie passes the $2 billion mark in total worldwide box office. Hell, when all is said and done it may be the top grossing film of all-time.

The original did over $1.5 billion with not nearly as much exposure in China as Avatar ($2.7 billion) had. Now that the production companies on Marvel films have made great in-roads into China, the sky is the limit for the sequel. Just look at Iron Man 3, now the fifth highest-grossing film of all-time on the back of its over $800 million worldwide (the majority of which was in, you guessed it, China). Given the odds that part of Avengers 2 will be shot in the country, that will only help to sweeten the deal, not to mention the expansion of IMAX screens, Dolby Atmos theaters and additional 3D showings. All of these serve to increase the ticket prices, thereby creating a higher gross for the film. I didn't say it was a definite, but over $2 billion in this day and age doesn't seem unreasonable in the slightest.

Ultron's a good bad guy, but are they going to be ignoring the Thanos reveal at the end of the first movie or will he play a part in it too? Whatever they do I'll be on board with it because it's Marvel and Whedon again and I have an uber-boner for both.

I honestly don't have a clue Beasty mate, but as long as they don't ignore his existence completely and tie him into something, with the connection to Loki and the Avengers not being ignored, I'll be happy.

I think the possibility of seeing Thanos in an avengers movie is quite high wether that be in this one or the next one

just learned that Thanos will not be in this avengers but he will be in the Guardians of the galaxy film in some form and he may possibly be in The Avengers 3, also just found out Vin Diesel might be playing The Vision in this movie which is pretty cool

I guess it depends on whether or not Vision speaks.

Why is it a good choice? He can't act. Plus its not like they need his name to draw people into the movie, RDJ alone is enough to do that.

Cause he kind of fits the role of The Vision, it makes sense to me sure there may be other actors who could play him but coming off the back of the success of the Fast and Furious it's the right choice

Diesel is an awful choice. Vision isn't an Italian midget and Diesel can't change his voice cuz his acting stinks. I would go with Fassbender.

The right choice is getting someone who can act to play the role, not a no-talent hack like Diesel. Not to mention, it doesn't matter that he's coming off the back of the success of Fast and the Furious because Avengers is already front-loaded with stars. Why muddle things up with another spotlight hog when you could get a good, strong and versatile actor to play the part of an emotionally conflicted character?

Unless of course Vision is just going to be there as Ultron's pawn, in which case it also doesn't make sense to use Diesel since any old big guy will do.
